पश्चिम बंगाल में चुनाव के बाद हुई हिंसा पर कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने अहम फैसला दिया है।
फैसले की कुछ अहम बातें हैं-
1- ये फैसला 5 जजों की खंडपीठ ने दिया है।
2- पांचों जजों ने एकमत से कहा है कि सीबीआई जांच की आवश्यकता है।
3- ये जांच कोर्ट की मॉनिटरिंग में होगी: श्री गौरव भाटिया, नई दिल्ली, 19.08.2021

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राजनीति में अपराधीकरण की रोकथाम के लिए एक अहम फैसला दिया है, जिसके अनुसार अब चुनाव में भाग लेने वाले हर राजनीतिक दल को उम्मीदवारों के ऐलान के 48 घंटे के अंदर उससे जुड़ी हर जानकारी साझा करनी होगी, आपको बता दें कि देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत ने ये फैसला बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव में कुछ नियमों के उल्लधन में दायर की गई याचिका पर दिया, बताया जा रहा है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट का ये फैसला राजनीतिक दलों के आपराधिक गाइडलाइंस को सख्त करते हुए दिया है साथ ही कोर्ट ने पुराने फैसले में सुधार भी किया है ।

केरल की रहने वाली 5वीं क्लास की छात्रा ने चीफ जिस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया एन वी रमाना को कोरोना पर दिल को छू जाने वाला एक पत्र लिखा दरअसल इस लड़की का नाम लिडविना जोसेफ है जो केरल के त्रिशूर की रहने वाली है, लिडविना ने दिल्ली में कोरोना महामारी से होने वाली मौतों पर माननीय अदालत के द्वारा दिल्ली सरकार को अस्पतालों में ऑक्सीजन की कमी से जूझ रहे मरीजों को देखते हुए, लचर स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था पर दिल्ली सरकार की फटकार लगाई थी लिडविना ने चीफ जस्टिस को भेजे गए पत्र में इसकी जमकर सरहाना की और अपने हाथ से बनाई गई एक तस्वीर भी भेजी जो मुख्य न्यायधीश को खूब पसंद आई ।
