ലെഫ്റ്റനന്റ് ഭാവന കസ്തൂരിയാണ് ജനുവരി 15 ന് എ.എസ്.സി (ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ആര്‍മിസ് സര്‍വിസ് കോര്‍പ്‌സ് കോണ്ടിജന്റ്)യെ നയിക്കുന്നത്. സൈന്യത്തിന്റെ ലോഞ്ചിസ്റ്റിക്ക് വിഭാഗമാണ് ഇത്. 71-ാം ഇന്ത്യന്‍ കരസേനാദിന പരേഡിലാണ് 144 പുരുഷന്മാര്‍ അടങ്ങുന്ന സംഘത്തെ ലഫ്റ്റനന്റ് ഭാവന കസ്തൂരി നയിക്കുന്നത്.
2015-ല്‍ 154 പേര് അടങ്ങുന്ന വനിത സംഘത്തെ ക്യാപ്റ്റന്‍ ദിവ്യ അജിത് നയിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ആര്‍മിയുടെ എഴുപതുവര്‍ഷത്തെ ചരിത്രത്തില്‍ ആദ്യമായാണ് ഒരു വനിത ഓഫീസര്‍ പുരുഷന്മാരടങ്ങുന്ന സംഘത്തെ നയിക്കുന്നത്. 144 പുരുഷ ഉദോഗ്യസ്ഥര്‍ അടങ്ങുന്ന സംഘത്തെയാണ് ഭാവന നയിക്കുന്നത്.
ഭാവനയെക്കൂടാതെ ക്യാപ്റ്റന്‍ ശിഖ സുരഭി സൈന്യത്തിന്റെ ഡെയര്‍ഡെവിള്‍ മോട്ടര്‍ സൈക്കിള്‍ ടീമിനെയും നയിക്കും.
ഒമ്പതു ബൈക്കുകളിലായി 33 പുരുഷന്മാര്‍ അടങ്ങുന്ന പിരമിഡ് ആകൃതിയിലുള്ള ഫോര്‍മേഷനാണ് ശിഖ നേതൃത്വം നല്‍കുന്നത്. ഈ സംഘം തന്നെയാകും ജനുവരി 26 റിപ്പബഌക്ക് ദിന പരേഡിലും പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നത്. ചീഫ് ആര്‍മി സ്റ്റാഫ് ജനറല്‍ ബിപിന്‍ റാവത്ത് ആണ് സല്യൂട്ട് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത്. എല്ലാ വര്‍ഷവും ജനുവരി 15 ആണ് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ കരസേനാ ദിനമായി ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നത്. 1949 ലഫ്റ്റനന്റ് ജനല്‍ കെ.എ.എം കരിപ്പ, സര്‍ ഫ്രാന്‍സിസ് ബച്ചറില്‍ നിന്ന് കമാന്‍ഡര്‍ ഇന്ന് ചീഫായി അധികാരമേറ്റതിന്റെ സ്മരണാര്‍ത്ഥമാണ് ജനുവരി 15 കരസേന ദിനമായി ആചരിക്കുന്നത്. Two employees of ONGC were rescued after an encounter near the India-Myanmar border in Nagaland on Saturday, while a search for the third personnel is underway, Assam police chief Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta said. Three employees of ONGC were kidnapped by suspected ULFA(I) militants from the Lakwa oilfield in Sivasagar district along Assam-Nagaland border on Wednesday. The operation was carried out by a joint team of Nagaland Police, the Indian Army and other paramilitary forces, who were supported by intelligence inputs from Assam Police, he added.

ജനുവരി 26ന് നടക്കുന്ന റിപ്പബ്ലിക് ദിന പരേഡില്‍ ഇന്ത്യൻ വ്യോമസേന സംഘത്തെ നയിക്കുന്നത് മലയാളിയായ വനിതാ ഓഫീസര്‍ രാഗി രാമചന്ദ്രൻ.രാജ്പഥില്‍ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ സൈനികശക്തി പ്രതിഫലിപ്പിക്കുന്ന റിപ്പബ്ലിക്ദിന പരേഡിലാണ് ഇത്തവണ നായകസ്ഥാനത്ത് മലയാളികളുടെ അഭിമാനമായി രാഗിയെത്തുന്നത് . വ്യോമ സേനാ സംഘത്തെ നാലു പേരാണ് നയിക്കുക അതിലൊരാളാണ് കൊല്ലം പുനലൂര്‍ സ്വദേശി ഫ്‌ളയിങ് ഓഫീസര്‍ രാഗി രാമചന്ദ്രൻ . കേരളത്തിൽ ചുരുങ്ങിയകാലമേ താമസിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളൂവെങ്കിലും നാടുമായി മികച്ച ബന്ധം ഹൃദയത്തിൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയാണ് ഈ യുവ ഓഫീസർ. തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ പാങ്ങോടുള്ള ആര്‍മി പബ്ലിക് സ്‌കൂളിലായിരുന്നു അഞ്ച്, ആറ് ക്ലാസുകളിലെ പഠനം. അതിനുമുമ്പും ശേഷവും അമ്മയുടെ ജോലിയെത്തുടര്‍ന്ന് വടക്കേന്ത്യയിലെ വിവിധ നഗരങ്ങളിലായിരുന്നു പഠനം. ചെറുപ്പംമുതലേ സൈന്യത്തോട് താത്പര്യം പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്ന രാഗിക്ക് പൈലറ്റാവുകയായിരുന്നു ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ലക്ഷ്യം .താൻ ആദ്യമായി പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന റിപ്പബ്ലിക്ക് ദിന പരേഡൽ തന്നെ നായികാ സ്ഥാനം ലഭിച്ചതിന്റെ ആഹ്ലാദത്തിലാണ് താനെന്ന് രാഖി പറയുന്നു .മിലിട്ടറി നഴ്സിങ് സര്‍വീസില്‍ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥയായിരുന്ന അമ്മ ലെഫ് കേണല്‍ വിജയകുമാരിയുടെ പ്രചോദനവും പിന്തുണയുമാണ് തന്നെ വ്യോമസേനയില്‍ എത്തിച്ചതെന്ന് രാഗി പറയുന്നു. കരസേനയില്‍ ക്യാപ്റ്റനാണ് രാഗിയുടെ മൂത്ത സഹോദരി രശ്മി. 2016 ഡിസംബറിലാണ് തെലങ്കാനയിലെ ഡുണ്ടിഗല്‍ വ്യോമസേനാ അക്കാദമിയില്‍നിന്ന് പരിശീലനം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കി രാഗി സേനയില്‍ ചേര്‍ന്നത്. ബംഗാളിലെ ഡാര്‍ജിലിങ് ജില്ലയിലുള്ള ബാഗ്ഡോറയിലാണ് രാഗിയുടെ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ നിയമനം.എം.ഐ.-17 ഹെലികോപ്റ്റര്‍ പൈലറ്റായ രാഗിക്ക് തന്റെ ആദ്യ റിപ്പബ്ലിക്ദിനപരേഡില്‍ത്തന്നെയാണ് നായികസ്ഥാനം ലഭിച്ചത്. ഇത്തവണ നാല് ഓഫീസര്‍മാരുള്‍പ്പെടെ 148 പേരാണ് വ്യോമസേനയില്‍നിന്ന് റിപ്പബ്ലിക്ദിനപരേഡില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നത്. ചെറുയുദ്ധവിമാനങ്ങള്‍, റഡാര്‍, ആകാശ് മിസൈല്‍, സുഖോയ്-30 യുദ്ധവിമാനം എന്നിവയാണ് സേന പ്രദര്‍ശിപ്പിക്കുക. വ്യോമാഭ്യാസത്തില്‍ തദ്ദേശീയമായി വികസിപ്പിച്ച ജൈവ ഇന്ധനം കലര്‍ത്തിയ ഇന്ധനം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പറക്കുന്ന വിമാനത്തിന്റെ പ്രകടനവും അരങ്ങേറും.ചെറുപ്പം മBy News60 ML| 64 views

Two employees of ONGC were rescued after an encounter near the India-Myanmar border in Nagaland on Saturday, while a search for the third personnel is underway, Assam police chief Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta said. Three employees of ONGC were kidnapped by suspected ULFA(I) militants from the Lakwa oilfield in Sivasagar district along Assam-Nagaland border on Wednesday. The operation was carried out by a joint team of Nagaland Police, the Indian Army and other paramilitary forces, who were supported by intelligence inputs from Assam Police, he added.
