    സാമൂഹിക നീതി വകുപ്പിന്റെ 'എന്റെ കൂട്' പദ്ധതി ആറുമാസം പിന്നീടുമ്പോള്‍ ആതിഥ്യമൊരുക്കിയത് മൂവായിരത്തിലധികം സ്ത്രീകള്‍ക്ക്. തിരുവനന്തപുരം തമ്പാനൂർ കെഎസ്ആർടിസി ബസ് ടെര്‍മിനലിന്റെ എട്ടാം നിലയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ‘എന്റെ കൂട്’ പദ്ധതിക്കു പിന്നിൽ സാമൂഹികനീതി വകുപ്പാണ്. നഗരത്തിലെത്തുന്ന നിർ‌ധനരായ സ്ത്രീകൾക്കും 12 വയസ്സു വരെയുള്ള കുട്ടികൾക്കും ഇവിടെ പ്രവേശനം ലഭിക്കുക. വൈകിട്ട് അഞ്ചു മുതൽ രാവിലെ ഏഴു വരെ അമ്മമാർക്കും കുട്ടികൾക്കും സൗജന്യമായി സുരക്ഷിത വിശ്രമ സൗകര്യം ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തുന്ന രീതിയിലായിരുന്നു ക്രമീകരണം. തുടർച്ചയായി മൂന്നു ദിവസം വരെ ഈ സൗകര്യം വിനിയോഗിക്കാമെന്ന പ്രത്യേകതയുമുണ്ട്. നഗരത്തിലെത്തുന്ന നിർധനരായ സ്ത്രീകൾ, പെൺകുട്ടികൾ, 12 വയസ്സിൽ താഴെയുള്ള ആൺകുട്ടികൾ എന്നിവർക്ക് ഇവിടെ താമസ സൗകര്യം ലഭിക്കും. തമ്പാനൂർ ബസ്ടെർമിനലിന്റെ എട്ടാം നിലയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന അഭയകേന്ദ്രത്തിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം കഴിഞ്ഞ നവംബറിൽ സമൂഹ്യനീതി വകുപ്പു മന്ത്രി കെ.കെ ശൈലജയാണ് നിർവഹിച്ചത്.
    ഒരേസമയം 50 പേർക്ക് താമസിക്കാൻ സൗകര്യമുള്ള ശീതികരിച്ച മുറികളും അടുക്കളയും ശുചിമുറികളും ഉൾപ്പടെയുള്ള സൗകര്യങ്ങളാണ് ഇവിടെയുള്ളത്.
    24 മണിക്കൂറും സുരക്ഷാ കാവലുള്ള ഇവിടെ ഭക്ഷണവും താമസവും സൗജന്യമാണ്. ജില്ലാ ഭരണകൂടം, പൊലീസ്, സന്നദ്ധ സംഘടനകള്‍ എന്നിവയുടെ സഹകരണത്തോടെ ജില്ലാ സാമൂഹികനീതി ഓഫിസറുടെ മേല്‍നോട്ടത്തിലാണ് പദ്ധതി. രണ്ടു വാച്ച്മാന്‍, മാനേജര്‍, രണ്ടു മിസ്ട്രസുമാര്‍ എന്നിങ്ങനെ ആറുപേരാണ് മേല്‍നോട്ടവും സുരക്ഷയും ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തുന്നതിനായി ഉള്ളത്. ‘എന്റെ കൂട്’ പദ്ധതി മറ്റു ജില്ലകളിലേക്കും വ്യാപിപ്പിക്കാനാണ് സാമൂഹികനീതി വകുപ്പിന്റെ തീരുമാനം.കഴിഞ്ഞ നവംബറില്‍ സാമൂഹിക നീതി വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി കെ.കെ ശൈലജയാണ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം നിര്‍വാഹിച്ചത്.

    സാമൂഹിക നീതി വകുപ്പിന്റെ 'എന്റെ കൂട്' പദ്ധതി ആറുമാസം പിന്നീടുമ്പോള്‍ ആതിഥ്യമൊരുക്കിയത് മൂവായിരത്തിലധികം സ്ത്രീകള്‍ക്ക്. തിരുവനന്തപുരം തമ്പാനൂർ കെഎസ്ആർടിസി ബസ് ടെര്‍മിനലിന്റെ എട്ടാം നിലയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ‘എന്റെ കൂട്’ പദ്ധതിക്കു പിന്നിൽ സാമൂഹികനീതി വകുപ്പാണ്. നഗരത്തിലെത്തുന്ന നിർ‌ധനരായ സ്ത്രീകൾക്കും 12 വയസ്സു വരെയുള്ള കുട്ടികൾക്കും ഇവിടെ പ്രവേശനം ലഭിക്കുക. വൈകിട്ട് അഞ്ചു മുതൽ രാവിലെ ഏഴു വരെ അമ്മമാർക്കും കുട്ടികൾക്കും സൗജന്യമായി സുരക്ഷിത വിശ്രമ സൗകര്യം ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തുന്ന രീതിയിലായിരുന്നു ക്രമീകരണം. തുടർച്ചയായി മൂന്നു ദിവസം വരെ ഈ സൗകര്യം വിനിയോഗിക്കാമെന്ന പ്രത്യേകതയുമുണ്ട്. നഗരത്തിലെത്തുന്ന നിർധനരായ സ്ത്രീകൾ, പെൺകുട്ടികൾ, 12 വയസ്സിൽ താഴെയുള്ള ആൺകുട്ടികൾ എന്നിവർക്ക് ഇവിടെ താമസ സൗകര്യം ലഭിക്കും. തമ്പാനൂർ ബസ്ടെർമിനലിന്റെ എട്ടാം നിലയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന അഭയകേന്ദ്രത്തിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം കഴിഞ്ഞ നവംബറിൽ സമൂഹ്യനീതി വകുപ്പു മന്ത്രി കെ.കെ ശൈലജയാണ് നിർവഹിച്ചത്.
    ഒരേസമയം 50 പേർക്ക് താമസിക്കാൻ സൗകര്യമുള്ള ശീതികരിച്ച മുറികളും അടുക്കളയും ശുചിമുറികളും ഉൾപ്പടെയുള്ള സൗകര്യങ്ങളാണ് ഇവിടെയുള്ളത്.
    24 മണിക്കൂറും സുരക്ഷാ കാവലുള്ള ഇവിടെ ഭക്ഷണവും താമസവും സൗജന്യമാണ്. ജില്ലാ ഭരണകൂടം, പൊലീസ്, സന്നദ്ധ സംഘടനകള്‍ എന്നിവയുടെ സഹകരണത്തോടെ ജില്ലാ സാമൂഹികനീതി ഓഫിസറുടെ മേല്‍നോട്ടത്തിലാണ് പദ്ധതി. രണ്ടു വാച്ച്മാന്‍, മാനേജര്‍, രണ്ടു മിസ്ട്രസുമാര്‍ എന്നിങ്ങനെ ആറുപേരാണ് മേല്‍നോട്ടവും സുരക്ഷയും ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തുന്നതിനായി ഉള്ളത്. ‘എന്റെ കൂട്’ പദ്ധതി മറ്റു ജില്ലകളിലേക്കും വ്യാപിപ്പിക്കാനാണ് സാമൂഹികനീതി വകുപ്പിന്റെ തീരുമാനം.കഴിഞ്ഞ നവംബറില്‍ സാമൂഹിക നീതി വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി കെ.കെ ശൈലജയാണ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം നിര്‍വാഹിച്ചത്.
