നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി സര്ക്കാര് നാലു വര്ഷം തികയ്ക്കുമ്പോള് ജനപ്രീതിയില് ഇടിവു സംഭവിക്കുന്നതായി അഭിപ്രായ സര്വേ.
സര്ക്കാരിലുള്ള ജനപ്രീതിയില് കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്ഷത്തേതിനേക്കാള് ഏഴു ശതമാനം ഇടിവുണ്ടായതായാണ് 'ലോക്കല് സര്ക്കിള്സ്' നടത്തിയ ഓണ്ലൈന് സര്വെ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നത്. 2016ല് നടത്തിയ സര്വേയില് 64 ശതമാനം പേരാണ് മോദി സര്ക്കാരില് സംതൃപ്തി പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നത്. 2018ലെ സര്വേയില് ഇത് 57 ശതമാനമായി കുറഞ്ഞു.
എന്ഡിഎ ഭരണത്തിനെതിരായ ഭരണവിരുദ്ധ വികാരമാണ് ജനപ്രീതി ഇടിയാന് കാരണമായതെന്നാണ് റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നത്.
വര്ഗീയതയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പ്രശ്നങ്ങളെ നേരിടുന്നതില് മോദി സര്ക്കാരിനുണ്ടായ വീഴ്ച ജനപ്രീതി ഇടിയുന്നതിന് പ്രധാന കാരണമായതായി സര്വേ പറയുന്നു. കാര്ഷിക മേഖലയിലെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങള് പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതില് മോദി സര്ക്കാരിന് കാര്യമായ നേട്ടങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടാക്കാനായില്ലെന്ന് സര്വേയില് പങ്കെടുത്ത വലിയൊരു വിഭാഗവും കരുതുന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ നാലു വര്ഷത്തിനിടയില് കര്ഷകരുടെ അവസ്ഥയ്ക്ക് പുരോഗതിയൊന്നും ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടത് 47 ശതമാനമാണ്.

बैंकों में बार-बार पुराने नोट बदलवाने वालों पर रोक लगाने के लिए केंद्र सरकार वोट वाली स्याही का इस्तेमाल कर रही है... लेकिन अब केंद्र सरकार को अपना ये फैसला बदलना पड़ सकता है...क्योंकि चुनाव आयोग ने स्याही के इस्तेमाल पर जरूरी सावधानी बरतने को कहा है। आयोग ने वित्त मंत्रालय को पत्र लिखकर कहा है कि वे निर्वाचन आयोग की अनुमति के बिना चुनाव के काम आने वाली अमिट स्याही प्रयोग न करें। स्याही का इस्तेमाल होता है तो जरूरी सावधानी बरती जाए..खासतौर पर बाएं हाथ की तर्जनी पर स्याही न लगाई जाएं... दरअसल शनिवार को चार लोकसभा और आठ विधानसभा सीटों पर उपचुनाव होने है,,,ऐसे में चुनाव आयोग का कहना है कि अगर लोगों की उंगली पर अभी स्याही लगेगी, तो चुनाव के दौरान समस्या पैदा होगी... चुनावों में इसका दुरुपयोग हो सकता है। इससे आयोग की निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी चुनाव कराने की नीति पर पानी फिर सकता है...आपको बता दें कि जिन संसदीय सीटों पर उपचुनाव होनी है उनमें असम की लखीमपुर संसदीय सीट, मध्यप्रदेश की शहडोल सीट...और पश्चिम बंगाल की कूचबिहार और तामलुक सीटें है। इसके साथ ही असम, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश, पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु, पुड्डुचेरी और त्रिपुरा की दो सीटों सहित आठ विधानसभा सीटों पर उपचुनाव होंगे। लखीमपुर लोकसभा सीट सर्बानंद सोनोवाल के छोड़ने से खाली हुई थी। सोनोवाल अभी असम के मुख्यमंत्री हैं।..इन चुनावों की मतगणना 22 नवंबर को होगी।
