दिल्ली के नांगलोई वार्ड में निगम पार्षद पर लोगों से पैसे ठगी करने के आरोप लग रहे हैं। रविवार को नांगलोई की भाजपा निगम पार्षद ने क्षेत्र में बड़ा कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जिसके लिये भंडारे और जागरण की पर्ची काट कर लोगों से पैसे वसूले गए। लोगों का आरोप है की उनसे भाजपा नेता चतर सिंह रछौया के आदमियों ने ये कह कर पैसे लिये थे की इस रसीद के बदले उन्हें दस हजार तक के लोन और मकान के लिए प्लाट भी दिए जायेंगे। लेकिन ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ।
नांगलोई क्षेत्र की ये महिलाएं ज्यादा पढ़ी लिखी नहीं हैं , इसी बात का फायदा उठा कर इनसे सौ सौ रुपये की वसूली की गई , पैसों के बदले इन्हें जागरण और भंडारे की पर्ची थमा दी गई और कहा गया की इस पर्ची के बदले इन्हें लोन और मकान भी मिलेंगे।
रविवार के दिन क्षेत्र के निगम पार्षद ने बड़ा कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर कुछ महिलाओं के बीच सिलाई मशीन और दस दस हजार लोन के चेक भी बांटे लेकिन हजारों महिलाओं को किये वादे के बदले महज कुछ महिलाओं को ही चेक और सिलाई मशीन दिए गए और ज्यादातर महिलाओं को बैरंग वापस लौटा दिया।
इस बात से महिलाएं गुस्सा गई और नांगलोई थाने शिकायत लेकर पहुंची , लेकिन इन महिलाओं को शिकायत दर्ज कराने के लिए भी कोई ठोस आधार नहीं मिल रहा क्योंकि पर्चियाँ तो भंडारे और जागरण के नाम की काटी गई हैं जिसमें भाजपा नेता रछौया का जिक्र तक नहीं है।
अब ठगा सा महसूस कर रही इन महिलाओं को समझ नहीं आ रहा की वो कहाँ जाएं और निगम पार्षद की इस धूर्तता की शिकायत किस के पास करें।
