    നോട്ട് നിരോധനം കര്‍ഷകരെ തകര്‍ത്തെന്നും വിത്ത് വാങ്ങാന്‍ പോലും പണമില്ലാതെ കര്‍ഷകര്‍ വലയുകയാണെന്നും കേന്ദ്ര കാര്‍ഷിക മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന്‍റെ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. പാര്‍ലമെന്ററി സ്റ്റാന്‍റിംഗ് കമ്മറ്റിക്ക് മുമ്പാകെ കാര്‍ഷിക മന്ത്രാലയം സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടിലാണ് നോട്ട് നിരോധനം കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖലയുടെ നട്ടെല്ല് തകര്‍ത്തെന്ന് കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. നോട്ട് നിരോധനം കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാറിന്റെ നേട്ടമാണെന്നും അഴിമതി ഇല്ലാതാക്കിയെന്നും അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.ഇതിന് തൊട്ട് പിന്നാലെയാണ് കേന്ദ്ര കൃഷിവകുപ്പ് തന്നെ നോട്ട് നിരോധനം പരാജയമാണെന്ന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് നല്‍കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.കൃഷി വകുപ്പ് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടിലെ കണ്ടെത്തലുകള്‍ മോദി സര്‍ക്കാരിന് തിരിച്ചടിയാവുകയാണ്. പണത്തകര്‍ച്ച മൂലം കര്‍ഷകര്‍ വിത്ത് വാങ്ങാന്‍ പോലും സാധിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്നും കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖല തകര്‍ന്നെന്നും റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടില്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു.ഇന്ത്യയിലെ 263 മില്യണ്‍ കര്‍ഷകരും പണം നേരിട്ട് കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുന്നവരായിരുന്നു. നോട്ട് നിരോധനത്തിന് ശേഷം അവരുടെ കൈവശം പണമില്ലാതായി. ഇതോടെ വിത്ത് വാങ്ങാനും കൃഷി പരിപാലിക്കാനും സാധിക്കാതായി. ജോലിക്കാര്‍ക്ക് ദിവസക്കൂലി നല്‍കാനും വിളവെടുപ്പിനാവശ്യമായ ഉപകരണങ്ങള്‍ വാങ്ങാന്‍ പോലും പണമില്ലെന്നും റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു.
