यूपी के सीतापुर में एक अनोखा अस्पताल चल रहा है। यह अस्पताल किसी बिल्डिंग में नहीं बल्कि झोपड़ी में चलाया जा रहा। झोपड़ी के अंदर मेडिकल स्टोर की भी सुविधा उपलब्ध है। इतना ही नहीं झोलाछाप डॉक्टर झोपड़ी वाले अस्पताल को चला रहे हैं। सैकड़ों मरीजों की जान के साथ खिलवाड़ किया जा रहा है। हैरतअंगेज मामला तब है कि जब यह सीएससी रेउसा के इलाके में ही चलाया जा रहा है। डॉक्टर अनजान बने हुए हैं झोपड़ी वाले अस्पताल को देखकर लगता है कि कई सालों से इसे चलाया जा रहा है और यह झोलाछाप डॉक्टर ग्रामीणों की जान से खिलवाड़ करते नजर आ रहे हैं। वहीं स्वास्थ्य महकमा देख कर भी अंजान बना हुआ है। वही झोपड़ी वाले अस्पताल पर सीएमओ मधु गैरोल से बात की गई। उन्होंने बताया मामला संज्ञान में आया है जांच करा कर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

હોમિયોપેથી કોલેજમાં બોગસ માર્કશીટના આધારે પ્રવેશ અપાવવાના ચકચારી કૌભાંડના મુખ્ય સૂત્રધાર ખંભાળિયાના વતની અને ડોક્ટર તરીકે ઓળખાતો કાદરી પણ નકલી ડોક્ટર હોવાનો ભાંડો ફૂટ્યો છે.
પોલીસે કાદરીના તમામ દસ્તાવેજો ચેક કરતાં ભાંડો ફૂટી ગયો હતો. 40 જેટલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસેથી નાણાં પડાવી લીધા હતા. કાદરીએ બોગસ માર્કશીટ પરથી તેના બે પુત્રના પણ પ્રવેશ અપાવ્યા હતા.
પોલીસ સૂત્રોએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, કાદરીએ તબીબી ડિગ્રી વગર 20 વર્ષ સુધી ખંભાળિયામાં તબીબી પ્રેક્ટિસ કરી લોકોના આરોગ્ય સાથે ચેડાં કર્યા હતા.
બીજા વર્ષમાં પ્રવેશ અપાવવાના બદલામાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસેથી લાખો રૂપિયા ઉઘરાવવામાં આવતા હતા અને 40 જેટલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસેથી નાણાં પડાવી નકલી માર્કશીટ પરથી પ્રવેશ આપવાનું કૌભાંડ આચરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
પ્રકરણમાં ફરાર કાદરીની ધરપકડ કરી પાંચ દિવસના રિમાન્ડ પર લીધો હતો. પીઆઇ રાવલે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, કાદરીએ બોગસ માર્કશીટ પરથી તેના બે પુત્રના પણ પ્રવેશ અપાવ્યા હતા.

पुलिस की गिरफ्त में कैद ये कोई आम अपराधी नहीं है बल्कि ये है एक एसा फर्जी डॉक्टर जो कि देश के जाने-माने असपताल AIMS में रोजाना डॉक्टर की वेशभूषा में जाता और लोगों को जल्दी इलाज के बहाने उनसे रकम तो ऐंठता ही था साथ ही साथ एमरजैंसी में आए मरीजों का उपचार भी करता था| ये फर्जी डॉक्टर जब एमरजैंसी में मरीजों की जिंदगियों के साथ खिलवाड़ करते हुए उनका उपचार कर रहा था तो एक डॉक्टर को इस पर शक हुआ और फिर सीनियर डॉक्टर ने रितिज त्रिपाठी नाम के इस फर्जी डॉक्टर से आई.कार्ड मांगा तो सारा मामला साफ हो गया| मौके पर तुरंत एम्स का सिक्योरिटी स्टाफ पहुंच गया और तुरंत पुलिस को इत्तला कर हौजखास थाने की पुलिस को सौंप दिया ।
मौके पर पहुंची हौजखास थाने की पुलिस ने रीतिज त्रिपाठी नाम के इस फर्जी डॉक्टर को एम्स की एमरजैंसी से गिरफ्तार कर लिया| एम्स प्रशासन और पुलिस की माने तो ये फर्जी डॉक्टर पिछले लगभग दो साल से एम्स के अलग - अलग विभागों में डॉक्टर बनकर आता जाता रहा है। फिलहाल मिली जानकारी के अनुसार इस फर्जी डॉक्टर रीतज ने बैचलर डिग्री लेने के बाद मोरारजी देसाई नेश्नल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ योगा से एक माह का योगा का कोर्स भी किया हुआ है। पुलिस ने इस फर्जी डॉक्टर के खिलाफ ममला तो दर्ज कर लिया है लेकिन ये अपने आप में अचंभे की बात है कि इतने बड़े असपताल में लम्बे वक्त से एक फर्जी डॉक्टर लोगो का इलाज कर रहा था जो अस्पताल प्रशांस की एक बड़ी चुक है|
