    अमेठी। पंचायत चुनाव जैसे जैसे करीब आ रहे हैं वैसे वैसे गांवों में विवाद और मारपीट की भी खबरें सामने आ रही हैं। ताजा मामला अमेठी का है जहां पर चुनावी रंजिश को लेकर दो पक्षों में जमकर मारपीट हो गई। दोनों पक्षों ने एक दूसरे की गाड़ियों में तोड़फोड़ और आगजनी की भी कोशिश की। जिसके बाद दोनों पक्षों के एक दर्जन से अधिक लोगों पर पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। तो वहीं पुलिस अभियुक्तों की तलाश में भी जुट गई है। पंचायत चुनाव के नजदीक होने और गांव में तनाव को देखते हुए बड़ी संख्या में पुलिस बल को तैनात किया गया है। जिससे विवाद को रोका जा सके। पूरा मामला गौरीगंज कोतवाली क्षेत्र के कौड़िहार गांव का बताया जा रहा है।

    సంక్షేమ పథకాల అమలుకు కృషి చేశారేగాని, అభివృద్ధికి మాత్రం అమడ దూరంలోనే ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్మోహనరెడ్డి రెండేళ్ల పాలన సాగిందని సిపిఐ రాష్ట్ర కార్యదర్శి కె.రామకృష్ణ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.

    ఈ మేరకు కె.రామకృష్ణ నేడొక ప్రకటన విడుదల చేశారు. రాష్ట్రంలో జగన్మోహనరెడ్డి రెండేళ్ల పరిపాలనపై అందరూ రివ్యూ చేస్తున్నారు. ఎన్నికల మేనిఫెస్టోలో పొందుపరచిన సంక్షేమ పథకాలను అమలు చేయడంలో వాటిని అమలు చేయడానికి జగన్మోహనరెడ్డి శాయశక్తులా పనిచేశారు. దాదాపు రు.95 వేల కోట్లు పలు సంక్షేమ పథకాల పేరిట నేరుగా ప్రజల అకౌంట్లలో వేయడమనేది అసాధారణమైన విషయం . అది జగన్మోహనరెడ్డి చేశారు. మొత్తంగా ఈ రెండేళ్ల కాలంలో రు.1.32 లక్షల కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఖర్చు చేశామని చెబుతున్నారు.
    అయితే రాష్ట్రాభివృద్ధి విషయంలో తీవ్రమైన నిరక్ష్యం కనపడుతోంది. జగన్మోహనరెడ్డి ప్రమాణం చేసిన వెంటనే అమరావతి రాజధాని నిర్మాణం నిలిపివేశారు. అమరావతిలో పనిచేసే 40 వేల మందికి పైగా కార్మికులు ఉపాధి కోల్పోయారు. నాటి నుండి అమరావతి విధ్వంసం తప్ప పురోభివృద్ధి ఏమాత్రం కనపడలేదు. ఇసుక కొరత సృష్టించారు. రివర్స్ టెండరింగ్ పేరుతో పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు పనులు అపివేశారు. ఇరిగేషన్ రంగంలో పెద్దగా పురోగతి లేదు. వ్యవసాయక రాష్ట్రమైన ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో ఈ రెండేళ్ల కాలంలో అభివృద్ధి లేదు. ఎపీలో పారిశ్రామిక రంగంలో తీవ్రమైన వెనుకబాటుతనం నెలకొంది. ఎక్కడా కొత్త పరిశ్రమలు రావడంగానీ, పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టేవారుగాని, కొత్త ఉద్యోగాలుగాని రావడం లేదు. చివరకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న విశాఖ స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ ప్రైవేటీకరణ నిర్ణయం ఫలితంగా ఇప్పుడున్న ఉద్యోగస్తులు కూడా ఉద్యోగాలు కోల్పోతారు. విశాఖ ఉక్కు పరిశ్రమ ప్రైవేటీకరణపై కేంద్రంపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్ పోరాటం ఉండడంలేదు.

    మొత్తంమీద అభివృద్ధిలో రాష్ట్రం పూర్తిగా కుంటుపడింది. పెద్ద ఎత్తున అప్పులు చేశారు. రాష్ట్ర విభజన జరిగిన సందర్భంలో జనాభా నిష్పత్తి ప్రాతిపదికన నూతన ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కు రు. 1లక్ష కోట్లు అప్పులుంటే, ఇప్పుడు రు.3.50 లక్షల కోట్లకు పెంచారు. ఇంకా అప్పులు తెస్తున్నారు. రాష్ట్రాన్ని పూర్తిగా అప్పుల్లో ముంచిన ఘనత జగన్ సర్కార్ కే దక్కుతుంది. ఎన్నికల సందర్భంలో 25 మంది వైసిపి ఎంపీలను గెలిపిస్తే కేంద్రంలో ఏ ప్రభుత్వమొచ్చినా పోరాడి ఎపీకి ప్రత్యేక హోదా తెస్తామని ఇచ్చిన హామీని తుంగలో తొక్కారు. ప్రధాని నరేంద్రమోడీకి సిఎం జగన్మోహనరెడ్డి భయపడుతున్నారు

    సంక్షేమ పథకాల అమలుకు కృషి చేశారేగాని, అభివృద్ధికి మాత్రం అమడ దూరంలోనే ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్మోహనరెడ్డి రెండేళ్ల పాలన సాగిందని సిపిఐ రాష్ట్ర కార్యదర్శి కె.రామకృష్ణ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.

    ఈ మేరకు కె.రామకృష్ణ నేడొక ప్రకటన విడుదల చేశారు. రాష్ట్రంలో జగన్మోహనరెడ్డి రెండేళ్ల పరిపాలనపై అందరూ రివ్యూ చేస్తున్నారు. ఎన్నికల మేనిఫెస్టోలో పొందుపరచిన సంక్షేమ పథకాలను అమలు చేయడంలో వాటిని అమలు చేయడానికి జగన్మోహనరెడ్డి శాయశక్తులా పనిచేశారు. దాదాపు రు.95 వేల కోట్లు పలు సంక్షేమ పథకాల పేరిట నేరుగా ప్రజల అకౌంట్లలో వేయడమనేది అసాధారణమైన విషయం . అది జగన్మోహనరెడ్డి చేశారు. మొత్తంగా ఈ రెండేళ్ల కాలంలో రు.1.32 లక్షల కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఖర్చు చేశామని చెబుతున్నారు.
    అయితే రాష్ట్రాభివృద్ధి విషయంలో తీవ్రమైన నిరక్ష్యం కనపడుతోంది. జగన్మోహనరెడ్డి ప్రమాణం చేసిన వెంటనే అమరావతి రాజధాని నిర్మాణం నిలిపివేశారు. అమరావతిలో పనిచేసే 40 వేల మందికి పైగా కార్మికులు ఉపాధి కోల్పోయారు. నాటి నుండి అమరావతి విధ్వంసం తప్ప పురోభివృద్ధి ఏమాత్రం కనపడలేదు. ఇసుక కొరత సృష్టించారు. రివర్స్ టెండరింగ్ పేరుతో పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు పనులు అపివేశారు. ఇరిగేషన్ రంగంలో పెద్దగా పురోగతి లేదు. వ్యవసాయక రాష్ట్రమైన ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో ఈ రెండేళ్ల కాలంలో అభివృద్ధి లేదు. ఎపీలో పారిశ్రామిక రంగంలో తీవ్రమైన వెనుకబాటుతనం నెలకొంది. ఎక్కడా కొత్త పరిశ్రమలు రావడంగానీ, పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టేవారుగాని, కొత్త ఉద్యోగాలుగాని రావడం లేదు. చివరకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న విశాఖ స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ ప్రైవేటీకరణ నిర్ణయం ఫలితంగా ఇప్పుడున్న ఉద్యోగస్తులు కూడా ఉద్యోగాలు కోల్పోతారు. విశాఖ ఉక్కు పరిశ్రమ ప్రైవేటీకరణపై కేంద్రంపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్ పోరాటం ఉండడంలేదు.

    మొత్తంమీద అభివృద్ధిలో రాష్ట్రం పూర్తిగా కుంటుపడింది. పెద్ద ఎత్తున అప్పులు చేశారు. రాష్ట్ర విభజన జరిగిన సందర్భంలో జనాభా నిష్పత్తి ప్రాతిపదికన నూతన ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కు రు. 1లక్ష కోట్లు అప్పులుంటే, ఇప్పుడు రు.3.50 లక్షల కోట్లకు పెంచారు. ఇంకా అప్పులు తెస్తున్నారు. రాష్ట్రాన్ని పూర్తిగా అప్పుల్లో ముంచిన ఘనత జగన్ సర్కార్ కే దక్కుతుంది. ఎన్నికల సందర్భంలో 25 మంది వైసిపి ఎంపీలను గెలిపిస్తే కేంద్రంలో ఏ ప్రభుత్వమొచ్చినా పోరాడి ఎపీకి ప్రత్యేక హోదా తెస్తామని ఇచ్చిన హామీని తుంగలో తొక్కారు. ప్రధాని నరేంద్రమోడీకి సిఎం జగన్మోహనరెడ్డి భయపడుతున్నారు

    राज्यातील इयत्ता दहावीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांचा निकाल कधी लागणार याकडे विद्यार्थ्यांसह पालकांचे देखील लक्ष लागले होते. दरम्यान आज महाराष्ट्र राज्य माध्यमिक आणि उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षण मंडळाच्या पुणे, नागपूर, औरंगाबाद, मुंबई, कोल्हापूर, अमरावती, नाशिक, लातूर आणि कोकण या नऊ विभागीय मंडळांने घेतलेल्या इयत्ता दहावीचा निकाल जाहीर झाला आहे. यंदाही निकालात मुलींनीच बाजी मारली असल्याचे पाहायला मिळाले तर राज्यातील इयत्ता दहावीचा निकाल 93.83 टक्के लागला आहे. राज्यात नागपूर विभागाचा सर्वात कमी 92.49% तर कोकण विभागाने 98.11% मार्क मिळवत अव्वल स्थान पटकावलं आहे.
