लुधियाना के हल्का पूर्वी के गुरु विहार में पिछले 30 सालों से टूटी सड़को पर गंदे पानी की वजह से राहगीरो को मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। वही मोहल्ला निवासियो ने बताया कि पिछली सरकार के होते हुऐ नीव पत्थर तो रखे गये थे पर सड़क को किसी ने भी नही बनवाया।
