The four-member fact finding team of the Aam Aadmi Party which extensively toured the communal-riot hit areas in Ballabhgarh district of Haryana, has submitted its preliminary report to the party leadership.
The team comprising Delhi MLAs Naresh Balyan and Amanatullah Khan, along with party leaders Abhas Chandela and Feroz Khan, has been asked to prepare a detailed report by Sunday evening.
In its preliminary finding, the AAP team has informed the party that poor Muslims residing in Atali village of Ballabhgarh district were targeted when they were offering evening prayers at a small Mosque on May 25.
The AAP team has also found that the local Police did not try to diffuse the communal tension and allowed the Muslims to be targeted. The team was also told that no FIR has been registered in this case so far.
The party has decided to send the detailed report of its fact finding team to the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) so that it could take cognizance of extremely shocking situation in the vicinity of the national capital.
The AAP condemns the BJP's state government's indifference towards the plight of riot victims, who were forced to flee their homes and spend nights in tents.
Media reports clearly show that the riot was orchestrated over a five year old dispute. The state machinery preferred to turn a blind eye and allowed perpetrators to unleash violence over helpless villagers. The Haryana government appears to be punishing the victims for their religious identity.
The AAP expresses its anguish at BJP's Haryana government's insensitive way of dealing with the situation and failure to maintain communal harmony in Haryana.

Share application money received by Ananda from Wilton of Rs.10,33,15,733. Further calls not deposited and this money forfeited. Again money brought in by Wilton in Ananda for purchase of equity shares Rs. 21,08,33,480. Therefore total money received by Ananda from Mauritius co Wilton is Rs.31cr approx
Ananda then gave unsecured loan of Rs.3,80,00,000 to Niyant. It is unclear whether it was interest bearing, any collateral security given. The criteria for giving and receiving loan is still unclear. Then on 1.4.08 Ananda bought 395 shares of face value of Rs.10 per share at Rs.96910 per share, in Niyant Again on 21.09.09 Ananda bought 420 shares of face value of Rs.10 per share at Rs.96910 per share, in Niyant.
Therefore total money pumped in by Lalit Modi's company in Raje's son's company is Rs. 7.80cr approx + 3.80 cr= 11.63Cr. The money received by Vasundhara Raje’s son and his company seems malafide and bogus. Aam Aadmi Party demands the immediate arrest and removal of BJP leader Karan Singh Tanwar from the post of vice-chairman of New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC).
The latest shameful incident of Tanwar having illegally confined the Director (Projects and Enforcement) NDMC, Mr Neeraj Bharti in his office and having threatened him by instigating his supporters to beat him up, against which this officer has already filed a police complaint, only adds further to his list of shameful behaviour.
Tanwar is a serial offender and the Delhi Police and union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) should not shield such an individual against a whom number of serious complaints are already pending.
Last year a lady doctor, working as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) with the NDMC had lodged a complaint against the misbehaviour of Tanwar. The complaint was sent to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi and the MHA as well.
It is shocking that complaints of such serious nature were ignored by the MHA while appointing him as NDMC vice-chairman again in July this year.
This is the second incident within 10 days assault and misbehaviour by BJP leaders on senior bureaucrats, who refuse to carry out their illegal orders.
On 24 September, a mob led by close aides of BJP Lok Sabha MP Udit Raj forcibly entered the office of District Magistrate (North-West) and assaulted him in full public view.
These two incidents raise a serious question on the impartiality and functional credibility of Delhi Police. People of Delhi are still waiting for the Delhi Police chief to appear before cameras and tell when would Udit Raj Be questioned and when will Tanwar be arrested ?

This is clearly evident from the unprecedented combined presence of central government's top law officers – Attorney General Mr Mukul Rohtagi, Solicitor General Mr Ranjit Kumar and Additional Solicitor General Mr Tushar Mehta in the Supreme Court on Thursday to oppose the MLA's bail application.

The Aam Aadmi Party would like to know when was the last time three top law officers of the central government had appeared together in a case of marital discord involving an MLA ?
Does the BJP's central government feel that this case of marital discord is so important for it that it required the appearance of a Constitutional functionary like the Attorney General in the court ?
The AAP would like to know from the central government and these law officers :
1) Was the central government a party to this case ?
2) Who authorized these law officers to appear for Delhi Police ?
3) Who issued instructions for their appearance in this case of marital discord ? Did the union law ministry issue a notification ?
4) When was the last time central government deputed three top law officers to appear together for the Delhi Police ?
5) Is this case of marital discord more important for the BJP’s central government than the black money case and the Italian Marine cases ?
It has now become clear that the central government is dictating terms to the Delhi Police in this case, like many other cases involving AAP workers and its intention of harassing the party has now been proven beyond doubt.
