സവ്ജി ധൊലാക്കിയ എന്ന വജ്ര വ്യാപാരി വാര്‍ത്തകളില്‍ നിറയാറുള്ളത് ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കാറുള്ള കിടിലന്‍ സമ്മാനങ്ങളുടെ പേരിലാണ്. ഇത്തവണ ഇദ്ദേഹം ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നത് മെഴ്‌സിഡസ് ബെന്‍സിന്റെ കാറുകളാണ് .കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം 1200 ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് ഡാറ്റ്‌സണ്‍ റെഡിഗോ കാര്‍ നല്‍കിയാണ് ധൊലാക്കിയ എല്ലാവരെയും വിസ്മയിപ്പിച്ചതെങ്കില്‍ ഇത്തവണ അതിനെയൊക്കെ കടത്തി വെട്ടിയിരിക്കയാണ്. മെഴ്‌സിഡസ് ബെന്‍സിന്റെ കാറുകളാണ് ഇത്തവണ ധൊലാക്കിയ തന്റെ ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്കായി നല്‍കിയത്.കാറൊന്നിന് ഒരു കോടി വിലവരുന്ന ബെന്‍സ് ജി.എല്‍.എസ് എസ്.യു.വിയാണ് തന്റെ കമ്പനിയില്‍ 25 വര്‍ഷം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കിയ മൂന്ന് ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്കായി ധൊലാക്കിയ നല്‍കിയത്. സൂറത്തില്‍ നടന്ന ചടങ്ങില്‍ മധ്യപ്രദേശ് ഗവര്‍ണറായ ആനന്ദി ബെന്‍ പട്ടേലാണ് ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് കാറുകള്‍ കൈമാറിയത്.ഈ മൂന്ന് ജീവനക്കാരും അവരുടെ കൗമാര പ്രായത്തിലാണ് തന്റെ കമ്പനിയില്‍ ചേര്‍ന്നതെന്നും ഇന്നവര്‍ തന്റെ കമ്പനിയിലെ ഏറ്റവും വിശ്വസ്തരും പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവരുമാണെന്നും ധൊലാക്കിയ വ്യക്തമാക്കി. കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷത്തെ ദീപാവലിക്ക് 51 കോടി രൂപയാണ് ധൊലാക്കിയ ബോണസായി തന്റെ ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കിയത്.അതിന് മുന്‍പ് 1260 കാറുകളും 400 ഫ്‌ളാറ്റുകളും ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കിയും ധൊലാക്കിയ ചരിത്രം സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിരുന്നു. 6000 കോടി രൂപ വാര്‍ഷിക വരുമാനമുള്ള ധൊലാക്കിയയുടെ കമ്പനിയില്‍ 5500 ജീവനക്കാരാണ് ജോലി നോക്കുന്നത്. ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് അവരുടെ ജോലിയിലെ ആത്മാര്‍ത്ഥതക്ക് അനുസരിച്ച് വിലകൂടിയ സമ്മാനങ്ങള്‍ നല്‍കലാണ് ധൊലാക്കിയയുടെ രീതി.1977ല്‍ അംമ്രേലിയിലെ ദുധാല എന്ന കുഗ്രാമത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് 12 രൂപയുമായി സൂറത്തില്‍ ബസ്സിറങ്ങിയ സവ്ജി ധൊലാക്കിയ തന്റെ അധ്വാനം കൊണ്ട് പടുത്തുയര്‍ത്തിയത് വജ്രവ്യാപാരത്തിന്റെ ഒരു സാമ്രാജ്യം തന്നെയാണ്. പതിവ് തെറ്റിക്കാതെ വജ്രവ്യാപാരി സാവ്ജി ധൊലാക്കിയ; ഇത്തവണ ദീപാവലിക്ക് 600 കാറുകളാണ് ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് സമ്മാനിച്ചത് . ജീവനക്കാർക്കായി ദീപാവലിക്ക് വമ്പൻസമ്മാനങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കി വാർത്ത സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന സൂററ്റിലെ വജ്രവ്യാപാരി സാവ്ജി ധൊലാക്കിയ 600 കാറുകളാണ് ഹരികൃഷ്ണ എക്സ്‌പോർട്‌സ് ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് സമ്മാനിച്ചത്. കാർ വേണ്ടാത്തവർക്ക് ബാങ്കിൽ സ്ഥിരനിക്ഷേപത്തിന്റെ രേഖകളും നൽകി.മികച്ച പ്രകടനം കാഴ്ചവെച്ച 1700 ജീവനക്കാരെയാണ് വമ്പൻ സമ്മാനങ്ങൾക്കായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തത്. ഇവരിൽ നാലുപേർക്ക് ഡൽഹിയിൽ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിയാണ് വ്യാഴാഴ്ച കാറുകളുടെ താക്കോൽ കൈമാറിയത്. അദ്ദേഹം വീഡിയോ കോൺഫറൻസിലൂടെ ഹരേകൃഷ്ണയിലെ ജീവനക്കാരോട് സംസാരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
ക്വിഡ്, സെലേറിയോ കാറുകളാണ് ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് സവ്ജി ധൊലാക്കിയ നല്‍കിയത് .4.48 ലക്ഷം, 5.38 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വീതമാണ് ഇവയുടെ വില. 50 കോടി രൂപയാണ് ഈ ദീപാവലിക്കാലത്ത് ജീവനക്കാർക്കായി ധൊലാക്കിയ മാറ്റിവെച്ചത്. മുൻ വർഷങ്ങളിലും ഇദ്ദേഹം കാറുകളും ഫ്ളാറ്റുകളും സമ്മാനമായി നൽകിയിരുന്നു. 5500 ജീവനക്കാരാണ് സ്ഥാപനത്തിലുള്ളത്. മക്കളെ ജീവിതം പഠിപ്പിക്കാനായി കേരളത്തിലെയും മറ്റും ഹോട്ടലുകളിൽ തുച്ഛവേതനത്തിന് ജോലി ചെയ്യിക്കാനായി അയച്ച സംഭവവും സാവ്ജി ധൊലാക്കിയയുടെ പരീക്ഷണങ്ങളിൽ പെടുന്നു.

പതിവ് തെറ്റിക്കാതെ വജ്രവ്യാപാരി സാവ്ജി ധൊലാക്കിയ; ഇത്തവണ ദീപാവലിക്ക് 600 കാറുകളാണ് ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് സമ്മാനിച്ചത് . ജീവനക്കാർക്കായി ദീപാവലിക്ക് വമ്പൻസമ്മാനങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കി വാർത്ത സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന സൂററ്റിലെ വജ്രവ്യാപാരി സാവ്ജി ധൊലാക്കിയ 600 കാറുകളാണ് ഹരികൃഷ്ണ എക്സ്‌പോർട്‌സ് ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് സമ്മാനിച്ചത്. കാർ വേണ്ടാത്തവർക്ക് ബാങ്കിൽ സ്ഥിരനിക്ഷേപത്തിന്റെ രേഖകളും നൽകി.മികച്ച പ്രകടനം കാഴ്ചവെച്ച 1700 ജീവനക്കാരെയാണ് വമ്പൻ സമ്മാനങ്ങൾക്കായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തത്. ഇവരിൽ നാലുപേർക്ക് ഡൽഹിയിൽ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിയാണ് വ്യാഴാഴ്ച കാറുകളുടെ താക്കോൽ കൈമാറിയത്. അദ്ദേഹം വീഡിയോ കോൺഫറൻസിലൂടെ ഹരേകൃഷ്ണയിലെ ജീവനക്കാരോട് സംസാരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
ക്വിഡ്, സെലേറിയോ കാറുകളാണ് ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് സവ്ജി ധൊലാക്കിയ നല്‍കിയത് .4.48 ലക്ഷം, 5.38 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വീതമാണ് ഇവയുടെ വില. 50 കോടി രൂപയാണ് ഈ ദീപാവലിക്കാലത്ത് ജീവനക്കാർക്കായി ധൊലാക്കിയ മാറ്റിവെച്ചത്. മുൻ വർഷങ്ങളിലും ഇദ്ദേഹം കാറുകളും ഫ്ളാറ്റുകളും സമ്മാനമായി നൽകിയിരുന്നു. 5500 ജീവനക്കാരാണ് സ്ഥാപനത്തിലുള്ളത്. മക്കളെ ജീവിതം പഠിപ്പിക്കാനായി കേരളത്തിലെയും മറ്റും ഹോട്ടലുകളിൽ തുച്ഛവേതനത്തിന് ജോലി ചെയ്യിക്കാനായി അയച്ച സംഭവവും സാവ്ജി ധൊലാക്കിയയുടെ പരീക്ഷണങ്ങളിൽ പെടുന്നു.
