दीवाली के बाद बढ़ते प्रदूषण से दिल्ली बेहाल है और धुंध में रहने को मजबूर है। नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल की फटकार के बाद आखिरकार हरकत में आई दिल्ली सरकार ने तीन दिन तक एमसीडी के करीब 1800 स्कूलों को बंद रखने के निर्देश दिए है। तो वही बाकी कुछ स्कूल शुक्रवार को भी बंद रहे। हालांकि बाकी स्कूलों ने सुबह की कक्षाएं रद्द कर दी हैं और विद्यार्थियों को मास्क पहनने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इसके साथ ही अगर किसी छात्र को सांस संबंधी कोई तकलीफ महसूस हो रही है तो उसे शीघ्र ही चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। बहरहाल प्रदूषण पर लगाम लगाने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार ने सड़को की वैक्युम क्लीनिंग और कई सरकारी कारखानों को बंद करने की बात कही है, लेकिन इन सारी कवायद के लिए सरकार ने 2 हफ्तों का समय मांगा है। इससे पहले एनजीटी ने केजरीवाल सरकार को फटकार लगाई थी.,.और इस स्थिति से निपटने के लिए एक्शन प्लान मांगा था...आपको बता दें कि दीपावली पर हुई आतिशबाज़ी ने प्रदुषण के 17 सालों का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया है... दीवाली की आतिशबाजी से वायु प्रदूषण 10-20 गुना बढ़ गया है। दिल्ली-एनसीआर में कोहरे की घनी चादर छाई हुई है। हवा में बेंजीन, नाइट्रोजन डाईऑक्साइड का स्तर 2 गुना बढ़ गया है।जिससे हवा की क्वालिटी 40 फीसदी तक बिगड़ गई है। सांस लेने में लोगों को दिक्कत हो रही है। और यहीं वजह है कि अब सरकार एमसीडी के स्कूलों को बंद करने का फैसला लिया गया है

Mumbai rains: IMD issues red alert Schools to remain closed
The met department on Wednesday forecast "extremely heavy rainfall" on Thursday in Mumbai and adjoining Raigad district. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red rain alert, indicating "extremely heavy rainfall", for Mumbai and Raigad districts, said an IMD official. In view of heavy rainfall forecast, schools and junior colleges in Mumbai, Thane and Konkan regions will remain closed today.

വെള്ളക്കെട്ടിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് ചെന്നൈ നഗരത്തിലെ ഗതാഗതം നിലച്ചു

തമിഴ്‌നാട്ടില്‍ കനത്ത മഴ തുടരുന്നു. വെള്ളക്കെട്ടിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് ചെന്നൈ നഗരത്തിലെ ഗതാഗതം പൂര്‍ണമായും നിലച്ചു.

മഴ ശക്തിയായ സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ ചെന്നൈ, തിരുവള്ളൂര്‍, കാഞ്ചീപുരം ജില്ലകളിലെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.
വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച വരെ കനത്ത മഴ തുടരുമെന്ന് കാലാവസ്ഥാ നിരീക്ഷണ കേന്ദ്രം അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. തിങ്കളാഴ്ച വലിയ ഗതാഗതക്കുരുക്കാണ് ചെന്നൈയിലുണ്ടായത്. റോഡുനിരപ്പിനോടു ചേര്‍ന്നുള്ള വീടുകളില്‍ വെള്ളം കയറി. കില്‍പൗക്, കോയമ്പേട് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ വീടുകളിലാണു വെള്ളം കയറിയത്.

ശക്തമായ മഴ പെയ്യുമെന്ന അറിയിപ്പിനെ തുടര്‍ന്നു മുന്‍കരുതല്‍ എടുത്തതായി അധികൃതര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

नोटबंदी को लागू हुए एक महीना गुजर चुका है, लेकिन हालात अभी भी सामान्य नहीं हुए है..अभी भी लोग बैंकों की लंबी लाइन में नजर आ रहें हैं... कैश की स्थिति सुधरने का नाम नहीं ले रही है , ऐसे में आज से तीन दिनों तक बैंकों की छुट्टी ने लोगों की मुसीबतें बढ़ा दी है... आज महीने का दूसरा शनिवार है, जबकि कल रविवार है और सोमवार को भी ईद-ए-मिलाद के कारण बैंक बंद रहेंगे. इस खबर के साथ ही जनता के मन में निराशा के बादल छाये हुए हैं, क्योंकि आने वाले तीन दिन उन्हें केवल एटीएम के सहारे काटने पड़ेंगे. और अभी भी एटीएम के बाहर लोगों की लंबी लाइनें देखने को मिल रही है...वहीं दूसरी तरफ आज से मेट्रो, बस और रेलवे में 500 के पुराने बंद हो गए है...पहले 15 दिसंबर तक इन जगहों पर भी पुराने नोटों के इस्तेमाल की सरकार ने छूट दी हुई थी...लेकिन सरकार ने दो दिन पहले इस फैसले में बदलाव कर दिया...सरकार के फैसले से अंजान मुसाफिरों को इसके चलते काफी परेशानियां भी उठानी पड़ीं...हालांकि सरकार ने सरकारी अस्पताल, दवा, दूध समेत 15 जगहों पर 15 दिसंबर तक पुराने नोटों के इस्तेमाल की रिहायत जारी रखी है
