नगरच्या वाडिया पार्क येथील क्रीडा संकुलातील जलतरण तलावाची देखरेख करणाऱ्या ए के ग्रुपच्या वतीने स्विमिंग समर कॅम्प २०२२ चे आयोजन करण्यात आले असून त्याची सुरुवात नुकतीच झाली आहे. २५ मार्च पासून या कॅम्पची सुरुवात झाली असून २४ जून २०२२ पर्यंत हा अँप चालणार आहे. नगरमधील विविध राजकीय पक्षातील नेतेमंडळी, डॉक्टर्स, व्यापारी, उद्योजक तसेच नामांकित महिला या जलतरण तलावात पोहण्याचा आनंद घेण्यासाठी नियमितपने येत असल्याची माहिती ए के ग्रुप ने दिली असून या शिबिरांचा लाभ सर्वानी घेण्यासाठी शिबीरात मोठ्या संख्येने नावनोंदणी करून सवलतीच्या दरात नियमित पोहण्याचा पास घ्यावा असे आवाहन व्यवस्थापिका सौ. सारिका ललित गांधी यांनी केले आहे.
नगरचे प्रथम महापौर भगवान फुलसौंदर, राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस चे जेष्ठ नेते अशोक बाबर, डॉ. अरुण वैद्य, प्रा. एम डी कुलकर्णी, मिलिंद मोभारकर, उद्योजक प्रकाश फिरोदिया, विजय गांधी, रमेश बोथरा, संतोष बालदोटा, किशोर वर्मा, बजरंग भुतारे, सुरेश तरटे , सुरज कोठारी, डॉ. तेजश्री जुनागढे, डॉ. प्रज्ञा जोशी, डॉ. निलोफर धानोरकर, डॉ. तृप्ती बोरा आदी विविध क्षेत्रातील मान्यवर या शिबिरात सहभागी झाले आहेत.
जीवनात आनंदी आणि निरोगी राहण्यासाठी नियमित व्यायाम व योग प्राणायाम याची नितांत आवश्यकता आहे. त्यातल्या त्यात पोहणे हा सर्वांगसुंदर व्यायाम आहे आपण गेल्या १० ते १५ वर्षांपासून आपण पोहोण्याचा व्यायाम करीत आहोत त्यामुळेच आपण तंदुरुस्त आहोत . कोरोनामुळे २ वर्ष आपण घरात होतो पण आता ए के ग्रुप ने वाडिया पार्क जलतरण तलावाची अतिशय चांगल्या प्रकारे देखभाल केली आहे. पाणी शुद्ध, स्वच्छ आणि निळे ठेवले आहे. त्यामुळे या स्विमिंग समर कॅम्पला जलतरण प्रेमींचा चांगला प्रतिसाद मिळत असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले .
निशिकांत कुलकर्णी यांचे वय ६४ असून ते गेल्या ४० वर्षांपासून पोहतात त्यामुळे त्यांना डायबिटीस बीपी शुगर असा कोणताही आजार नाही मध्यंतरी त्यांना आर्थरायटिस झाला होता पण तो पोहण्याच्या नियमित व्यायामा मुळे बरा झाला असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले .
नगरमधील सामाजिक कार्यकर्ते मिलिंद मोभारकर हे वर्षातील १२ हि महिने पोहण्याचा व्यायाम करतात . कोरोना काळात २ वर्ष तलाव बंद होता त्यामुळे अनेकांची व्यायामाची सवय मोडली होती. त्यामुळे आपल्या शरीराची खूप मोठी हBy Metro News| 16200 views

नगरच्या वाडिया पार्क येथील क्रीडा संकुलातील जलतरण तलावाची देखरेख करणाऱ्या ए के ग्रुपच्या वतीने स्विमिंग समर कॅम्प २०२२ चे आयोजन करण्यात आले असून त्याची सुरुवात नुकतीच झाली आहे. २५ मार्च पासून या कॅम्पची सुरुवात झाली असून २४ जून २०२२ पर्यंत हा अँप चालणार आहे. नगरमधील विविध राजकीय पक्षातील नेतेमंडळी, डॉक्टर्स, व्यापारी, उद्योजक तसेच नामांकित महिला या जलतरण तलावात पोहण्याचा आनंद घेण्यासाठी नियमितपने येत असल्याची माहिती ए के ग्रुप ने दिली असून या शिबिरांचा लाभ सर्वानी घेण्यासाठी शिबीरात मोठ्या संख्येने नावनोंदणी करून सवलतीच्या दरात नियमित पोहण्याचा पास घ्यावा असे आवाहन व्यवस्थापिका सौ. सारिका ललित गांधी यांनी केले आहे.
नगरचे प्रथम महापौर भगवान फुलसौंदर, राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस चे जेष्ठ नेते अशोक बाबर, डॉ. अरुण वैद्य, प्रा. एम डी कुलकर्णी, मिलिंद मोभारकर, उद्योजक प्रकाश फिरोदिया, विजय गांधी, रमेश बोथरा, संतोष बालदोटा, किशोर वर्मा, बजरंग भुतारे, सुरेश तरटे , सुरज कोठारी, डॉ. तेजश्री जुनागढे, डॉ. प्रज्ञा जोशी, डॉ. निलोफर धानोरकर, डॉ. तृप्ती बोरा आदी विविध क्षेत्रातील मान्यवर या शिबिरात सहभागी झाले आहेत.
जीवनात आनंदी आणि निरोगी राहण्यासाठी नियमित व्यायाम व योग प्राणायाम याची नितांत आवश्यकता आहे. त्यातल्या त्यात पोहणे हा सर्वांगसुंदर व्यायाम आहे आपण गेल्या १० ते १५ वर्षांपासून आपण पोहोण्याचा व्यायाम करीत आहोत त्यामुळेच आपण तंदुरुस्त आहोत . कोरोनामुळे २ वर्ष आपण घरात होतो पण आता ए के ग्रुप ने वाडिया पार्क जलतरण तलावाची अतिशय चांगल्या प्रकारे देखभाल केली आहे. पाणी शुद्ध, स्वच्छ आणि निळे ठेवले आहे. त्यामुळे या स्विमिंग समर कॅम्पला जलतरण प्रेमींचा चांगला प्रतिसाद मिळत असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले .
निशिकांत कुलकर्णी यांचे वय ६४ असून ते गेल्या ४० वर्षांपासून पोहतात त्यामुळे त्यांना डायबिटीस बीपी शुगर असा कोणताही आजार नाही मध्यंतरी त्यांना आर्थरायटिस झाला होता पण तो पोहण्याच्या नियमित व्यायामा मुळे बरा झाला असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले .
नगरमधील सामाजिक कार्यकर्ते मिलिंद मोभारकर हे वर्षातील १२ हि महिने पोहण्याचा व्यायाम करतात . कोरोना काळात २ वर्ष तलाव बंद होता त्यामुळे अनेकांची व्यायामाची सवय मोडली होती. त्यामुळे आपल्या शरीराची खूप मोठी हBy Metro News| 16200 views
