പമ്പയില്‍ നിന്നും സന്നിധാനത്തേക്കുള്ള വഴിയില്‍ ഒരിടത്തും വിശ്രമിക്കാതെ 4 കിലോമീറ്ററോളം വരുന്ന മലകയറ്റം ഒന്നര മണിക്കൂറെടുത്താണ് അദ്ദേഹം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കിയത്. സ്വാമി അയ്യപ്പന്‍ റോഡു വഴിയുള്ള യാത്രയില്‍ വിശ്രമിക്കാന്‍ പലയിടങ്ങളിലും സുരക്ഷാ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നെങ്കിലും അതൊന്നും വേണ്ട എന്നായിരുന്നു പിണറായിയുടെ മറുപടി. മല കയറ്റത്തിന്റെ ഓരോ ഘട്ടവും ചോദിച്ചും കണ്ടും മനസിലാക്കിയായിരുന്നു മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ യാത്ര. രാത്രി 10.30ന് സന്നിധാനത്ത് എത്തി.
മലകയറ്റം നല്ല അനുഭവമായിരുന്നെന്നായിരുന്നു മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ പ്രതികരണം.

കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റില്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ തടഞ്ഞുവെന്ന റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ശരിയല്ലെന്നുംപിണറായി.
കമ്മീഷന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുന്ന വേളയില്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങളുടെ സാന്നിധ്യം ആവശ്യമില്ലെന്ന് അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ തടയാന്‍ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസ് നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ തടഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അക്കാര്യം പരിശോധിക്കും. സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഓഫീസില്‍ അന്വേഷണം നടത്തും. മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ കാണുമ്‌ബോള്‍ മന്ത്രിമാരും പെരുമാറ്റച്ചട്ടം പാലിക്കണമെന്ന് കമ്മീഷന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടില്‍ ശിപാര്‍ശ ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. ഗവണ്‍മെന്റ് സെക്രട്ടറിയേറ്റ് പിണറായി വിജയന്റെ സ്വന്തം സ്വത്തല്ലെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസിന്റെ പ്രീതിയും അപ്രീതിയും നോക്കി മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ കേറുന്നത് തടയാനാകില്ലെന്ും അഭിഭാഷന്‍ ഹരീഷ് വാസുദേവ് വിമര്‍ശിച്ചു

കഴിഞ്ഞ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ കാലത്ത് താന്‍ നല്‍കിയിരുന്ന പരാതികള്‍ അന്വേഷിച്ചില്ലെന്നും തന്നെ പ്രതിയാക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമം നടക്കുന്നെന്നും സരിതയുടെ പരാതിയില്‍ പറയുന്നു. ഇന്നു രാവിലെ മന്ത്രിസഭാ യോഗത്തിനു മുന്‍പാണ് സരിത ഒരു ബന്ധു മുഖേന പരാതി മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്ക് എത്തിച്ചത്. കമ്മീഷന് മുന്‍പ് നല്‍കിയ പീഡന പരാതികള്‍ അടക്കമുള്ളവ ഈ പരാതിയിലും ആവര്‍ത്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കഴിഞ്ഞ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ കാലത്ത് നല്‍കിയ പരാതിയില്‍ തനിക്ക് നേരിടേണ്ടിവന്ന പീഡനവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ശ്രദ്ധയില്‍ പെടുത്തിയെങ്കിലും നടപടിയെടുത്തില്ല.

എ.കെ ശശീന്ദ്രനെതിരായ ഫോണ്‍കെണി വിവാദത്തില്‍ ജസ്റ്റിസ് ആന്റണി കമ്മീഷന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്യാനെത്തിയ മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ക്കാണ് വിലക്കേര്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയത്.ഇതിനെതിരെ വിമര്‍ശനങ്ങള്‍ ഉയര്‍ന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞു.ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ അവരെ അകറ്റി നിര്‍ത്തുന്നത് ജനാധിപത്യ വിരുദ്ധമാണെന്ന് ചെന്നിത്തല പ്രതികരിച്ചു.എന്നാല്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ വിലക്കിയതറിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ലെന്ന നിലപാടാണ് മുഖ്യന്‍ സ്വീകരിച്ചത്
കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റില്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ തടഞ്ഞുവെന്ന റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ശരിയല്ലെന്നുംപിണറായി.
കമ്മീഷന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുന്ന വേളയില്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങളുടെ സാന്നിധ്യം ആവശ്യമില്ലെന്ന് അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ തടയാന്‍ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസ് നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ തടഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അക്കാര്യം പരിശോധിക്കും. സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഓഫീസില്‍ അന്വേഷണം നടത്തും. മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ കാണുമ്‌ബോള്‍ മന്ത്രിമാരും പെരുമാറ്റച്ചട്ടം പാലിക്കണമെന്ന് കമ്മീഷന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടില്‍ ശിപാര്‍ശ ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. ഗവണ്‍മെന്റ് സെക്രട്ടറിയേറ്റ് പിണറായി വിജയന്റെ സ്വന്തം സ്വത്തല്ലെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസിന്റെ പ്രീതിയും അപ്രീതിയും നോക്കി മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ കേറുന്നത് തടയാനാകില്ലെന്ും അഭിഭാഷന്‍ ഹരീഷ് വാസുദേവ് വിമര്‍ശിച്ചു
