माघ महीना प्रारम्भ के साथ ही बाबा नगरी देवघर में मिथिलांचल से श्रद्धालुओं का आगमन प्रारम्भ हो गया है। हजारो की तादात में मिथिलांचल के श्रद्धालु बाबा बैधनाथ की पूजा अर्चना कर रहे है। बसंत पंचमी के दिन मिथिलांचल से आये श्रद्धालु विशेष नैवेधम ,अबीर जल से बाबा की पूजा अर्चना करेंगे। शिवरात्रि के दिन मिथिलांचल के दरभंगा ,मधुबनी व अन्य जिला से श्रद्धालुओं के द्वारा विशेष रूप से बाबा का तिलकोत्सव मनाया जाएगा।
