स्वच्छता अभियान के तहत सरकार लाखो रूपये खर्च कर शौचालय का निर्माण करवाती है।जिसके तहत 12 हजार रुपये मिलते है...मगर उत्तरप्रदेश के मिर्ज़ापुर के नरायनपुर ब्लाक के लोगो ने देश के सामन उदाहरण प्रस्तुत करते हुए सरकार से मिले पैसे में सिर्फ 6 हजार रुपये कि मदत लेकर बाकी पैसा खुद लगा कर शौचालय का निर्माण कर पूरे ब्लाक को ओडीएफ घोषित करवाया।सरकार के करोङो रूपये बचा कर नजिर कायम किया
