    രാജസ്ഥാനിലെ ജയ്പൂരിൽ നിന്നും 11 കിലോമീറ്റർ ദൂരെ ആംബറിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന പുരാതനമായ കോട്ടയാണ് ആംബർ കോട്ട. കോട്ടയുടെ ആകർഷണീയത വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്ന രീതിയിൽ കോട്ടക്കരികിൽ മഹോത തടാകവും സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നു. ആംബർ കോട്ടയുടെ പടിഞ്ഞാറുവശത്ത്, ഒരേ കോട്ടമതിൽക്കെട്ടിനകത്തുതന്നെ ജയ്ഗഢ് കോട്ടയും നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു. വെളുപ്പും ചുവപ്പും മണൽക്കല്ലുകൊണ്ടാണ് ആംബർ കോട്ട നിർമ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.ഒരു പ്രതിരോധമായി കെട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്ന കോട്ടയുടെ പുറംഭാഗത്തുനിന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്തമായി, ഉൾവശം, ഹിന്ദു-മുഗൾ കലാസൃഷ്ടികൾ കൊണ്ട് സമ്പന്നമാണ്. കോട്ടയുടെ മതിലുകളുടെ ഉൾവശം, മ്യൂറൽ ഫ്രസ്കോ ചുമർ ചിത്രങ്ങൾ‌ കൊണ്ട് അലങ്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. മറ്റു മതിലുകൾ കൊത്തുപണികൾ കൊണ്ടൂം, മൊസൈക്കുകൾ കൊണ്ടൂം, കണ്ണാടിയിലുള്ള സൂക്ഷ്മമായ ചിത്രപ്പണികൾകൊണ്ടൂം അലങ്കരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.കോട്ടയുടെ വടക്കേ അറ്റത്തതായി ജലേബ് ചൗക്ക് കാണാം . കിഴക്കു നിന്നും പടിഞ്ഞാറു നിന്നുമായി പരസ്പരം അഭിമുഖമായി നിൽക്കുന്ന ഒരോപോലെയുള്ള രണ്ട് കവാടങ്ങൾ ജലേബ് ചൗക്കിനുണ്ട്. രാജഭരണകാലത്ത് സൂരജ് പോളിലൂടെയുള്ള പ്രവേശനം വിശേഷവ്യക്തികൾക്കു മാത്രമായിരുന്നു. പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ചാന്ദ് പോൾ വഴിയായിരുന്നു പ്രവേശനം .ദിവാൻ-ഇ ആമും ഗണേശ് പോളും-ജലേബ് ചൗക്കിന് കിഴക്കേ അറ്റത്താണ് ദിവാൻ ഇ ആം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. മുഗൾ ശൈലിയിൽ തൂണുകൾ നിറഞ്ഞ മന്ദിരമാണ് ദിവാൻ ഇ ആം. രാജഭരണകാലത്ത് സഭാസമ്മേളനങ്ങൾക്കു പുറമേ ആഘോഷങ്ങളും മറ്റും ഇവിടെയാണ് സംഘടിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നത്. ചുവന്ന മണൽക്കല്ലും വെണ്ണക്കല്ലും ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് ഈ മാളികയുടെ പണി തീർത്തത്. തൂണുകളുടെ ബാഹുല്യം മുഗൾ ശൈലിയാണെങ്കിലും, ആനയുടെ തലയുടേയും തുമ്പിക്കൈയുംടേയും രൂപത്തിലുള്ള, തൂണുകളിലെ കൊത്തുപണികൾ രജപുത്രശൈലിയിലാണ്. ദിവാൻ ഇ ആമിന്റെ തെക്കുഭാഗത്ത് കിഴക്കോട്ട് നീങ്ങി നിരവധി കമാനങ്ങളടങ്ങിയ ഒരു വരാന്തയുണ്ട്. നിരനിരയായുള്ള ഈ 27 കമാനങ്ങളെ കച്ചേരികൾ‌ അഥവാ തോശഖാന എന്നാണ് അറിയപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നത്.ഈ മുറ്റത്തെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട ഒരു ആകർഷണമാണ് തെക്കുവശത്തുള്ള ഫ്രസ്കോ ശൈലിയിലുള്ള ചുമർചിത്രപ്പണികൾ കൊണ്ട് സമ്പന്നമായ ഗണേശ് പോൾ എന്ന കവാടം. കൊട്ടാരത്തിന്റെ മൂന്നാമത്തെ മുറ്റത്തേക്ക്

    രാജസ്ഥാനിലെ ജയ്പൂരിൽ നിന്നും 11 കിലോമീറ്റർ ദൂരെ ആംബറിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന പുരാതനമായ കോട്ടയാണ് ആംബർ കോട്ട. കോട്ടയുടെ ആകർഷണീയത വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്ന രീതിയിൽ കോട്ടക്കരികിൽ മഹോത തടാകവും സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നു. ആംബർ കോട്ടയുടെ പടിഞ്ഞാറുവശത്ത്, ഒരേ കോട്ടമതിൽക്കെട്ടിനകത്തുതന്നെ ജയ്ഗഢ് കോട്ടയും നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു. വെളുപ്പും ചുവപ്പും മണൽക്കല്ലുകൊണ്ടാണ് ആംബർ കോട്ട നിർമ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.ഒരു പ്രതിരോധമായി കെട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്ന കോട്ടയുടെ പുറംഭാഗത്തുനിന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്തമായി, ഉൾവശം, ഹിന്ദു-മുഗൾ കലാസൃഷ്ടികൾ കൊണ്ട് സമ്പന്നമാണ്. കോട്ടയുടെ മതിലുകളുടെ ഉൾവശം, മ്യൂറൽ ഫ്രസ്കോ ചുമർ ചിത്രങ്ങൾ‌ കൊണ്ട് അലങ്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. മറ്റു മതിലുകൾ കൊത്തുപണികൾ കൊണ്ടൂം, മൊസൈക്കുകൾ കൊണ്ടൂം, കണ്ണാടിയിലുള്ള സൂക്ഷ്മമായ ചിത്രപ്പണികൾകൊണ്ടൂം അലങ്കരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.കോട്ടയുടെ വടക്കേ അറ്റത്തതായി ജലേബ് ചൗക്ക് കാണാം . കിഴക്കു നിന്നും പടിഞ്ഞാറു നിന്നുമായി പരസ്പരം അഭിമുഖമായി നിൽക്കുന്ന ഒരോപോലെയുള്ള രണ്ട് കവാടങ്ങൾ ജലേബ് ചൗക്കിനുണ്ട്. രാജഭരണകാലത്ത് സൂരജ് പോളിലൂടെയുള്ള പ്രവേശനം വിശേഷവ്യക്തികൾക്കു മാത്രമായിരുന്നു. പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ചാന്ദ് പോൾ വഴിയായിരുന്നു പ്രവേശനം .ദിവാൻ-ഇ ആമും ഗണേശ് പോളും-ജലേബ് ചൗക്കിന് കിഴക്കേ അറ്റത്താണ് ദിവാൻ ഇ ആം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. മുഗൾ ശൈലിയിൽ തൂണുകൾ നിറഞ്ഞ മന്ദിരമാണ് ദിവാൻ ഇ ആം. രാജഭരണകാലത്ത് സഭാസമ്മേളനങ്ങൾക്കു പുറമേ ആഘോഷങ്ങളും മറ്റും ഇവിടെയാണ് സംഘടിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നത്. ചുവന്ന മണൽക്കല്ലും വെണ്ണക്കല്ലും ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് ഈ മാളികയുടെ പണി തീർത്തത്. തൂണുകളുടെ ബാഹുല്യം മുഗൾ ശൈലിയാണെങ്കിലും, ആനയുടെ തലയുടേയും തുമ്പിക്കൈയുംടേയും രൂപത്തിലുള്ള, തൂണുകളിലെ കൊത്തുപണികൾ രജപുത്രശൈലിയിലാണ്. ദിവാൻ ഇ ആമിന്റെ തെക്കുഭാഗത്ത് കിഴക്കോട്ട് നീങ്ങി നിരവധി കമാനങ്ങളടങ്ങിയ ഒരു വരാന്തയുണ്ട്. നിരനിരയായുള്ള ഈ 27 കമാനങ്ങളെ കച്ചേരികൾ‌ അഥവാ തോശഖാന എന്നാണ് അറിയപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നത്.ഈ മുറ്റത്തെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട ഒരു ആകർഷണമാണ് തെക്കുവശത്തുള്ള ഫ്രസ്കോ ശൈലിയിലുള്ള ചുമർചിത്രപ്പണികൾ കൊണ്ട് സമ്പന്നമായ ഗണേശ് പോൾ എന്ന കവാടം. കൊട്ടാരത്തിന്റെ മൂന്നാമത്തെ മുറ്റത്തേക്ക്
