मुजफ्फरनगर-मेनस्ट्रीमिंग के अन्तर्गत जनपद स्तरीय प्रषिक्षण कार्यषाला का आयोजन विकास भवन सभागार मे किया गया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता मुख्य विकास अधिकाारी आलोक यादव द्वारा की गई। सीडीओ द्वारा बताया गया कि एड्स से बचाव के लिए सबसे कारगर कदम एड्स रोग के प्रति जागरूकता एवं जानकारी ही है। बैठक में मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डा0 महावीर सिंह फौजदार, जिला क्षय रोग अधिकारी डा0 लोकेष चन्द्र गुप्ता एवं सुरेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह स्टेट ट्रेनर उपस्थित रहे।
मेनस्ट्रीमिंग कार्यक्रम के सम्बन्ध उ0प्र0 राज्य एडस नियन्त्रण सोसाइटी से आये मास्टर ट्रेनर सुरेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह ने अवगत कराया कि ब्लॉक/स्थानीय स्तर पर आयोजित होने वाली प्रशिक्षण कार्यशालाओं हेतु विभागवार माइक्रोप्लान बना लिया गया है, जिसकी सूचना उ0 प्र0 राज्य एड्स नियन्त्रण सोसाइटी को प्रेषित की जा चुकी है ताकि सोसाइटी के अधिकारियों द्वारा भी प्रशिक्षण कार्यशालाओं का अनुश्रवण किया जा सके एवं रिसोर्स पर्सनस को प्रशिक्षण देने हेतु भेजा जा सके। विभागीय कार्यशालाओं हेतु मदवार, विभागवार बजट विवरण मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी की अनुमति उपरान्त सभी का उपलब्ध कराया गया।डा0 एम0एस0 फौजदार, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी ने बताया कि एड्स रोग मुख्यतः असुरक्षित संभोग, सक्रमित खून के चढ़ाने से तथा एक ही सुई द्वारा नषे के इन्जेक्षन लेने से एवं संक्रमित मॉ से बच्चे मे आने से फैलता है। एड्स रोग छूने से, गले लगाने से, रोगी के कपडे पहने से, रोगी की समस्त वस्तुए इस्तेमाल करने से, संयुक्त षौचालय इस्तेमाल करने से, टेलीफोन प्रयोग करने से तथा मच्छर के काटने से नही फैलता है। उन्होंनें बताया कि मेनस्ट्रीमिंग के अन्तर्गत विभिन्न विभागों के माध्यम से जनपद में 05 ब्लॉक - खतौली, जानसठ, बुढाना, पुरकाजी, चरथावल में संवेदीकरण किया जायेगा ताकि समस्त जन सामान्य को एड्स विशय पर जानकारी एवं बचाव की जानकारी प्राप्त हो सके।
डा0 लोकेष चन्द्र गुप्ता, जिला क्षय रोग अधिकारी/जिला एड्स प्रोग्राम अधिकारी पर मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी मुजफ्फरनगर ने सभी को एड्स रोग के लक्षण तथा उनसे बचाव की जानकारी के साथ -साथ यह भी बताया कि एचआईवी का कोई उपचार नही है परन्तु एन्टी- रेट्रोवायरलদ্বারা LNV India| 44 দর্শনসমূহ

पाकिस्तान में एक चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है. पाकिस्तान के लरकाना जिले के स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. अब्दुल रहमान ने बताया है कि 90 से ज्यादा लोग और करीब 65 बच्चे एचआईवी पॉजिटिव पाए गए हैं. अधिकारियों ने 'जानबूझकर' एचआईवी फैलाने वाले एक डॉक्टर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है अधिकारी पहली बार तब अलर्ट हुए जब एक ही शहर में करीब 18 बच्चे एचआईवी पॉजिटिव पाए गए.

एचआईवी जैसे गंभीर बीमारी से पीड़ित व्यक्तियों को सरकार की तरफ से सुविधा मुहैया कराने के दावे तो बहुत सारे किए जाते हैं लेकिन सरकार की ओर से घोषित की गई मदद पीड़ित व्यक्तियों तक कितनी पहुंचती है इसकी जमीनी हकीकत बयां कर रही है महाराष्ट्र के सांगली जिले के खानापुर तहसील में रहने वाले एक एचआईवी से संक्रमित परिवार के सदस्य पिछले 12 साल से एचआईवी का मुकाबला कर रहे हैं लेकिन हमारे सिस्टम का मुकाबला करना उन्हें अब भारी पड़ रहा है सरकार द्वारा दी जाने वाली मदद के लिए सरकारी दफ्तर में कई बार चक्कर काटने के बावजूद उन्हें ना तो कोई सुविधा मिल रही है ऊपर से उन्हें अपमान सहना पड़ रहा है
