छत्तीसगढ़ के चुनावी समर में आदर्श आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन करते हुए मतदाताओं को प्रभावित करने तरह तरह के हड़कण्डे अपनाये जाने का गंभीर मामला सामने आने लगा है.जांजगीर चाम्पा जिले की बहुचर्चित विधानसभा क्षेत्र अकलतरा के ग्राम सोनादुला में इ गवर्नेस सोसायटी चिप्स के तहत प्रधानमंत्रीय ग्रामीण डिजिटल साक्षरता अभियान के कामन सर्विस प्रोग्राम प्रभारी भुनेस्वर सिंह ठाकुर एवं सहायक खिलेश सिंह व् आमिर कुमार द्वारा ग्राम पंचायत भवन के समीप शिविर लगाकर प्रधानमंत्रीय जन आरोग्य योजना के तहत ग्रामीणों का पंजीयन किया जा रहा था
