Documentary on contraception | Informed choices Make a difference | Satya Bhanja

Family planning services are defined as "educational, comprehensive medical or social activities which enable individuals, including minors, to determine freely the number and spacing of their children and to select the means by which this may be achieved".Family planning may involve consideration of the number of children a woman wishes to have, including the choice to have no children, as well as the age at which she wishes to have them. These matters are influenced by external factors such as marital situation, career considerations, financial position, any disabilities that may affect their ability to have children and raise them, besides many other considerations. If sexually active, family planning may involve the use of contraception and other techniques to control the timing of reproduction. Other techniques commonly used include sexuality education, prevention and management of sexually transmitted infections, pre-conception counseling and management, and infertility management. Family planning as defined by the United Nations and the World Health Organization encompasses services leading up to conception and does not promote abortion as a family planning method, although levels of contraceptive use reduces the need for abortion

India vs Australia Test Series Preview 2018

Aiming to win their maiden Test series in Australia, India want to start the campaign on a positive note when they face the hosts in the opening match of the four-match series here on Thursday.

World No. 1 India are coming on the back of some good performances at home, thrashing West Indies but were shocked by hosts Australia in the recently concluded Twenty20 International series while fifth-ranked Australia had a torrid year due to controversies and poor outings

India's overseas record is not that impressive as they lost a Test series in South Africa at the back end of last year and fell to England in a five-Test series away from home in the middle of 2018.

The visitors have also lost promising opener Prithvi Shaw as he suffered injury during the warm up game. So India have to come up with something different this time to put up a some challenge.

Skipper Virat Kohli also said that this time around the team is more experienced and players are fit as compared to the previous tours.

The batting department is comprised of some quality batsmen like Virat Kohli, Murali Vijay, Cheteshar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane who on their day can turn the game in their favor.
In the warm-up game against Cricket Australia XI, Indian batsmen were on the mark as all have scored runs.

In her letter to BCCI, she showed her discontent that after serving the nation for 20 long years she was not expecting to be treated like this

In defense, Powar blamed Mithali for being disrespectful and that she threatened to go back home if she doesn't get to play as an opener - to why mithali was still there till the last match

One such chapter in it is Mohammad Shehzad. Take one look at him and you’ll wonder how this man is a professional cricketer.
Fitness and diet is an important aspect of the modern game. But not when your name is Mohammad Shehzad.

Such is his natural ability to whack the ball out of the ground that it just takes everything else out of the equation.

Talikng about fitness, Shehzad once said in an interview
“Why diet like Virat Kohli when you can hit longer sixes than him”?

The Man surely believes in “Walking his Talk”

Mohammad Shehzad shattered the record of Fastest 50 in T10 cricket in 12 balls to break Eoin Morgan’s record of 14 balls in the same format.

    6 fours, 8 sixes, 74 Runs in 16 Balls

IPL teams would have taken notice of his match-winning potential in the shortest format of the game.

An ardent Dhoni fan by heart, Shehzad has said
“I want to bat with MS Dhoni at the other end. If I get picked in IPL at any time, I pray that it is Dhoni’s”

    5. Adelaide 2014: Kohli's 100s in both innings
On India tour of Australia, the tourists were playing their first test under Virat Kohli’s captaincy. Riding on the centuries by Warner, Smith and Clarke, Australia declared their first innings after posting a mammoth total of 517 runs. In response to this, India commenced well and scored 444 runs with the help of the skipper’s ton of 115 runs. Playing with a lead of 73 runs the hosts declared the innings at a score of 290/5.
