Dharamshala: Forest Department Dharamshala has started the recruitment process of Forest Guard in Synthetic Track Dharamshala from today. On the first day of the forest recruitment process, the Forest Department has constituted a committee as a chairman and a member. More than 46 thousand youths and girls have applied for the Dharamsala Forest Circle Forest Recruitment from 13th September to 20th October. However, looking at this figure, it is clear that how much unemployment is spread in the state due to the Covid epidemic.
धर्मशाला : सिंथेटिक ट्रैक धर्मशाला में आज से वन सर्कल धर्मशाला ने फॉरेस्ट गॉर्ड की भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। फारेस्ट भर्ती प्रक्रिया के पहले दिन वन विभाग ने एक चेयरमैन और एक सदस्य के रूप में कमेटी का गठन किया गया है। धर्मशाला वन सर्कल की 13 सितंबर से 20 अक्टूबर तक चलने वाली फारेस्ट भर्ती के लिए 46 हजार से अधिक युवकों व युवतियों ने आवेदन किया है। हालांकि इस आंकड़े को देख साफ जाहिर हो गया है कि कोविड महामारी के चलते प्रदेश में कितनी बेरोजगारी फैली हुई है। वन विभाग की ओर से प्रदेश भर में विभिन्न जिलों बिलासपुर, चंबा, धर्मशाला, हमीरपुर, कुल्लू, मंडी, नाहन, शिमला सर्कल में कुल 311 पद के लिए आवेदन मांगे गए थे। इनमें से अगर बात जिला कांगड़ा की करें तो इस जिले में 57 पदों के लिए आवेदन मांगे गए थे। इन 57 पदों के लिए आज से भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है जो कि 20 अक्टूबर तक चलेगी। उधर फारेस्ट कंजरवेटर डीआर कौशल का कहना है कि कोरोना महामारी को ध्यान में रखते हुए वन विभाग की ओर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा जारी कोरोना गाइडलाइन को फॉलो किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा सिंथेटिक ट्रैक में भर्ती प्रक्रिया के दौरान पारदर्शिता बनी रहें ,इसके लिए विभाग की ओर से वीडियोग्राफी भी की जा रही है।

प्रदेश में करीब छह हजार चिकित्सकों के पद खाली हैं। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से करीब 3300 नियमित पदों के लिए चयन प्रस्ताव शासन को भेजा था। ये सभी पद विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सक के हैं। लेकिन अब तक इन पदों के लिए भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू नहीं हो पाई है। ऐसे में अस्पातलों में चिकित्सकों की कमी की से मरीजों का इलाज प्रभावित हो रहा है। इस समस्या से निपटने के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने संविदा के आधार पर चिकित्सकों की भर्ती की रणनीति बनाई है।
इसके तहत बीती 16 जून से 30 जून तक संविदा पर भर्ती के लिए आवेदन मांगे गए थे। इन आवेदनों के आधार पर वरीयता सूची तैयार की गई है। इनमें से 252 विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों और 1308 एमबीबीएस चिकित्सकों की तैनाती का फैसला लिया गया है। विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सक पद के लिए दो अगस्त तक साक्षात्कार हो चुके हैं। इसमें करीब 50 बाल रोग विशेषज्ञ चयनित भी हो गए हैं।
इसी तरह 1308 एमबीबीएस चिकित्सकों के हर दिन करीब 50 चिकित्सकों के साक्षात्कार लिए जा रहे हैं। आठ अगस्त तक यह प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाएगी। चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग की कोशिश है कि 15 अगस्त के बाद सभी चिकित्सकों को अस्पतालों में तैनाती दे दी जाए।
