ഹൃദയസംബന്ധമായ പല അസുഖങ്ങളുടെയും ഒരു ലക്ഷണം തലകറക്കമാവാം
കു ട്ടികള്‍ മുതല്‍ വയോധികരില്‍വരെ വളരെ സാധാരണയായി കണ്ടുവരുന്ന അസുഖമാണ് തലകറക്കം അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ Vertigo. സ്വയം കറങ്ങുന്നെന്ന തോന്നല്‍ മുതല്‍ നമുക്കുചുറ്റും കറങ്ങുന്നതും കണ്ണില്‍ ഇരുട്ട് കയറുന്നതുമായി പലതരത്തില്‍ അനുഭവപ്പെടാറുണ്ട്. നേരേ നില്‍ക്കാന്‍ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടനുഭവപ്പെടുക നേരേ കിടക്കാനോ ചരിഞ്ഞുകിടക്കാനോ എഴുന്നേല്‍ക്കാനോ കഴിയാതെ വരിക, ബോധം പോകുന്നതുപോലെ തോന്നുക, തലയ്ക്ക് കനം അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നതുപോലെ തോന്നുക ഇവയെല്ലാം പൊതുവേ തലകറക്കം എന്നാണ് വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കാറുള്ളത്. മുപ്പത് ശതമാനം പേര്‍ക്ക് ഒരു തവണയെങ്കിലും തലകറക്കം അനുഭവപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടാവും. ഇതിന്റെ തീവ്രത പ്രായംചെന്നവരില്‍ കൂടുതലാണെന്നുമാത്രം. തിരക്കിട്ട ജീവിതശൈലിയും അമിതമായ അന്തരീക്ഷ ശബ്ദമലിനീകരണങ്ങളും ശരിയല്ലാത്ത ഭക്ഷണശൈലിയും അമിതമായ വാഹന ഉപയാഗങ്ങളും കാരണമാവുന്നുണ്ട്.തലകറക്കം ഒരുപാട് അസുഖങ്ങളുടെ ഒരു ലക്ഷണം മാത്രമാണ്.തലയിലേക്കുള്ള രക്തയോട്ടം കുറയുക, കൂടുതലാവുക, രക്തധമനികളിലെ ബ്ലോക്കുകള്‍, അതില്‍ വരുന്ന മുഴകള്‍, അര്‍ബുദങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവയൊക്കെ തലകറക്കത്തിനിടയാക്കും. ചെവിയുടെ നാഡിവ്യൂഹങ്ങളിലെ തകരാറുകളോ രക്തക്കുഴലുകളിലെ അസുഖങ്ങളോ കാരണമാവാം. ചെവിയുടെ ഏറ്റവും ഉള്ളിലായി ആന്തരിക കര്‍ണത്തോടു ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടുകിടക്കുന്ന സെമിസര്‍ക്കുലാര്‍ കനാല്‍ എന്നുപറയുന്ന അവയവത്തിനുള്ളിലെ ദ്രാവകങ്ങളിലേക്ക് പൊടിരൂപത്തിലുള്ള കാത്സ്യം കാര്‍ബണേറ്റ് ക്രിസ്റ്റല്‍സ് വന്ന് (Canalo lithiasis) സെല്ലുകളെ (Cell) ഉത്തേജിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുകാരണമുണ്ടാവുന്ന തലകറക്കമാണ് സര്‍വസാധാരണമായി കണ്ടുവരുന്നത്. തലചുറ്റല്‍ മരുന്നുകളുടെ സഹായം കൂടാതെന്നെ മാറ്റാവുന്നതുമാണ്. വീഴ്ചയോ മറ്റ് തലയ്ക്ക് ഏല്ക്കുന്ന ക്ഷതമുള്ളവരിലും തലകറക്കം സാധാരണയായി കാണാറുണ്ട്. തലയിലേക്കുള്ള രക്തക്കുഴലുകളില്‍ നൈമിഷികമായ തടസ്സം ഉണ്ടാവുന്നതുകാരണം കുറച്ചുനേരത്തേക്ക് കണ്ണ് ഇരുട്ടടയ്ക്കുകയോ, തലകറക്കമോ, കൈകാലുകള്‍ക്ക് ശക്തിക്കുറവോ, തരിപ്പോ അനുഭവപ്പെടുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ അതിന്റെ കാരണം TIA (Transicint ischaemic attack) ആകാം. ഇത് ആസന്നമായ പക്ഷാഘാതത്തിന്റെ ലക്ഷണമാവാന്‍ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.കഴുത്തിലെ കശേരുക്കളുടെ ബലക്കുറവുകാരണം ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന എല്ലുതേയ്മാനംകൊണ്ട് അതിലൂടെ പോകുന്ന രക്തക്കുഴലുകളിലും നാഡീ വ്യൂഹങ്ങളിലും ഉണ്ടാകുനদ্বাৰা News60 ML| 82 মতামত
