पलामू जिले के पांकी प्रखंड के करार गांव निवासी विनोद बिहारी पाठक ने पांकी प्रखंड के निवर्तमान सीओ विनोद राम पर 60 हजार रिश्वत लेने का आरोप लगाया है। मामला जब पत्रकारों तक पंहुचा तो सीओ विनोद राम अंचल कर्मी रमाकांत मिश्रा व कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर दीपक गुप्ता को ही दोषी ठहराते हुए उनपर दबाव बनाने लगे
