उत्तर प्रदेश जूडिसियल सर्विस एसोसिएसन के 41वें अधिवेशन में मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ पहुंचे।चीफ जस्टिस इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट दिलीप बी भोसले और सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ और विधि एवं न्याय मंत्री बृजेश पाठक ने दीप प्रजल्लवित कर कॉन्फ्रेंस का उद्घाटन किया | उ0प्र0न्यायिक सेवा संघ का अधिवेशन उच्च न्यायालय परिसर गोमतीनगर के सभागार में हुआ और यह अधिवेशन दो दिनों तक चलेगा इसमे संघ के पदाधिकारियों का चुनाव होगा | अधिवेशन में प्रदेश भर के एडीजे, डीजे, सीजेएम, एसीजेएम भी मौजूद रहे |
सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने अधिवेशन में कहा कि न्यायपालिका लोक तंत्र का सशक्त स्तंभ है। किसी भी सभ्य समाज के लिए रूल ऑफ लॉ जरूरी है और इसीलिए प्राचीन काल से हमारे समाज मे कानून को महत्व दिया गया है। न्याय पालिका की समाज मे अद्वितीय भूमिका रही है। हमारी सरकार न्यायव्यवस्था को सशक्त बनाने के लिए काम कर रही है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा महिलाओं के लिए विशेष अदालत के साथ 13 कमर्शियल कोर्ट का स्थापना किया गया है और अधीनस्थ न्यायालय में शौचालय के लिए 20 करोड़ की व्यवस्था की गई है।
इस दौरान दिलिप बी भोसले ने कहा कि हमारे राज्य में 60 लाख केस पेंडिंग है। 75 साल से आज तक लोगों को न्याय नहीं मिला है। भोसले ने सीएम से कहा कि पुलिस तंत्र और प्रशासनिक तंत्र को तेज़ करिए नहीं तो केस की पेंडेंसी और बढ़ती जाएगी।अगर हमारे न्यायिक अधिकारी पूरा वक़्त कोर्ट को देंगे तो मुकदमों के निपटारे में तेज़ी आ सकती है।

देश की राजधानी में इन दिनों चोरों के हौसले बुलंद नजर आ रहे हैं। राजधानी दिल्ली के एमजी रोड पर एक चोर 'सुप्रीम फर्नीचर वर्क्स' के ताले को तोड़कर दुकान के अंदर घुसा और लाखों की चोरी को अंजाम देकर बड़े ही शातिराना तरीके से चलता बना लेकिन यह पूरी वारदात सीसीटीवी कैमरे में कैद हो गई। सीसीटीवी में साफ नजर आ रहा है कि चोर पहले सफेद कपड़ों में लगभग सुबह 5 बजे दुकान में ताला तोड़ता है और अंदर की तरफ चला जाता है, उसके कुछ ही मिनटों बाद चोर बाहर नजर आता है लेकिन इस बार कुछ अलग देखने को मिलता है, चोर के कपड़े बदल जाते हैं और वह एक पोटली में समान बांधता हुआ नजर आता है और वहां से बड़े ही आराम से टहलते हुए निकल जाता है। उसके बाद एक बार फिर चोर दुकान के पास आता है और फिर से दुकान में घुस जाता है और इस बार चोर अपने साथ एक सफेद रंग की बोरी लेकर आता है और अंदर जाने के बाद कुछ ही मिनटों में वह अपने बोरे में भरकर लाखों की मशीन को चोरी कर टहलते हुए निकल जाता है। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि चोर के अन्य साथी जो टेम्पो या और कोई गाड़ी सड़क पर खड़ी किए हुए है जिसमें चोर शोरूम से समान ले जाकर गाड़ी मे रख रहा है।

अहमदनगर शहरातील मार्केट यार्ड मध्ये मोकळा भूखंडावर अनधिकृत पणे बांधलेल्या गाड्यांमधून संचालक मंडळाने मोठ्या प्रमाणात अपहार केल्याचा दावा शहर शिवसेनेचे दिलीप सातपुते यांनी केला होता त्या विषयावर त्यांनी आवाज उठवत न्यायालयामध्ये दाद मागितली त्यानंतर अनधिकृत असलेले गाळ्यांचे बांधकाम न्यायालयाने पाडण्याचा आदेश दिला...
परंतु दोन दिवसांपूर्वी दिलीप सातपुते यांच्या विरोधात फुलांच्या व्यापाऱ्यांनी एक आंदोलन केलं त्यामध्ये व्यापाऱ्यांनी दिलीप सातपुते यांच्यावर आरोप केला की ते आमचे गाळे पाडून आमच्या पोटावर मारत आहे परंतु यावर बोलताना शहर प्रमुख दिलीप सातपुते म्हणाले की माझे आणि व्यापाराचे कोणतेही भांडण नसून मी सदैव व्यापाऱ्यांच्या पाठीशी आहे तसेच शिवसेना ही व्यापाऱ्यांच्या पाठीशी खंबीरपणे उभे आहे माझे भांडण आहे ते मोकळा भूखंडावर बांधकाम करून कोट्यवधी रुपयांचा उपहार केलेल्या संचालक मंडळाबरोबर त्यामुळे व्यापाऱ्यांनी केलेले आरोप हे खोटे असून व्यापाऱ्यांवर दमबाजी झाल्याने व्यापाऱ्यांनी घाबरून हे आरोप माझ्यावर केले आहेत असा आरोप शहर शिवसेनेचे दिलीप सातपुते यांनी केला
