उत्तर प्रदेश के मंत्रियों के खर्चे को लेकर एक ब्यौरा सामने आया है, जिससे पता चलता है कि यूपी सरकार के मंत्री 2012 से लेकर 2016 तक सरकारी खजाने से पॉकेट मनी के नाम पर आठ करोड़ 78 लाख 12 हजार 474 रुपये खर्च कर चुके हैं।
पॉकेट मनी पर यह खुलासा भाजपा नेता सुरेश खन्ना की ओर से यूपी विधानसभा में पूछे गए एक सवाल में सामने आया। दरअसल खन्ना ने जानना चाहा था कि वर्तमान मंत्रिमंडल के सदस्यों ने बतौर पॉकेट मनी कितना खर्च किया है। इसपर यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव ने विधानसभा में जवाब देते हुए कहा कि मार्च 2012 से मार्च 2016 के बीच पॉकेट मनी की दृष्टि से गोपन अनुभाग ने मंत्रियों को सूबे के अंदर भ्रमण के दौरान ढाई हजार रुपये रोजाना और प्रदेश से बाहर और देश के अंदर भ्रमण के दौरान तीन हजार रुपये प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से फुटकर खर्च की सीमा तय की है। पॉकेट मनी के नाम पर खर्च करने के आंकड़े में पहले नंबर पर संस्कृति राज्यमंत्री अरुणा कुमारी कोरी हैं, जिन्होंने 22 लाख, 93 हजार 800 रुपये चार सालों में खर्च कर डाले। खर्च करने की रेस में दूसरे पायदान पर संसदीय कार्य मंत्री आजम खां हैं, जिन्होंने 22 लाख, 86 हजार 620 रुपये खर्च किए हैं। वहीं, 22 लाख 85 हज़ार 9 सौ रुपए खर्च करके कैलाश चौरसिया तीसरे स्थान पर रहे हैं। पॉकेट मनी के नाम पर मंत्रिमंडल के लगभग मंत्रियों के खर्चे 10 लाख के आंकड़े से पार है। हालांकि इन आंकड़ों में सबसे दिलचस्प बात यह है कि एक मंत्री ऐसे भी हैं, जिन्होंने पॉकेट मनी के नाम पर कुछ भी खर्च नहीं किया है। कैबिनेट मंत्री शिवपाल यादव ने सरकारी खजाने से एक भी रुपए अपनी पॉकेट मनी के लिए नहीं लिए हैं।
