വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണം വര്‍ദ്ധിച്ചതോടെ കാറുകള്‍ക്ക് നിയന്ത്രണം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തുന്നു

സ്വകാര്യ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള കാറുകള്‍ക്ക് 2018ല്‍ നിയന്ത്രണം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തും


വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണം വര്‍ദ്ധിച്ചതോടെ കാറുകള്‍ക്ക് നിയന്ത്രണം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്താനൊരുങ്ങി സിംഗപ്പൂര്‍. അടുത്തവര്‍ഷം തന്നെ സ്വകാര്യ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള കാറുകള്‍ക്ക് രാജ്യത്ത് നിയന്ത്രണം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തും.

രാജ്യത്തെ വാഹനപ്പെരുപ്പം പൂജ്യത്തിലേക്ക് എത്തിക്കുകയാണ് ലക്ഷ്യം. തീരുമാനം നടപ്പിലാകുന്നതോടെ സിംഗപ്പൂരില്‍ കാര്‍ സ്വന്തമാക്കുകയെന്നത് ഏറെ പ്രയാസമേറിയ ഒന്നാകും. റോയിട്ടേഴ്‌സ് നല്‍കുന്ന സൂചനകളനുസരിച്ച് ഒരു മധ്യനിരവാഹനം സ്വന്തമാക്കുന്നതിന് അതിന്റെ നാലിരട്ടി വില നല്‍കേണ്ടി വരും. നിയന്ത്രണം എത്രകാലത്തേക്ക് എന്നത് വ്യക്തമല്ല.


എന്നാല്‍ ബസ്സുകളും,ഗുഡ്‌സ് വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ക്കും പുതിയ ഉത്തരവ് ബാധകമല്ല.
