नावाडीह स्थित एफसीआई गोदाम के समीप बुधवार को नावाडीह प्रखंड के विभिन्न जगहों पर संचालित जनवितरण प्रणाली के दुकानदारों की एक बैठक फेयर प्राइस डीलर एसोसिएशन संघ नावाडीह के बैनर तले की गई । यहां संघ के नावाडीह प्रखंड अध्यक्ष रउफ हुसैन ने कहा कि राज्य के गलत नीतियों के वजह से उनके परिवार भुखमरी के कगार पर है । जबकि वह प्रति माह हजारों की संख्या में लोगों के बीच खाद्यान्न अनाज का वितरण कर पेट भरने का काम करते है । बावजूद उन्हें नित्य बातें सुनना पड़ रहा है । यह भी कहा कि कोरोना काल के समय लाभुकों के बीच अनाज वितरण के उपरांत बचे चावल का आवंटन उनके नियमित आवंटन से काट लिया गया । किन्तु कोरोना काल में वितरण किए गए अनाज का कमीशन देना सरकार अब तक मुनासिब नहीं समझ रही है । सरकार का यह सौतेला व्यवहार बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा । 31 दिसंबर 2023 तक सरकार उन्हें मानदेय देने के प्रति गंभीर नहीं होती है तो एक जनवरी 2024 से सभी डीलर अपने हक के समर्थन में अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर रहेंगे । सचिव भेखलाल महतो ने कहा कि सरकार डीलर को बंधुआ मजदूर बनाकर छोड़ दी है । सरकार का डीलर के प्रति सही सोच नहीं होने के कारण उन्हें समय पर कमीशन तक नहीं मिलता है । यहीं कारण है कि कोरोना काल के अलावा वर्ष 2023 के मार्च, अक्टूबर व नवंबर माह का भी अब तक कमीशन अप्राप्त है । सचिव ने कहा कि सरकार डीलर के लिए एक मानदेय तय करने को यह अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर रहने को विवश है । यह भी कहा कि दूसरों के पेट भरने वाले के परिवार भुखमरी के कगार पर रहे, यह अब बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा । यह भी बताया कि अपने मांग के समर्थन में सभी डीलर एक जनवरी से खाद्यान्न का उठाव व वितरण नहीं करेंगे । इसको ले नावाडीह बीडीओ, सीओ व प्रभारी एजीएम को ज्ञापन सौंप हड़ताल पर जाने की जानकारी दी । यहां बीस सूत्री प्रखंड अध्यक्ष सह डीलर वृजलाल हांसदा, नंदकिशोर वर्मा, भेखलाल महतो, रीतलाल महतो, अर्जुन रविदास, दिनेश रजवार, गोवर्धन साव, जागेश्वर महतो, वैधनाथ कुम्हार, राजेन्द्र महतो, सरयू स्वर्णकार आदि उपस्थित थे ।
