कोविड-19 अपडेट : आज कोरोनावायरस काल में LPG में मिलने वाली सब्सिडी का बंद होना करोड़ों भारतीयों के लिए बड़ा झटका है। अगर आपके बैंक खाते में पिछले एक-डेढ़ साल से एलपीजी सिलिंडर की सब्सिडी नहीं आ रही है तो यह वीडियो आपके लिए है। कोविड-19 और लॉकडाउन के चलते करोड़ों भारतीय बेरोज़गार हो चुके हैं। ऐसे मुश्किल समय में सरकार ने क्या किया पेट्रोल और डीजल के दाम 100 रूपये कर दिए और जनता को बिना बताए गैस की सब्सिडी बंद कर दी । शुरआत में आप ने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी का वीडियो देखा। आपको अंदाजा तो हो ही गया होगा कि पीएम मोदी कभी भी LPG सिलिंडर की सब्सिडी के पक्ष में नहीं थे इसके पीछे वजह थी उनकी सबसे महत्कांक्षी 'उज्ज्वला योजना' . इसके तहत गरीबी रेखा से नीचे के परिवारों की महिला को फ्री गैस कनेक्शन दिया जाता है। उज्ज्वला योजना को सफल बनाने के के लिए पीएम मोदी ने जनता से स्वेच्छा से सब्सिडी छोड़ने के लिए भी कहा। #कोविड-19 #कोरोनावायरस #Coronavirus

छले कुछ सालों में LPG गैस सिलेंडर की कीमत तेजी से बढ़ी है और उस पर मिलने वाली सब्सिडी घटती चली गई।जिसका नतीजा ये हुआ कि आज सब्सिडी और बिना सब्सिडी वाले सिलेंडर की कीमत एक बराबर हो चुकी है जिससे ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो में अधिकांश उपभोक्ता गैस सिलेंडर से नहीं लकड़ी से चूल्हे पर भोजन बना रहे।गैस सिलेंडर के दाम तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं और उस पर मिलने वाली सब्सिडी घटती जा रही है। जहा पिछले साल तक प्रति सिलेंडर उन्हें सब्सिडी के रुप में 110 रुपए तक मिल जाते थे। तो यह रकम दिसंबर 2020 तक 35.50 रुपए रह गई तो वही इस साल मई में घट कर 17.88 रुपए तक रह गई,लेकिन अब यह राशि भी महीनों से गैस कनेक्शन धारकों के खाते में नहीं आई है।
आप को बता दे मिलने वाली सब्सिडी सीधे ग्राहक के खाते में ट्रांसफर की जाती थी। धीरे-धीरे वक्त बीतने के साथ-साथ ये सब्सिडी कम होती गई और फिर धीरे से ही एक दम कम हो गयी। यानी आम लोगों पर महंगाई की दो-तरफा मार पड़ी है। सिलेंडर भी महंगे हुए हैं और सब्सिडी भी नही मिल रही है।जहा गैस सिलेंडर की कीमत इसवक्त 970 रुपये हो गई है। दो साल पहले रसोई गैस सिलेंडर रीफिल करवाने पर करीब 397 रुपये सब्सिडी मिलती थी, लेकिन अब सब्सिडी नहीं मिल रही है। अभी सब्सिडी और नॉन-सब्सिडी दोनों तरह के सिलेंडर की कीमत एक ही हो चुकी है। ऐसे में पेट्रोलियम मंत्रालय का कहना है कि 2020 मई से सब्सिडी वाले और बिना-सब्सिडी वाले गैस सिलेंडर की कीमत में कोई अंतर नहीं है इसलिए किसी भी ग्राहक को सब्सिडी नहीं दी जा रही है।
