ആധാര്‍ ഇല്ലാതെ സിം കാര്ഡ് നല്‍കില്ലെന്ന ഡീലര്‍മാരുടെ തീരുമാനത്തിനെതിരെ കേന്ദ്രം .ആധാര്‍ മൊബൈല്‍ സിം കാര്ഡിന് നിര്‍ബന്ധമാക്കേണ്ടതില്ലെന്ന് സര്ക്കാര് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം.മറ്റ് തിരിച്ചറിയല്‍ രേഖകളായ ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസന്‍സ്,പാസ്‌പോര്‍ട്ട്,വോട്ടേഴ്‌സ് ഐഡി തുടങ്ങിയ തിരിച്ചറിയല്‍ രേഖകളുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ സിം അനുവദിക്കണമെന്ന് ടെലികോം സെക്രട്ടറി അരുണ സുന്ദരരാജന്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.എല്ലാ മൊബൈല്‍ കമ്പനികള്‍ക്കും കേന്ദ്രം ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ആധാര്‍ ഇല്ലാത്ത കാരണത്താല്‍ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ ഭാഗങ്ങളിലും ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മൊബൈല്‍ സിം നിഷേധിക്കുന്നതായി റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുകളുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.ആധാര്‍ ഇല്ലാതെ സിം കാര്ഡ് നല്‍കില്ലെന്ന ഡീലര്‍മാരുടെ തീരുമാനം സാധാരണക്കാരെ മാത്രമല്ല രാജ്യത്തെത്തുന്ന വിനോദ സഞ്ചാരികളെയും വിദേശികളെയും ബാധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.ഇതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാണ് സര്ക്കാര് ഇക്കാര്യം ഗൗരവമായി കാണുന്നതും ടെലികോം സെക്രട്ടറി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.അന്തിമ വിധി വരുന്നത് വരെ സിം കാര്ഡിന് ആധാര്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധമല്ലെന്ന് സുപ്രീംകോടതിയും നിലപാടടെടുത്തിരുന്നു.

Direct Benefits Transfer (DBT पहल) Scheme | Government Schemes By Khanna Sir | UPSC Mains 2018
Direct Benefit Transfer or DBT is an attempt to change the mechanism of transferring subsidies launched by Government of India on 1 January 2013. This program aims to transfer subsidies directly to the people through their bank accounts. It is hoped that crediting subsidies into bank accounts will reduce leakages, delays, etc.
DBT (पहल) Structure: The primary aim of this Direct Benefit Transfer program is to bring transparency and terminate pilferage from distribution of funds sponsored by Central Government of India. In DBT, benefit or subsidy will be directly transferred to citizens living below poverty line. Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System (CPSMS), being implemented by the Office of Controller General of Accounts, will act as the common platform for routing DBT. CPSMS can be used for the preparation of beneficiary list, digitally signing the same and processing of payments in the bank accounts of the beneficiary using the Aadhaar Payment Bridge of NPCI. केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं का अगर आपको लाभ चाहिए, तो आपके पास आधार कार्ड का होना अनिवार्य है। केंद्र सरकार UID यानी यूनिक आइडेंटिटी रेग्युलेशंस लागू करने की तैयारी में है। अगर यह रेग्युलेशन लागू होता है, तो सभी सरकारी स्कीमों के लिए आधार नंबर का इस्तेमाल अनिवार्य हो जाएगा। इस कानून की सबसे अच्छी बात यह है कि विभिन्न स्कीमों को ऑपरेट करने वाली एजेंसियों को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि सभी लोगों के पास आधार नंबर हो। अगर किसी का आधार नंबर नहीं है, तो उपभोक्ता का यूआईडी में रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना भी एजेंसी की ही ज़िम्मेदारी है। एजेंसियों को इसके लिए यूआईडी एनरोल एजेंसियों से टाइअप करने को कहा गया है। नया कानून और इसके रेग्युलेशंस से सरकार को अन्य सभी सरकारी स्कीमों जैसे मनरेगा, पेंशन, कूकिंग गैस, पीडीएस, ईपीएफ और जन धन खाते को यूआईडी के दायरे में लाने में मदद मिलेगी।
