ഇത്തരത്തില് 70,000 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിസ നല്കാനാണ് സൗദി തൊഴില് മന്ത്രാലയം തീരുമാനമെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാല് വിദേശ റിക്രൂട്ടിങ് അനിയന്ത്രിതമായി വര്ധിപ്പിക്കാന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്നും അധികൃതര് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. സ്വദേശിവത്കരണം നടപ്പിലാക്കാന് പറ്റാത്ത അപൂര്വം മേഖലകളില് മാത്രമായിരിക്കും ഇത് നടപ്പാക്കുകയെന്നാണ് അറിയിപ്പ്.
എന്ജിനീയറിങ്, മെഡിസിന്, ഐ.ടി, ഫാര്മസി, അക്കൗണ്ടിങ് മേഖലകളിലാണ് വിദേശികള്ക്ക് വിസ ലഭിക്കുക. ഇതിനായി നേരത്തെ നിതാഖാത്ത് വ്യവസ്ഥകള് പാലിച്ച് പ്ലാറ്റിനം, ഉയര്ന്ന പച്ച ഗ്രേഡുകള് ലഭിച്ച എഴുപതിനായിരം സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിദേശ തൊഴിലാളികളെ നിയമിക്കാന് വിസ ലഭിക്കും. ആവശ്യത്തിന് സ്വദേശികളെ ലഭ്യമല്ലാത്ത മേഖലകളില് ജീവനക്കാരില്ലാതെ രാജ്യത്തെ സ്വകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ സുഗമമായ പ്രവര്ത്തനത്തിന് തടസം നേരിടുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കാനാണ് തീരുമാനമെന്ന് അധികൃതര് വിശദീകരിച്ചു. ഈ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്ക് എത്ര വിസ ലഭിക്കുമെന്ന് വ്യക്തമല്ല.നിതാഖാത്ത് വ്യവസ്ഥകള് പാലിച്ച് പ്ലാറ്റിനം ഗ്രേഡ് ലഭിച്ച 28,000 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്കും ഉയര്ന്ന പച്ച ഗ്രേഡ് ലഭിച്ച 42,000 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്കുമാണ് വിസ ലഭിക്കുക. നേരത്തെ ഇതേ തസ്തികകളില് ജോലി ചെയ്ത വിദേശികള് രാജ്യം വിട്ടതിന്റെ രേഖയും ഇവര് വിസ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം സമര്പ്പിക്കണം.
സ്വദേശിവത്കരണം കാരണം ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് വിദേശികള്ക്ക് സൗദിയില് തൊഴില് നഷ്ടമാകുമ്പോഴും പുതിയ തീരുമാനം വിദഗ്ദ തൊഴിലാളികള്ക്ക് അനുഗ്രഹമാകും.
ലോകസാമ്പത്തിക വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ നെടുംതൂണുകളായ ഗൾഫ് മേഖലയിലെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച സാമ്പത്തിക ശക്തിയായ സൌദി അറേബ്യയിൽ സ്വദേശിവൽക്കരണം ശക്തമാക്കുകയാണ്. സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയിൽ സ്വദേശി അനുപാതം വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ജനുവരിയിലാണ് മൂന്നു ഘട്ടമായുള്ള 70% സ്വദേശിവൽക്കരണം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചത്. മൊത്ത, ചില്ലറ വ്യാപാരമേഖലകളിൽ നിയമം ബാധകമാകും. 10 ജീവനക്കാരുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ 7 പേരും സൗദി പൗരന്മാരാകണമെന്നതാണ് നിയമം. ഒരു സൗദി പൗരൻ മുഴുവൻ സമയവും സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ വേണമെന്നതും നിർബന്ധം. 2018 നവംബര് ഒൻപതിനാണ് സ്വദേശിവൽക്കരണത്തിൻറെ രണ്ടാം ഘട്ടം തുടങ്ങിയത്. ഇലക്ട്രിക്, ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്

സ്വദേശികളെ ലഭ്യമാവാത്ത തൊഴിലില് വിദേശികള്ക്ക് വിസ
ആവശ്യത്തിന് സ്വദേശികളെ ലഭ്യമാവാത്ത തൊഴില് രംഗങ്ങളില് വിദേശികള്ക്ക് വിസ നല്കാന് സൗദി തീരുമാനം.
ഇത്തരത്തില് 70,000 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിസ നല്കാനാണ് സൗദി തൊഴില് മന്ത്രാലയം തീരുമാനമെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാല് വിദേശ റിക്രൂട്ടിങ് അനിയന്ത്രിതമായി വര്ധിപ്പിക്കാന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്നും അധികൃതര് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. സ്വദേശിവത്കരണം നടപ്പിലാക്കാന് പറ്റാത്ത അപൂര്വം മേഖലകളില് മാത്രമായിരിക്കും ഇത് നടപ്പാക്കുകയെന്നാണ് അറിയിപ്പ്.
എന്ജിനീയറിങ്, മെഡിസിന്, ഐ.ടി, ഫാര്മസി, അക്കൗണ്ടിങ് മേഖലകളിലാണ് വിദേശികള്ക്ക് വിസ ലഭിക്കുക. ഇതിനായി നേരത്തെ നിതാഖാത്ത് വ്യവസ്ഥകള് പാലിച്ച് പ്ലാറ്റിനം, ഉയര്ന്ന പച്ച ഗ്രേഡുകള് ലഭിച്ച എഴുപതിനായിരം സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിദേശ തൊഴിലാളികളെ നിയമിക്കാന് വിസ ലഭിക്കും. ആവശ്യത്തിന് സ്വദേശികളെ ലഭ്യമല്ലാത്ത മേഖലകളില് ജീവനക്കാരില്ലാതെ രാജ്യത്തെ സ്വകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ സുഗമമായ പ്രവര്ത്തനത്തിന് തടസം നേരിടുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കാനാണ് തീരുമാനമെന്ന് അധികൃതര് വിശദീകരിച്ചു. ഈ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്ക് എത്ര വിസ ലഭിക്കുമെന്ന് വ്യക്തമല്ല.നിതാഖാത്ത് വ്യവസ്ഥകള് പാലിച്ച് പ്ലാറ്റിനം ഗ്രേഡ് ലഭിച്ച 28,000 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്കും ഉയര്ന്ന പച്ച ഗ്രേഡ് ലഭിച്ച 42,000 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്കുമാണ് വിസ ലഭിക്കുക. നേരത്തെ ഇതേ തസ്തികകളില് ജോലി ചെയ്ത വിദേശികള് രാജ്യം വിട്ടതിന്റെ രേഖയും ഇവര് വിസ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം സമര്പ്പിക്കണം.
സ്വദേശിവത്കരണം കാരണം ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് വിദേശികള്ക്ക് സൗദിയില് തൊഴില് നഷ്ടമാകുമ്പോഴും പുതിയ തീരുമാനം വിദഗ്ദ തൊഴിലാളികള്ക്ക് അനുഗ്രഹമാകും.
ലോകസാമ്പത്തിക വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ നെടുംതൂണുകളായ ഗൾഫ് മേഖലയിലെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച സാമ്പത്തിക ശക്തിയായ സൌദി അറേബ്യയിൽ സ്വദേശിവൽക്കരണം ശക്തമാക്കുകയാണ്. സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയിൽ സ്വദേശി അനുപാതം വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ജനുവരിയിലാണ് മൂന്നു ഘട്ടമായുള്ള 70% സ്വദേശിവൽക്കരണം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചത്. മൊത്ത, ചില്ലറ വ്യാപാരമേഖലകളിൽ നിയമം ബാധകമാകും. 10 ജീവനക്കാരുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ 7 പേരും സൗദി പൗരന്മാരാകണമെന്നതാണ് നിയമം. ഒരു സൗദി പൗരൻ മുഴുവൻ സമയവും സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ വേണമെന്നതും നിർബന്ധം. 2018 നവംബര് ഒൻപതിനാണ് സ്വദേശിവൽക്കരണത്തിൻറെ രണ്ടാം ഘട്ടം തുടങ്ങിയത്. ഇലക്ട്രിക്, ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്
