Samantha's EMOTIONAL chat on Shaakuntalam, battling myositis, bodyshaming, trolls & judgment

Several labels have been attached to Samantha Ruth Prabhu but for us, she will always be a warrior princess. Much like her character in her next film Shaakuntalam, she has braved against several odds in her life, but with dignity and grace. When Bollywood Bubble host Nayandeep Rakshit cornered her for an interview, we spoke to her about almost everything. From shooting for Shaakuntalam and how women are given stronger roles in today's times to paradigm shifts in the industry and sisterhood, with love from her peers, she is all smiles. But the Family Man 2 actress gets extremely emotional discussing her battle with myositis and the physical issues that come with the disorder. "I feel puffy on days, wake up with pins and needles in my eyes everyday," her lines can send chills down your spine but Samantha has braved it all with a smile on her face. In fact, constant trolling around her body, her look, her weight circulating on the net also has not been able to break her, much like the judgment she faced post news of her divorce with ex husband Naga Chaitanya.
