Jio Giga Fiber Offer Launched In India

Jio GigaFiber registrations are now live, allowing potential users to express their interest in the service. The high-speed Jio GigaFiber broadband service will provide Internet access with speeds up to 1Gbps to both home users and businesses, and users can choose to give their home and office address for the same. It is important for users to make sure Jio GigaFiber registrations from their areas are sufficient in number as the Mukesh Ambani-led company will prioritise rollout of the Jio broadband service depending on the interest it receives from different areas. And to make sure fake demand is not created in certain areas, the registration process involves OTP to authenticate it.
Jio GigaFiber broadband plans have not been announced yet, but it was reported earlier this year that users will be provided 100Mbps, unlimited voice and video calling over VoIP, and access to JioTV app. RIL Chairman Mukesh Ambani had said last month that Jio GigaFiber will be launched in 1,100 cities across the country, but there is no date yet for the official rollout. The Jio broadband service had been in testing for the past couple of years, with users reporting download speeds of over 700Mbps.
