यूपी के संतकबीरनगर ज़िले के मेंहदावल तहसील में SDM के खिलाफ लेखपाल लामबंद होचुके हैं, और अब तो लेखपाल एसडीएम के स्थानान्तरण की मांग पर उतर आए हैं और एकजुट होकर नाराज लेखपालों ने अब तहसील काम काज को ठप करके आंदोलन पर उतर कर SDM को हटाने की मांग पर अड़ गए है ।आपको बतादे की मेहदावल एसडीएम के द्वारा न केवल लेखपालों बल्कि आम जनता के साथ भी अभद्रता करने का मामला सामने आ रहा है जबकि लेखपालों का आरोप है कि SDM साहब उनके साथ दुर्व्यवहार करते हैं और ये सिलसिला क़रीब एक साल से चला आरहा है, और इन्ही सब बातों को लेकर नाराज लेखपाल एसडीएम कार्यालय पर ही धरने पर बैठ गए
इसके साथ ही धरने पर बैठे लेखपालों ने एसडीएम के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी भी की और लेखपाल इस बात पर अड़े हुए हैं, की जब तक एसडीएम साहब का टस्थानांतरण नहीं होजाता, तब तक ये धरना प्रदर्शन यूं ही चलता रहेगा, वही जब इस पूरे मामले पर मेहदावल एसडीएम अजय कुमार त्रिपाठी से फोन पर जानकारी लेनी चाही, तो उन्होंने कुछ भी बोलने से साफ इनकार कर दिया, और कहा कि हमे कोई जानकारी नहीं है, जो कुछ पूछना है लेखपालों से ही पूछ लीजिये, फिलहाल SDM और लेखपाल के बीच मामला जो भी हो, लेकिन इसका नतीजा क्या निकलेगा तो आने वाला वक्त ही बताएगा

सिद्धार्थनगर ज़िले के नौगढ़ तहसील में बाढ़ की स्थिति अब भयावह होती चली जा रही है जिसके कारण अभी तक सबसे ज्यादातर दिक्कतें ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में है मुख्यालय के सटे सोहान्स रोड पर अब पानी चढ़ गया और ग्रामीणों अब शहर आने में काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है और लोग अब लोग नाव का सहारा लेकर आ जा रहे है ।यह पानी मुख्यालय के जमुआर नाले के उफान के कारण यह स्थिति उत्पन्न हुई है वहीं आपको बता दे यह सोहान्स रोड पर सदर विधायक श्यामधनी राही का आवास भी पड़ता है वहीं आने-जाने वाले ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि अभी तक उनके लिए शासन-प्रसाशन की तरफ से कोई सहायता नही पहुँचाई गई है वहीं मौके पर पहुँचे एडीएम सीता राम गुप्ता ने बताया कि दो दिनों से सोहान्स रोड पर पानी चढ़ गया है ग्रामीणों के लिए दो नाव लगाई गई और लेखपाल को निर्देशित किया गया है कि जो भी फसल,मकान इत्यादि का नुक्सान होता है तो उचित मदद भी पहुचाई जायेगी।

खबर यूपी के बलिया जनपद से है जहाँ बलिया जनपद के रसड़ा कोतवाली थाना क्षेत्र के अठीलापूरा गांव का मामला हैं जहाँ मोहन सिंह ने एक लेखपाल विक्रम बहादुर सिंह के ख़िलाफ़ डीएम को पत्रक सौपा । और यह आरोप लगाया कि कई बार आईजीआरएस देने के बाद भी कोई कार्यवाही नही की जाती हैं।तहसीलदार रसड़ा और एसडीएम रसड़ा राजनीतिक प्रेसर दिलाकर हर मामले को रुकवा देते हैं। अवैध पथल गड़ी और अवैध कृषि आवंटन के संबंध में हैं मैन मुख्यमंत्री से लेकर डीएम तक को पत्र दिया लेकिन अभीतक कोई कार्यवाही नही हुई। बस अधिकारियों के द्वारा कार्यवाही का आश्वासन दिया जाता है।25 वर्षो से लेखपाल विक्रम बहादुर सिंह जमे हुए हैं।विक्रम बहादुर सिंह लेखपाल है लेकिन कानूनगो के पद पर बने हुए।वही पीड़ित ने सरकार को बताया भ्रस्ट।

भारी बारिश के चलते आधा दर्जन मकान धराशाई
पिछले 24 घंटे से हो रही मूसलाधार बरसात से पूरे जिले में जन जीवन अस्तव्यस्त हो गया। वहीं कई स्थानों पर बिजली के पोल व पेड़ गिर गए। यही नहीं कई मकान भी धराशाही हो गए। इसी के चलते देर रात गणेशपुरा मे आधा दर्जन मकान धराशाही हो गए। हालाकि कि कोई जनहानि नहीं हुई। लेकिन इस घटना मे ग्रामीणों का पूरा सामान दब गया ओर एक बालिका भी घायल हो गई। सूचना मिलते ही एसडीएम ने लेखपाल को मौके पर भेज कर रिपोर्ट मांगी है। लेखपाल कि रिपोर्ट आने के बाद पीड़ितों को नुकसान के हिसाब से मुआवजा दिया जाएगा।

जब रक्षक स्वयं भक्षक बन जाए तो ऐसे में कैसे कोई सुरक्षित रह सकता है । इसी तरह जब जमीन के रखवाले अवैध कब्जे पर उतारू हो जाएं तो जमीन का बचना मुश्किल हो जाता है। ऐसा ही मामला अमेठी जनपद के सदर तहसील गौरीगंज अंतर्गत ग्राम सभा ओरी पुर में देखने को मिला है । जहां पर गौरीगंज तहसील में तैनात राजस्व लेखपाल राकेश कुमार गुप्ता के द्वारा अपने पैतृक गांव ओरीपुर में बने प्राथमिक विद्यालय की सरकारी जमीन पर अवैध कब्जा करते हुए स्कूल को घेर दिया जा रहा है और स्कूल पहुंचने के रास्ते पर भी छज्जा निकालकर अतिक्रमण किया जा रहा है ।
