नगर शहराच्या स्थापना दिनी जुन्या महानगरपालिकेतील मनपा आरोग्य अधिकार्‍यांच्या दालनामध्ये आमदार संग्राम जगताप समर्थकांनी धुडगूस घातला. जगताप आणि त्यांचे राष्ट्रवादीचे गुंड कार्यकर्ते यांना महापालिकेवर हल्ला करत तोडफोड करायची होती. त्यांनी खुर्च्यांची आदळा आदळ केली. बाटल्या फोडण्यासाठी उगारल्या. दहशत निर्माण केली. कोरोना काळात गुंडांचा जमाव गोळा करून मनपावर हल्ला करण्याचा त्यांचा डाव होता. या घटनेतून नगर शहरात संग्राम जगताप यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली पुन्हा एकदा एसपी ऑफिस हल्ला प्रकरणाची पुनरावृत्ती होते की काय अशी तणावपूर्ण परिस्थिती मनपात निर्माण झाली होती, असा आरोप काँग्रेसचे जिल्हाध्यक्ष किरण काळे यांनी पत्रकार परिषदेत केला आहे.

जुन्या महानगरपालिकेमध्ये काल दुपारी तीनच्या सुमारास किरण काळे हे ब्लॉक कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मनोज गुंदेचा, शहर जिल्हा उपाध्यक्ष अनंतराव गारदे, विद्यार्थी काँग्रेस प्रभारी अनिस चुडीवाला, क्रीडा काँग्रेसचे शहर जिल्हाध्यक्ष प्रवीणभैय्या गीते पाटील यांच्यासह मनपा आरोग्य अधिकारी यांच्यासमवेत लसीकरणाच्या शहरातील सुरू असणाऱ्या गोंधळाबाबत चर्चा करण्यासाठी गेले होते. त्यावेळी त्या ठिकाणी आधीपासूनच आरोग्य अधिकार्‍यांच्या दालनामध्ये जगताप आपल्या गुंड कार्यकर्त्यांना मोठ्या संख्येने याठिकाणी एकत्रित केले होते. त्याआधीच नगरसेवक बाळासाहेब बोराटे आणि राष्ट्रवादीच्या कार्यकर्त्यांमध्ये मनपात बाचाबाची झाल्याची चर्चा शहरात सुरू होती.

घटनेची माहिती देताना किरण काळे म्हणाले की, आम्ही काँग्रेस पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी दालनात प्रवेश केल्यानंतर आधीपासून सुरू असणारी चर्चा पाहून वाट पाहणे पसंत केले. मात्र काही वेळात आमदार जगताप यांच्या चिथावणी वरून त्यांच्या गुंड कार्यकर्त्यांनी काळे यांच्या वर हल्लाबोल सुरू केला. चार-पाच काँग्रेस पदाधिकाऱ्यांना जगताप यांचे साठ-सत्तर गुंड कार्यकर्ते यांनी धरा रे, मारा रे अशी अरेरावी सुरू केली. जगताप यांनी त्यात तेल ओतायचे काम कले. त्यामुळे त्यांच्या गुंडांचा उत्साह अधिक वाढला. खुर्च्यांची आदळा आदळ सुरू झाली. बाटल्या फोडण्याचा प्रयत्न झाला. बाचाबाची सुरू झाली.

मी परिस्थितीचे गांभीर्य लक्षात घेता, जिल्हा पोलीस अधीक्षक मनोज पाटील यांना एस. एम. एस. करून या ठिकाणी तातडीने पोलिस बळ पाठविण्याची विनंती केली. काही वेळातच त्या ठि

    स्थायी समितीचे सभापती गणेश कवडे म्हणाले की माझ्या कार्यकाळामध्ये प्रोफेसर चौकातील छत्रपती संभाजी महाराजांच्या पुतळ्याचे भूमिपूजन तसेच महापालिकेच्या आवारात असलेल्या छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांच्या पुतळ्याचा आणावरण माझ्या कार्यकाळामध्ये करण्याचेभाग्य मला लाभलं असून मी धन्य झालो आहे...

    अहमदनगर शहरातील मार्केट यार्ड मध्ये मोकळा भूखंडावर अनधिकृत पणे बांधलेल्या गाड्यांमधून संचालक मंडळाने मोठ्या प्रमाणात अपहार केल्याचा दावा शहर शिवसेनेचे दिलीप सातपुते यांनी केला होता त्या विषयावर त्यांनी आवाज उठवत न्यायालयामध्ये दाद मागितली त्यानंतर अनधिकृत असलेले गाळ्यांचे बांधकाम न्यायालयाने पाडण्याचा आदेश दिला...
    परंतु दोन दिवसांपूर्वी दिलीप सातपुते यांच्या विरोधात फुलांच्या व्यापाऱ्यांनी एक आंदोलन केलं त्यामध्ये व्यापाऱ्यांनी दिलीप सातपुते यांच्यावर आरोप केला की ते आमचे गाळे पाडून आमच्या पोटावर मारत आहे परंतु यावर बोलताना शहर प्रमुख दिलीप सातपुते म्हणाले की माझे आणि व्यापाराचे कोणतेही भांडण नसून मी सदैव व्यापाऱ्यांच्या पाठीशी आहे तसेच शिवसेना ही व्यापाऱ्यांच्या पाठीशी खंबीरपणे उभे आहे माझे भांडण आहे ते मोकळा भूखंडावर बांधकाम करून कोट्यवधी रुपयांचा उपहार केलेल्या संचालक मंडळाबरोबर त्यामुळे व्यापाऱ्यांनी केलेले आरोप हे खोटे असून व्यापाऱ्यांवर दमबाजी झाल्याने व्यापाऱ्यांनी घाबरून हे आरोप माझ्यावर केले आहेत असा आरोप शहर शिवसेनेचे दिलीप सातपुते यांनी केला
