उत्तर प्रदेश के फतेहपुर जनपद के कल्याणपुर थाना अंतर्गत हरसिंगपुर गांव के समीप स्थित शिवगोपाल इंटर कॉलेज में गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर छात्राओं द्वारा स्कूल परिसर में कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किए जा रहे थे तभी बाइक में सवार 1 दर्जन से अधिक लोगों ने स्कूल पहुंचकर छात्राओं से छीटा कशी शुरू कर दी छींटाकशी का विरोध प्रधानाचार्य ओ पी गुप्ता ने दर्ज कराया
