लोकसभा चुनाव के मददेनजर आदर्श अचार संहिता के लागू होने के बाद और दो दिन बाद होली कर त्यौहार को देखते हुए जसपुर और कुंडा थाना क्षेत्र के संवेदनशील और अतिसंवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में पुलिस और एसएसबी के जवानो ने फ्लैग मार्च निकाला तो वही काशीपुर में प्रशासन एवं पुलिस प्रशासन के द्वारा अमन कमेटी की बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। जसपुर में एआरओ जसपुर के नेतृत्व में पुलिस के जवानो एवं एसएसबी की प्लाटून ने कोतवाल जसपुर के मार्गदर्शन में संयुक्त फ्लैग मार्च निकाला। फ्लैग मार्च मुख्य मार्ग, गांधी पार्क, मौ जोशीयान, पटटी चौहान, सुभाष चौक, लकड़ी मडी, चौकी बाजार आदि क्षेत्रों में निकाला गया तथा अतिसंवेदनशील क्षेत्र पतरामपुर, मनोरथ पुर, नरायणपुर, निवारमुंडी, भगवंतपुर, खेड़ा लक्ष्मीपुर होते हुऐ पुनः कोतवाली में सम्पन्न हुआ ! इस मौके पर रंगों के पर्व होली की सभी क्षेत्रवासियों को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए रंगो के पर्व को बिना किसी हुड़दंग और लड़ाई झगडे के शांतिपूर्वक मनाने की अपील की ! तो वहीं काशीपुर कोतवाली में संपन्न हुई अमन कमेटी की बैठक में होली के त्यौहार को लेकर हिंदू एवं मुस्लिम संप्रदायों के बुद्धिजीवी एवं गणमान्य नागरिकों ने होली को शांतिपूर्वक मनाने के लिए अपने विचार रखें
