हमीरपुर नगर के कपसा मुहाल स्थित अन्ना मवेशी आश्रय स्थल की अव्यवस्थाओं से भागे मवेशियों ने कई किसानो की फसले चट कर दी थी। इस खबर के असर से आज यहां पहुंचे जिलाधिकारी अभिषेक प्रकाश व पुलिस अधीक्षक हेमराज मीणा से जहां किसानो ने अव्यवस्थाओं की शिकायतें की।
