Industrial production grows 1.8% in November after contracting for two successive months
Factory output rebounded course and returned to positive territory after contracting for two consecutive months. The Index of Industrial Production grew at 1.8 per cent for November, a four-month high. The numbers signal that the economy is turning a corner after being in the grips of falling sentiment as all critical macroeconomic indicators showed weakness. Manufacturing improved registering a growth of 2.7 per cent. Mining growth also returned to the positive territory clocking a 1.7 per cent growth. On the other hand, electricity growth slumped (-)5 per cent.

Trade deficit narrows to $11 billion in October; Exports dip 1.11%, import contracts 16.31%
India's exports contracted for the third month in a row in October by 1.11 per cent to USD 26.38 billion mainly on account of a significant dip in shipments of petroleum, carpet, leather products, rice and tea. Imports too declined by 16.31 per cent to USD 37.39 billion in October, narrowing the trade deficit to USD 11 billion, according to the government data released on Friday. The trade deficit stood at USD 18 billion in October 2018.

രക്തംസ്വീകരിച്ച ഗർഭിണിക്ക് എച്ച്.ഐ.വി. ബാധിച്ച സംഭവത്തിൽ രക്തദാതാവായ കൗമാരക്കാരൻ ആത്മഹത്യയ്ക്ക് ശ്രമിച്ചതായി റിപ്പോർട്ട്.കുടുംബത്തിനുണ്ടായ നാണക്കേടിൽ മനംനൊന്താണ് ജീവനൊടുക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചത്.2016-ൽ ബന്ധുവിന്റെ ശസ്ത്രക്രിയയ്ക്കായാണ് ഇയാൾ രക്തം നൽകിയത്. അന്ന് അതുപയോഗിക്കാതെ ആശുപത്രിയിലെ രക്തബാങ്കിൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഇതാണ് രണ്ടുവർഷത്തിനുശേഷം ചികിത്സതേടിയെത്തിയ യുവതിക്ക് നൽകിയത്. തമിഴ്നാട് വിരുദുനഗറിലെ സർക്കാർ ആശുപത്രിയിൽനിന്നാണ് എട്ടുമാസം ഗർഭിണിയായ 24-കാരിക്ക് എച്ച്.ഐ.വി. അണുബാധയുണ്ടായത്. കൃത്യമായി പരിശോധിക്കാതെ രക്തം നൽകിയ ലാബ് ജീവനക്കാരെ സസ്പെൻഡ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.സംഭവം വിവാദമായതോടെ വിരുദുനഗര് ജില്ലയിലെ മുഴുവന് രക്ത ബാങ്കുകളിലെയും രക്തവും പരിശോധിക്കാന് ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവിട്ടു. രക്ത ബാങ്ക് ജീവനക്കാരുടെ അനാസ്ഥകാരണമാണ് എട്ടുമാസം ഗര്ഭിണിയായ യുവതിക്ക് എച്ച്.ഐ.വി രക്തം നല്കിയത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം മുപ്പതാം തിയ്യതി ശിവകാശി സര്ക്കാര് ആശുപത്രിയില് വച്ച് രക്തബാങ്കിലേക്കായി ഒരു യുവാവ് രക്തം ദാനം ചെയ്തു. ശിവകാശിയില് നിന്നും സാത്തൂര് ആശുപത്രിയിലെ ലാബിലെത്തിച്ച രക്തം ഈ മാസം മൂന്നാം തിയതിയാണ് യുവതിക്ക് നല്കിയത്. എന്നാല് ജോലി ആവശ്യത്തിനായി യുവാവ് വീണ്ടും രക്തം പരിശോധിച്ചപ്പോള് എച്ച്ഐവി അണുബാധ സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുയായിരുന്നു എന്നാണ് സൂചന. പിന്നീട് നടത്തിയ അന്വേഷണത്തിലാണ് യുവാവ് ദാനം ചെയ്ത രക്തം ഗര്ഭിണിക്ക് നല്കിയെന്ന് മനസിലായത്. യുവതിയെ വിരുദുനഗര് ആശുപത്രിയില് എത്തിച്ച് പരിശോധിച്ചപ്പോള് എച്ച്.ഐ.വി പകര്ന്നതായി സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ പരാതിയെ തുടര്ന്ന് പൊലീസ് അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ഗര്ഭസ്ഥ ശിശുവിലേക്കും എച്ച്.ഐ.വി പകരാതിരിക്കാനുള്ള ചികിത്സ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ കുഞ്ഞ് ജനിച്ച് നാല്പ്പത്തിയഞ്ച് ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞ് മാത്രമേ ഇക്കാര്യം സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കാനാവൂ എന്നാണ് ഡോക്ടര്മാര് പറയുന്നത്. സംഭവം അന്വേഷിക്കാന് സര്ക്കാര്. ഉന്നതാധികാര സമിതിയെ നിയോഗിച്ചു. എച്ച്.ഐ.വി ബാധയേറ്റ യുവതിക്കും ഭര്ത്താവിനും സര്ക്കാര് ജോലി നല്കുമെന്നും ചികിത്സയ്ക്കുള്ള പൂര്ണ സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായം നല്കുമെന്നద్వారా News60 ML| 108 ఎంతమంది చూసారు

India's industrial production contracted by 0.1 per cent in March this year, the lowest in 21 months, mainly due to manufacturing sector slow down, official data showed Friday. Factory output, as measured in terms of the Index of Industrial Production (IIP), had grown by 5.3 per cent in March 2018, according to data released by the Central Statistics Office (CSO).

രക്തംസ്വീകരിച്ച ഗർഭിണിക്ക് എച്ച്.ഐ.വി. ബാധിച്ച സംഭവത്തിൽ രക്തദാതാവായ കൗമാരക്കാരൻ ആത്മഹത്യയ്ക്ക് ശ്രമിച്ചതായി റിപ്പോർട്ട്.കുടുംബത്തിനുണ്ടായ നാണക്കേടിൽ മനംനൊന്താണ് ജീവനൊടുക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചത്.2016-ൽ ബന്ധുവിന്റെ ശസ്ത്രക്രിയയ്ക്കായാണ് ഇയാൾ രക്തം നൽകിയത്. അന്ന് അതുപയോഗിക്കാതെ ആശുപത്രിയിലെ രക്തബാങ്കിൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഇതാണ് രണ്ടുവർഷത്തിനുശേഷം ചികിത്സതേടിയെത്തിയ യുവതിക്ക് നൽകിയത്. തമിഴ്നാട് വിരുദുനഗറിലെ സർക്കാർ ആശുപത്രിയിൽനിന്നാണ് എട്ടുമാസം ഗർഭിണിയായ 24-കാരിക്ക് എച്ച്.ഐ.വി. അണുബാധയുണ്ടായത്. കൃത്യമായി പരിശോധിക്കാതെ രക്തം നൽകിയ ലാബ് ജീവനക്കാരെ സസ്പെൻഡ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.സംഭവം വിവാദമായതോടെ വിരുദുനഗര് ജില്ലയിലെ മുഴുവന് രക്ത ബാങ്കുകളിലെയും രക്തവും പരിശോധിക്കാന് ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവിട്ടു. രക്ത ബാങ്ക് ജീവനക്കാരുടെ അനാസ്ഥകാരണമാണ് എട്ടുമാസം ഗര്ഭിണിയായ യുവതിക്ക് എച്ച്.ഐ.വി രക്തം നല്കിയത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം മുപ്പതാം തിയ്യതി ശിവകാശി സര്ക്കാര് ആശുപത്രിയില് വച്ച് രക്തബാങ്കിലേക്കായി ഒരു യുവാവ് രക്തം ദാനം ചെയ്തു. ശിവകാശിയില് നിന്നും സാത്തൂര് ആശുപത്രിയിലെ ലാബിലെത്തിച്ച രക്തം ഈ മാസം മൂന്നാം തിയതിയാണ് യുവതിക്ക് നല്കിയത്. എന്നാല് ജോലി ആവശ്യത്തിനായി യുവാവ് വീണ്ടും രക്തം പരിശോധിച്ചപ്പോള് എച്ച്ഐവി അണുബാധ സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുയായിരുന്നു എന്നാണ് സൂചന. പിന്നീട് നടത്തിയ അന്വേഷണത്തിലാണ് യുവാവ് ദാനം ചെയ്ത രക്തം ഗര്ഭിണിക്ക് നല്കിയെന്ന് മനസിലായത്. യുവതിയെ വിരുദുനഗര് ആശുപത്രിയില് എത്തിച്ച് പരിശോധിച്ചപ്പോള് എച്ച്.ഐ.വി പകര്ന്നതായി സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ പരാതിയെ തുടര്ന്ന് പൊലീസ് അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ഗര്ഭസ്ഥ ശിശുവിലേക്കും എച്ച്.ഐ.വി പകരാതിരിക്കാനുള്ള ചികിത്സ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ കുഞ്ഞ് ജനിച്ച് നാല്പ്പത്തിയഞ്ച് ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞ് മാത്രമേ ഇക്കാര്യം സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കാനാവൂ എന്നാണ് ഡോക്ടര്മാര് പറയുന്നത്. സംഭവം അന്വേഷിക്കാന് സര്ക്കാര്. ഉന്നതാധികാര സമിതിയെ നിയോഗിച്ചു. എച്ച്.ഐ.വി ബാധയേറ്റ യുവതിക്കും ഭര്ത്താവിനും സര്ക്കാര് ജോലി നല്കുമെന്നും ചികിത്സയ്ക്കുള്ള പൂര്ണ സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായം നല്കുമെന്നద్వారా News60 ML| 108 ఎంతమంది చూసారు

22 Covid & non-Covid patients allegedly died following a 'mock oxygen drill' in UP. A viral video purportedly of a hospital owner in Agra has sparked a major controversy. In the video, the man is heard saying that he got oxygen supply from patients snapped for 5 mins. The man, in the video, added that this was part of an experiment to know who all will survive. Reports suggest the video is purportedly of Arinjay Jain, owner of Paras Hospital on NH 2. UP health dept has ordered a probe into the incident after the video went viral.
