A grisly murder scene in South Miami has ended up on Facebook after the alleged killer posted a picture to the social networking site.
Derek Medina, 31, of South Miami posted a picture of his dead wife around three hours ago on a Facebook page attributed to him. Police found the woman's body in the townhouse at 5555 SW 67 Avenue.
There was a 10-year-old girl at the home, authorities say, but she was not hurt.
CBS4 has confirmed the identity of Medina with South Miami Police Sgt. Rene Landa.
The picture, which CBS4 and CBSMiami.com have chosen not to show, shows a woman identified in the post as Jennifer Alfonso, bent over backwards at the knees with her head in the corner of what appears to be a kitchen.
The woman's left arm is covered in blood and blood appears on her face as well.
Alonso was married to Medina.
The Facebook page also had an alleged confession from Medina on the site that read as follows:
"I'm going to prison or death sentence for killing my wife love you guys miss you guys take care Facebook people you will see me in the news" my wife was punching me and I am not going to stand anymore with the abuse so I did what I did I hope you understand me."

पुलिस को 29 जनवरी को विकास की गुमशुदगी की कम्प्लेन मिली और मामले की तफ्तीश जैसे ही जैतपुर थाने की पुलिस ने शुरू की तो मृतक के घर वालो ने बताया कि विकास को उसके पुराने ही दोस्त अर्जुन की पत्नी पूजा से अफेयर था हो सकता है की उनका हाथ हो। पुलिस की टीम ने सर्विलांस के आधार पर आरोपियो को ट्रैक किया और एक -एक करके गिरफ्तार कर लिया । पुलिस ने जंगल से कंकाल बरामद कर लिया।
जैतपुर थाने की पुलिस ने सभी आरोपियो को कोर्ट में पेश किया वहां से सभी को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया है।

According to WSVN.com, South Miami Police has confirmed that Derek Medina admitted to shooting and killing his wife Jennifer Alfonso at their home on Thursday morning before he surrendered to the police. Police also confirmed Medina's Facebook page featured images of Alfonso's dead body and messages confessing to the shooting. The image is said to be an accurate photo of the victim based on what she was wearing and how she was found at the scene.
It was reported that a dispute broke out between the Medina and Alfonso which has led to the fatal shooting. Medina allegedly went to his father's home and admitted to shooting his wife before turning himself in to the police.
Police found a young girl around 10 years old inside the house when they arrived. The girl is reportedly the daughter of Alfonso, who was in the house at the time of the shooting but was unharmed.

जैतपुर में रहने वाले अर्जुन की शादी पूजा से हुई. काफी समय सब ठीक चला फिर पत्नी का मन भर गया तो वह पति से बेवफाई करके अलग रहने लगी और कोर्ट में अलग होने के लिए अर्जी भी लगा दी। इसी दौरान उसकी मुलाकात विकास मिश्र से हुई, दोस्ती प्यार में बदल गई और प्यार लिव इन रिलेशन में. कुछ महीना तक सब कुछ ठीक चला, लेकिन विकास के व्यवहार और रहन सहन से पूजा भर गया और वह उससे बेवफाई करके अलग हो गयी और पति के पास फिर से वापस जाने के लिए तैयार हो गई. लेकिन पति ने रख लिया शर्त की उसे तभी वह अपने पास रखेगा जब विकास को वह रास्ते से हटवा देगी। और उसी शादी शुदा प्रेमिका ने रच डाली आशिक की हत्या की कहानी।
पूजा ने 27 जनबरी को विकास को मिलने बुलाया, नोएडा के जंगल में ले गई और फिर माँ से 5 मिनट मिलने के बहाने वहां से निकल गई। अकेले विकास पर घात लगाए पूजा का पति और दोस्त झपट पड़े और हथौड़ा से वॉर करके हत्या कर दी। फिर सभी एक-एक करके वहां से निकल गए और शव को जंगल में छोड़ दिया। जिसे बाद में जानवरों ने खाकर कंकाल बना दिया।
पुलिस को 29 जनवरी को विकास की गुमशुदगी की कम्प्लेन मिली और मामले की तफ्तीश जैसे ही जैतपुर थाने की पुलिस ने शुरू की तो मृतक के घर वालो ने बताया कि विकास को उसके पुराने ही दोस्त अर्जुन की पत्नी पूजा से अफेयर था हो सकता है की उनका हाथ हो। पुलिस की टीम ने सर्विलांस के आधार पर आरोपियो को ट्रैक किया और एक -एक करके गिरफ्तार कर लिया । पुलिस ने जंगल से कंकाल बरामद कर लिया।
जैतपुर थाने की पुलिस ने सभी आरोपियो को कोर्ट में पेश किया वहां से सभी को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया है।
