Power To Empower (2020)

NTPC brand is built on the philosophy of “People before Plant Load Factor”, encompassing a culture of learning, performance, innovation and care. This has led to NTPC being the only PSU to consistently feature for the past 12 years by Great Place To Work Institute and The Economic Times for recognizing India’s “Top 50 Best Companies to Work For”.

Recognizing the role of People Managers in translating Great People Practices to Great Employee Experiences, NTPC joined forces with the Great Place to Work Institute for executing the “Power To Empower” People Manager Program.

This one-of-a-kind project endeavored to empower the identified participants to take greater responsibility for their teams and create a high-trust, high performance workplace culture.

Film gives glimpses of this magnificent program in which more than 100 executives participated across four power stations of NTPC spread over 5 month period.
