ഇന്ന് യാത്ര തുടങ്ങിയ ആദ്യസംഘത്തിൽ ഒരു വനിത മാത്രമാണുള്ളത്. കേന്ദ്ര വാർത്താവിനിമയ മന്ത്രാലത്തിലെ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറക‌്ടറും പ്രതിരോധവകുപ്പിന്റെ കേരളത്തിലെ പബ്ലിക‌് റിലേഷൻസ‌് ഓഫീസറുമായ ധന്യ സനലാണ‌് അഗസ്ത്യാർകൂടത്തിലെ ആദ്യട്രക്കിംഗ് സംഘത്തിലെ ഏക വനിത. ഇതോടെ ഏറെക്കാലത്തിന് ശേഷം അഗസ്ത്യമല കയറുന്ന ആദ്യ സ്ത്രീയായി ധന്യാ സനൽ.
ആദിവാസിഗോത്രമഹാസഭ സ്ത്രീകൾ പ്രവേശിച്ചാൽ തടയുമെന്ന് നേരത്തേ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ആദ്യസംഘം കടന്നുപോയപ്പോൾ പ്രതിഷേധമൊന്നുമുണ്ടായില്ല. പകരം ആദിവാസികൾ അവരുടെ പരമ്പരാഗതക്ഷേത്രത്തിന് മുന്നിൽ പ്രതിഷേധയജ്ഞം നടത്തുകയാണ്.
മാർച്ച് ഒന്ന് വരെയാണ് അഗസ്ത്യമലയിൽ ട്രക്കിംഗ് അനുവദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
നൂറ് സ്ത്രീകളാണ് ആദ്യസീസണിൽ ട്രക്കിംഗിന് ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. ആകെ ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത് 4700 പേർ. ബോണക്കാട് നിന്ന് 20 കിലോമീറ്ററാണ് അഗസ്ത്യമലയിലേക്കുള്ള ദൂരം. ദിവസവും രാവിലെ എട്ടിന‌് ബോണക്കാടുനിന്ന‌് ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന യാത്ര ആദ്യദിവസം പ്രധാന താവളമായ അതിരുമലയിൽ അവസാനിക്കും. സ‌്ത്രീകൾക്ക‌് അതിരുമലയിൽ വനംവകുപ്പ‌് പ്രത്യേക താമസ സൗകര്യം ഒരുക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട‌്. രണ്ടാംദിവസം ഏഴുകിലോമീറ്റർ സഞ്ചരിച്ച‌ാൽ അഗസ്ത്യാർകൂടത്തിന്റെ നെറുകയിലെത്താം.
ഹൈക്കോടതി വിധിയുടെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലാണ‌് സ്ത്രീകൾക്കും അഗസ്ത്യമല കയറാമെന്ന‌് സർക്കാർ വിജ്ഞാപനം പുറത്തിറക്കിയത‌്. ആചാരങ്ങളുടെ പേരിൽ സ‌്ത്രീകൾക്ക‌് വിലക്കില്ലായിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലും പൊതുവെ അഗസ‌്ത്യ മലയിലേക്ക‌് സ‌്ത്രീകൾക്ക‌് അനുവാദം നൽകാറില്ലായിരുന്നു. കിലോമീറ്ററുകളോളം ചെങ്കുത്തായ മലകളും വന്യമൃഗങ്ങളും നിറഞ്ഞ യാത്ര ആയതുകൊണ്ട‌് സ്ത്രീകൾ താൽപര്യം പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുന്നതും കുറവായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ കുറേ വർഷങ്ങളായി സാഹസികയാത്ര ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന സ്ത്രീ സംഘങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്നനിയമപോരാട്ടമാണ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ അനൂകൂല ഉത്തരവിനിടയാക്കിയത്.
ഈ വർഷം രജിസ‌്ട്രേഷൻ ആരംഭിച്ചപ്പോൾ മൂവായിരത്തിലധികം സ്ത്രീകൾ അപേക്ഷിച്ചു.

Kedarkantha is one of the finest gems in the Himalayan range situated in Uttrakhand and the trek to the Kedarkantha summit is a wonderfully redeeming experience.

Kedarkantha trek distance is about 20 Kilometers long and the Kedarkantha summit is at a height of 12,500 ft above the sea level, which makes up for a great view from the top of the climb.
Kedarkantha was supposed to be known as ‘Kedarnath’ but while sculpting the Lord Shiva’s sculpture, a mishap happened and the sculptures were only able to construct up until Shiva’s neck, hence calling it ‘Kedar-Kantha’ meaning Lord Shiva’s neck.
One thing that separates Kedarkantha from the rest of the treks is that it falls under the category of a moderately difficult trek. It is a beginner-friendly trek yet the view from the top of the summit has a mesmerizing aura and sometimes can be more appealing as compared to treks that are labeled with hard difficulty.
Although, Kedarkantha is open for trekking all year long yet the majority of people prefer visiting during winters for the aforementioned reasons. The best time to visit Kedar Kantha is from December to April.
The Kedarkantha Trek starts from a small village called Sankri and then move onto Juda Ka Taal. From there the group heads onto the Kedarkantha base camp finally reaching the Kedarkantha summit at last. The trek lasts for a total of 5 days and covers a variety of attractions on the way including one of the most sensational sunsets/sunrise views.
Kedarkantha is one of the few places where one cannot capture the full essence of the experience on their first visit and hence, trekkers repeatedly keep coming back here.

സനലിന്റെ മരണവുമായി ബന്ധപെട്ടു പൊലീസ് നിർബന്ധിച്ച് മദ്യം കുടിപ്പിച്ചു എന്ന ദുരൂഹതയേറ്റി പോസ്റ്റുമോർട്ടം റിപ്പോർട്ട് വന്നിരുന്നു.
കൊന്ന സനലിന്റ ശരീരത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ മദ്യത്തിന്റേതിന് സമാനമായ ഗന്ധം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെന്ന് പോസ്റ്റുമോര്‍ട്ടം റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. ആമാശയത്തില്‍ മദ്യം ചെന്നിട്ടില്ലാത്തതിനാല്‍ ആന്തരികാവയവങ്ങളുടെ രാസ പരിശോധനയില്‍ മാത്രമേ മദ്യം തന്നെയാണോയെന്ന് സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കാനാകു. മദ്യപിച്ചെന്ന് വരുത്തിത്തീര്‍ക്കാന്‍ പരുക്കേറ്റ് കിടന്ന.സനലിനെ പൊലീസ് നിര്‍ബന്ധിച്ച് മദ്യം കുടിപ്പിച്ചതായി പ്രദേശവാസികള്‍ ആരോപിച്ചിരുന്നു.
തലയ്ക്കേറ്റ ഗുരുതരമായ ക്ഷതങ്ങളാണ് മരണ കാരണമെന്നാണ് പോസ്റ്റുമോര്‍ട്ടത്തിലെ കണ്ടെത്തല്‍.
തലയ്ക്ക് പിന്നിലും ഇരുവശത്തും നെഞ്ചിലും വയറിലും മുറിവുകളുണ്ട്. തലച്ചോറില്‍ രക്തസ്രാവം കണ്ടെത്തി. ശരീരത്തിനുളളില്‍ ആന്തരികാവയവങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പുറത്തുള്ള ഭാഗത്ത് മദ്യത്തിന് സമാനമായ ഗന്ധമുണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെന്നാണ് പോസ്റ്റുമോര്‍ട്ടം റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടിലെ കണ്ടെത്തല്‍. എന്നാല്‍ അമാശയത്തില്‍ മദ്യത്തിന്റ അംശമില്ല. ഉള്ളില്‍ മദ്യം ചെന്നിരുന്നോയെന്നും ഉണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ എത്ര അളവിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെന്നും രക്തത്തിന്റേയും ആന്തരാവയവങ്ങളുടെയും രാസപരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ശേഷമേ വ്യക്തമാകൂ.

സനൽ കുമാറിന്‍റെ മരണത്തെ തുടർന്ന് സർക്കാർ വാഗ്ദാനം നൽകിയ ജോലിയും നഷ്ടപരിഹാരവും ഇതുവരെ ലഭിച്ചില്ലെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ചാണ് സമരം. സർക്കാരിൽനിന്നും നീതി ലഭിക്കുന്നത് വരെ സമരം തുടരുമെന്ന് സനൽ കുമാറിന്‍റെ കുടുംബം വ്യക്തമാക്കി. രണ്ടു മക്കളും ഭാര്യയുംഅമ്മയും അടങ്ങുന്ന കുടുംബത്തിന്‍റെ ഏക അത്താണിയായിരുന്ന സനല്‍ കുമാര്‍.
കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടിട്ട് ഒരു മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞു. കുടുംബത്തിന് സഹായവും ഭാര്യ വിജിക്ക് ജോലിയും നല്‍കണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ആദ്യ ഘട്ടത്തില്‍ നാട്ടുകാര്‍ ആക്ഷന്‍ കമ്മിറ്റി രൂപീകരിച്ച് പ്രതിഷേധം ശക്തമാക്കിയിരുന്നു. കുടുംബത്തിന് അര്‍ഹമായ സഹായം നല്‍കുമെന്ന് മന്ത്രി കടകംപളളി സുരേന്ദ്രന്‍ ഉറപ്പ് നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ പ്രതിയായ ഡി വൈ എസ് പി ഹരികുമാര്‍ ജീവനൊടുക്കിയതോടെ നടപടികള്‍ നിലച്ചു. ഇപ്പോള്‍ കടബാധ്യത മൂലം പിടിച്ചു നില്‍ക്കാനാവാത്ത സ്ഥിതിയാണെന്ന് സനലിന്റെ കുടുംബം പറയുന്നു. വായ്പാ തിരിച്ചടവ് മുടങ്ങിയതോടെ വീട് ജപ്തി ഭീഷണിയിലുമാണ്.
ഇരുപത്തിരണ്ട് ലക്ഷത്തോളം രൂപയുടെ കടബാധ്യതയാണ് കുടുംബത്തിനുള്ളത്.
വിജിക്ക് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ജോലി നല്‍കണമെന്ന ശുപാര്‍ശ ഡി ജി പി ലോക്‌നാഥ് ബെഹ്‌റ സര്‍ക്കാരിന് നല്‍കിയിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ തുടര്‍ നടപടികള്‍ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല.
കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം അഞ്ചിന് രാത്രിയായിരുന്നു നെയ്യാറ്റിന്‍കര ഡി.വൈ.എസ്.പിയുമായുള്ള തര്‍ക്കത്തിനിടെ സനല്‍ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടത്. വഴക്കിനിടെ ഡി.വൈ.എസ്.പി. പിടിച്ചുതള്ളിയ സനലിനെ എതിരെ വന്ന കാറിടിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഗുരുതരമായി പരുക്കേറ്റ് കിടന്ന സനലിന്റ വായില്‍ പൊലീസുകാര്‍ മദ്യപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് വരുത്തിതീര്‍ക്കാന്‍ മദ്യം ഒഴിച്ചുകൊടുത്തെന്ന് പ്രദേശവാസികള്‍ ആരോപിച്ചിരുന്നു. പ്രതിയായ ഡി.വൈ.എസ്.പി ബി.ഹരികുമാര്‍ വീട്ടിൽ തൂങ്ങി മരിച്ച നിലയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തുകയായിരുന്നു.

നെയ്യാറ്റിന്‍കരയില്‍ ഡി.വൈ.എസ്.പി തള്ളിയിട്ടപ്പോള്‍ കാറിടിച്ച് മരിച്ച സനലിനെ ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിക്കുന്നതില്‍ പോലീസ് കാണിച്ചത് ഗുരുതരമായ അനാസ്ഥ.മാരകമായി പരിക്കേറ്റ് കിടന്നിരുന്ന സനലിനെ സ്ഥലത്തെത്തിയ പോലീസ് സംഘം ആദ്യം കൊണ്ടുപോയത് പോലീസ് സ്‌റ്റേഷനിലേക്ക്. ഇതിന്റെ വീഡിയോദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ പുറത്തു വന്നു.തിങ്കളാഴ്ച രാത്രി പത്തുമണിയോടെയാണ് പോലീസ് സംഘം സംഭവസ്ഥലത്തെത്തിയത്. ഇതിനുശേഷം സനലിനെ ആംബുലന്‍സില്‍ കയറ്റിയെങ്കിലും നേരേ പോലീസ് സ്‌റ്റേഷനിലേക്കാണ് കൊണ്ടുപോയത്. ഇതിനിടെ യുവാവിന്റെ ആരോഗ്യനില വഷളായെന്ന് തോന്നിയതിനാല്‍ ജനറല്‍ ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോയി. തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഇവിടെനിന്ന് രാത്രി പതിനൊന്നരയോടെ മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജിലേക്കും എത്തിച്ചു. എന്നാല്‍ അപ്പോഴേക്കും അപകടം നടന്നിട്ട് ഒന്നരമണിക്കൂറോളം കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.
ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്കുള്ള യാത്രയ്ക്കിടെ സനല്‍ മരണപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തു.ആംബുലന്‍സിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഒരു പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് ഡ്യൂട്ടി മാറാന്‍വേണ്ടിയാണ് സനലുമായി ആദ്യം പോലീസ് സ്‌റ്റേഷനിലേക്ക് പോയതെന്നാണ് വിവരം. അപകടത്തില്‍ ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റയാളെ ഉടന്‍തന്നെ. ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിക്കുന്നതില്‍ നെയ്യാറ്റിന്‍കര പോലീസ് ഗുരുതരമായ വീഴ്ചയാണ് വരുത്തിയത്.സംഭവം വിവാദമായതോടെ നെയ്യാറ്റിന്‍കര പോലീസ് സ്‌റ്റേഷനിലെ സിവില്‍ പോലീസ് ഓഫീസര്‍മാരായ സജീഷ് കുമാര്‍, ഷിബു എന്നിവരെ സസ്‌പെൻഡ് ചെയ്തു. സ്‌പെഷ്യല്‍ ബ്രാഞ്ച് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് നടപടി.

ഇന്ന് യാത്ര തുടങ്ങിയ ആദ്യസംഘത്തിൽ ഒരു വനിത മാത്രമാണുള്ളത്. കേന്ദ്ര വാർത്താവിനിമയ മന്ത്രാലത്തിലെ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറക‌്ടറും പ്രതിരോധവകുപ്പിന്റെ കേരളത്തിലെ പബ്ലിക‌് റിലേഷൻസ‌് ഓഫീസറുമായ ധന്യ സനലാണ‌് അഗസ്ത്യാർകൂടത്തിലെ ആദ്യട്രക്കിംഗ് സംഘത്തിലെ ഏക വനിത. ഇതോടെ ഏറെക്കാലത്തിന് ശേഷം അഗസ്ത്യമല കയറുന്ന ആദ്യ സ്ത്രീയായി ധന്യാ സനൽ.
ആദിവാസിഗോത്രമഹാസഭ സ്ത്രീകൾ പ്രവേശിച്ചാൽ തടയുമെന്ന് നേരത്തേ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ആദ്യസംഘം കടന്നുപോയപ്പോൾ പ്രതിഷേധമൊന്നുമുണ്ടായില്ല. പകരം ആദിവാസികൾ അവരുടെ പരമ്പരാഗതക്ഷേത്രത്തിന് മുന്നിൽ പ്രതിഷേധയജ്ഞം നടത്തുകയാണ്.
മാർച്ച് ഒന്ന് വരെയാണ് അഗസ്ത്യമലയിൽ ട്രക്കിംഗ് അനുവദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
നൂറ് സ്ത്രീകളാണ് ആദ്യസീസണിൽ ട്രക്കിംഗിന് ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. ആകെ ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത് 4700 പേർ. ബോണക്കാട് നിന്ന് 20 കിലോമീറ്ററാണ് അഗസ്ത്യമലയിലേക്കുള്ള ദൂരം. ദിവസവും രാവിലെ എട്ടിന‌് ബോണക്കാടുനിന്ന‌് ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന യാത്ര ആദ്യദിവസം പ്രധാന താവളമായ അതിരുമലയിൽ അവസാനിക്കും. സ‌്ത്രീകൾക്ക‌് അതിരുമലയിൽ വനംവകുപ്പ‌് പ്രത്യേക താമസ സൗകര്യം ഒരുക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട‌്. രണ്ടാംദിവസം ഏഴുകിലോമീറ്റർ സഞ്ചരിച്ച‌ാൽ അഗസ്ത്യാർകൂടത്തിന്റെ നെറുകയിലെത്താം.
ഹൈക്കോടതി വിധിയുടെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലാണ‌് സ്ത്രീകൾക്കും അഗസ്ത്യമല കയറാമെന്ന‌് സർക്കാർ വിജ്ഞാപനം പുറത്തിറക്കിയത‌്. ആചാരങ്ങളുടെ പേരിൽ സ‌്ത്രീകൾക്ക‌് വിലക്കില്ലായിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലും പൊതുവെ അഗസ‌്ത്യ മലയിലേക്ക‌് സ‌്ത്രീകൾക്ക‌് അനുവാദം നൽകാറില്ലായിരുന്നു. കിലോമീറ്ററുകളോളം ചെങ്കുത്തായ മലകളും വന്യമൃഗങ്ങളും നിറഞ്ഞ യാത്ര ആയതുകൊണ്ട‌് സ്ത്രീകൾ താൽപര്യം പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുന്നതും കുറവായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ കുറേ വർഷങ്ങളായി സാഹസികയാത്ര ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന സ്ത്രീ സംഘങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്നനിയമപോരാട്ടമാണ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ അനൂകൂല ഉത്തരവിനിടയാക്കിയത്.
ഈ വർഷം രജിസ‌്ട്രേഷൻ ആരംഭിച്ചപ്പോൾ മൂവായിരത്തിലധികം സ്ത്രീകൾ അപേക്ഷിച്ചു.

Kedarkantha is one of the finest gems in the Himalayan range situated in Uttrakhand and the trek to the Kedarkantha summit is a wonderfully redeeming experience.

Kedarkantha trek distance is about 20 Kilometers long and the Kedarkantha summit is at a height of 12,500 ft above the sea level, which makes up for a great view from the top of the climb.
Kedarkantha was supposed to be known as ‘Kedarnath’ but while sculpting the Lord Shiva’s sculpture, a mishap happened and the sculptures were only able to construct up until Shiva’s neck, hence calling it ‘Kedar-Kantha’ meaning Lord Shiva’s neck.
One thing that separates Kedarkantha from the rest of the treks is that it falls under the category of a moderately difficult trek. It is a beginner-friendly trek yet the view from the top of the summit has a mesmerizing aura and sometimes can be more appealing as compared to treks that are labeled with hard difficulty.
Although, Kedarkantha is open for trekking all year long yet the majority of people prefer visiting during winters for the aforementioned reasons. The best time to visit Kedar Kantha is from December to April.
The Kedarkantha Trek starts from a small village called Sankri and then move onto Juda Ka Taal. From there the group heads onto the Kedarkantha base camp finally reaching the Kedarkantha summit at last. The trek lasts for a total of 5 days and covers a variety of attractions on the way including one of the most sensational sunsets/sunrise views.
Kedarkantha is one of the few places where one cannot capture the full essence of the experience on their first visit and hence, trekkers repeatedly keep coming back here.

സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സര്‍വീസിലിരിക്കെ കടം കയറി ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്തതാണ് സനലിന്റെ പിതാവ്. ആ ബാധ്യതയാണ് പെരുകിയിപ്പോള്‍ 22 ലക്ഷത്തിന് മുകളിലായിരിക്കുന്നത്. തീരാ നഷ്ടത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് കരകയറാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുന്ന വിജിയുടെയും കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളുടെയും ജീവിതം വീണ്ടും ഇരുളിലാക്കുന്നതും ഈ കടക്കെണിയാണ്.
സനലിന്റെ മരണവുമായി ബന്ധപെട്ടു പൊലീസ് നിർബന്ധിച്ച് മദ്യം കുടിപ്പിച്ചു എന്ന ദുരൂഹതയേറ്റി പോസ്റ്റുമോർട്ടം റിപ്പോർട്ട് വന്നിരുന്നു.
കൊന്ന സനലിന്റ ശരീരത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ മദ്യത്തിന്റേതിന് സമാനമായ ഗന്ധം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെന്ന് പോസ്റ്റുമോര്‍ട്ടം റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. ആമാശയത്തില്‍ മദ്യം ചെന്നിട്ടില്ലാത്തതിനാല്‍ ആന്തരികാവയവങ്ങളുടെ രാസ പരിശോധനയില്‍ മാത്രമേ മദ്യം തന്നെയാണോയെന്ന് സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കാനാകു. മദ്യപിച്ചെന്ന് വരുത്തിത്തീര്‍ക്കാന്‍ പരുക്കേറ്റ് കിടന്ന.സനലിനെ പൊലീസ് നിര്‍ബന്ധിച്ച് മദ്യം കുടിപ്പിച്ചതായി പ്രദേശവാസികള്‍ ആരോപിച്ചിരുന്നു.
തലയ്ക്കേറ്റ ഗുരുതരമായ ക്ഷതങ്ങളാണ് മരണ കാരണമെന്നാണ് പോസ്റ്റുമോര്‍ട്ടത്തിലെ കണ്ടെത്തല്‍.
തലയ്ക്ക് പിന്നിലും ഇരുവശത്തും നെഞ്ചിലും വയറിലും മുറിവുകളുണ്ട്. തലച്ചോറില്‍ രക്തസ്രാവം കണ്ടെത്തി. ശരീരത്തിനുളളില്‍ ആന്തരികാവയവങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പുറത്തുള്ള ഭാഗത്ത് മദ്യത്തിന് സമാനമായ ഗന്ധമുണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെന്നാണ് പോസ്റ്റുമോര്‍ട്ടം റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടിലെ കണ്ടെത്തല്‍. എന്നാല്‍ അമാശയത്തില്‍ മദ്യത്തിന്റ അംശമില്ല. ഉള്ളില്‍ മദ്യം ചെന്നിരുന്നോയെന്നും ഉണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ എത്ര അളവിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെന്നും രക്തത്തിന്റേയും ആന്തരാവയവങ്ങളുടെയും രാസപരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ശേഷമേ വ്യക്തമാകൂ.

സനൽ കുമാറിന്‍റെ മരണത്തെ തുടർന്ന് സർക്കാർ വാഗ്ദാനം നൽകിയ ജോലിയും നഷ്ടപരിഹാരവും ഇതുവരെ ലഭിച്ചില്ലെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ചാണ് സമരം. സർക്കാരിൽനിന്നും നീതി ലഭിക്കുന്നത് വരെ സമരം തുടരുമെന്ന് സനൽ കുമാറിന്‍റെ കുടുംബം വ്യക്തമാക്കി. രണ്ടു മക്കളും ഭാര്യയുംഅമ്മയും അടങ്ങുന്ന കുടുംബത്തിന്‍റെ ഏക അത്താണിയായിരുന്ന സനല്‍ കുമാര്‍.
കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടിട്ട് ഒരു മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞു. കുടുംബത്തിന് സഹായവും ഭാര്യ വിജിക്ക് ജോലിയും നല്‍കണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ആദ്യ ഘട്ടത്തില്‍ നാട്ടുകാര്‍ ആക്ഷന്‍ കമ്മിറ്റി രൂപീകരിച്ച് പ്രതിഷേധം ശക്തമാക്കിയിരുന്നു. കുടുംബത്തിന് അര്‍ഹമായ സഹായം നല്‍കുമെന്ന് മന്ത്രി കടകംപളളി സുരേന്ദ്രന്‍ ഉറപ്പ് നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ പ്രതിയായ ഡി വൈ എസ് പി ഹരികുമാര്‍ ജീവനൊടുക്കിയതോടെ നടപടികള്‍ നിലച്ചു. ഇപ്പോള്‍ കടബാധ്യത മൂലം പിടിച്ചു നില്‍ക്കാനാവാത്ത സ്ഥിതിയാണെന്ന് സനലിന്റെ കുടുംബം പറയുന്നു. വായ്പാ തിരിച്ചടവ് മുടങ്ങിയതോടെ വീട് ജപ്തി ഭീഷണിയിലുമാണ്.
ഇരുപത്തിരണ്ട് ലക്ഷത്തോളം രൂപയുടെ കടബാധ്യതയാണ് കുടുംബത്തിനുള്ളത്.
വിജിക്ക് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ജോലി നല്‍കണമെന്ന ശുപാര്‍ശ ഡി ജി പി ലോക്‌നാഥ് ബെഹ്‌റ സര്‍ക്കാരിന് നല്‍കിയിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ തുടര്‍ നടപടികള്‍ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല.
കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം അഞ്ചിന് രാത്രിയായിരുന്നു നെയ്യാറ്റിന്‍കര ഡി.വൈ.എസ്.പിയുമായുള്ള തര്‍ക്കത്തിനിടെ സനല്‍ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടത്. വഴക്കിനിടെ ഡി.വൈ.എസ്.പി. പിടിച്ചുതള്ളിയ സനലിനെ എതിരെ വന്ന കാറിടിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഗുരുതരമായി പരുക്കേറ്റ് കിടന്ന സനലിന്റ വായില്‍ പൊലീസുകാര്‍ മദ്യപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് വരുത്തിതീര്‍ക്കാന്‍ മദ്യം ഒഴിച്ചുകൊടുത്തെന്ന് പ്രദേശവാസികള്‍ ആരോപിച്ചിരുന്നു. പ്രതിയായ ഡി.വൈ.എസ്.പി ബി.ഹരികുമാര്‍ വീട്ടിൽ തൂങ്ങി മരിച്ച നിലയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തുകയായിരുന്നു.

നെയ്യാറ്റിന്‍കരയില്‍ സനല്‍കുമാര്‍ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ട സംഭവത്തില്‍ നീതി തേടി നിയമ പോരാട്ടത്തിനൊരുങ്ങി ഭാര്യ വിജിയും കുടുംബവും.സനല്‍ മരിച്ച് ഏഴ് ദിവസം പിന്നിടുമ്പോഴും പ്രതിയെ പിടികൂടാത്തതില്‍ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ച് സനൽ കുമാർ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥലത്ത് ഭാര്യ വിജി നാളെ ഉപവസമിരിക്കും. സനൽകുമാർ മരിച്ചെന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞ ഉടനെ രക്ഷപെട്ട ഡിവൈഎസ്പി ഹരികുമാറിനെ ഇതുവരെ കണ്ടെത്താനായിട്ടില്ല. ഇയാള്‍ കീഴടങ്ങുമെന്ന് ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ച് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ഇതുവരെ ഹരികുമാര്‍ കീഴടങ്ങുകയോ പൊലീസിന് ഇയാളെ കണ്ടെത്താന്‍ സാധിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. കൊലപാതകം നടന്ന ഏഴാം ദിവസമാണ് കേസില്‍ ആദ്യ അറസ്റ്റ് ഉണ്ടായത്.
പ്രതി ഹരികുമാറിനെ രക്ഷപ്പെടാൻ സഹായിച്ചതിന് തൃപ്പരപ്പിലെ ഒരു ലോഡ്ജ് നടത്തിപ്പികാരനാണ് പിടിയിലായത്. ഡിവൈഎസ്പിക്കും ബിനുവിനും ഒളിവിൽ പോകാൻ ബന്ധുവിന്‍റെ കാര്‍ എത്തിച്ച് നല്‍കിയ അനൂപ് കൃഷ്ണയും പൊലീസ് പിടിയിലായിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഡിവൈഎസ്പി ഹരികുമാറിനൊപ്പം ഒളിവില്‍ കഴിയുന്ന ബിനുവിന്‍റെ മകനാണ് അനൂപ് കൃഷ്ണ. അന്വേഷണത്തിന്‍റെ ചുമതല ഐ ജി ശ്രീജിത്തിന് കൈമാറി. നിലവിലെ അന്വേഷണ സംഘത്തിൽ വിശ്വാസമില്ലെന്ന സനലിന്റെ കുടുംബത്തിന്‍റെ നിലപാടും ആക്ഷൻ കൗൺസിലിന്‍റെ എതിർപ്പുമാണ് കാരണം.അന്വേഷണത്തിന് കോടതി മേല്‍നോട്ടം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിക്കാനിരിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് സനല്കുമാറിന്റെ ഭാര്യ പ്രതികരിച്ചുच्या कडून News60 ML| 530 दृश्ये

നെയ്യാറ്റിന്‍കരയില്‍ ഡി.വൈ.എസ്.പി തള്ളിയിട്ടപ്പോള്‍ കാറിടിച്ച് മരിച്ച സനലിനെ ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിക്കുന്നതില്‍ പോലീസ് കാണിച്ചത് ഗുരുതരമായ അനാസ്ഥ.മാരകമായി പരിക്കേറ്റ് കിടന്നിരുന്ന സനലിനെ സ്ഥലത്തെത്തിയ പോലീസ് സംഘം ആദ്യം കൊണ്ടുപോയത് പോലീസ് സ്‌റ്റേഷനിലേക്ക്. ഇതിന്റെ വീഡിയോദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ പുറത്തു വന്നു.തിങ്കളാഴ്ച രാത്രി പത്തുമണിയോടെയാണ് പോലീസ് സംഘം സംഭവസ്ഥലത്തെത്തിയത്. ഇതിനുശേഷം സനലിനെ ആംബുലന്‍സില്‍ കയറ്റിയെങ്കിലും നേരേ പോലീസ് സ്‌റ്റേഷനിലേക്കാണ് കൊണ്ടുപോയത്. ഇതിനിടെ യുവാവിന്റെ ആരോഗ്യനില വഷളായെന്ന് തോന്നിയതിനാല്‍ ജനറല്‍ ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോയി. തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഇവിടെനിന്ന് രാത്രി പതിനൊന്നരയോടെ മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജിലേക്കും എത്തിച്ചു. എന്നാല്‍ അപ്പോഴേക്കും അപകടം നടന്നിട്ട് ഒന്നരമണിക്കൂറോളം കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.
ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്കുള്ള യാത്രയ്ക്കിടെ സനല്‍ മരണപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തു.ആംബുലന്‍സിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഒരു പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് ഡ്യൂട്ടി മാറാന്‍വേണ്ടിയാണ് സനലുമായി ആദ്യം പോലീസ് സ്‌റ്റേഷനിലേക്ക് പോയതെന്നാണ് വിവരം. അപകടത്തില്‍ ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റയാളെ ഉടന്‍തന്നെ. ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിക്കുന്നതില്‍ നെയ്യാറ്റിന്‍കര പോലീസ് ഗുരുതരമായ വീഴ്ചയാണ് വരുത്തിയത്.സംഭവം വിവാദമായതോടെ നെയ്യാറ്റിന്‍കര പോലീസ് സ്‌റ്റേഷനിലെ സിവില്‍ പോലീസ് ഓഫീസര്‍മാരായ സജീഷ് കുമാര്‍, ഷിബു എന്നിവരെ സസ്‌പെൻഡ് ചെയ്തു. സ്‌പെഷ്യല്‍ ബ്രാഞ്ച് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് നടപടി.
