ഹീറോ നിരയില്‍ നിന്ന് പിന്‍വലിഞ്ഞ ഇംപള്‍സിന് പകരക്കാരനാണ് പുതിയ എക്‌സ്പള്‍സ് 200, രൂപത്തിലും ഇംപള്‍സുമായി ഏറെ സാമ്യമുണ്ട്. എക്‌സ്പള്‍സ് 200 കാര്‍ബറേറ്ററിന് 97000 രൂപയാണ് ഡല്‍ഹി എക്‌സ്‌ഷോറൂം വില. ഫ്യുവല്‍ ഇഞ്ചക്റ്റഡ് വേരിയന്റിന് 1.05 ലക്ഷം രൂപയും. എക്‌സ്ട്രീം 200 ടി എന്ന പേരില്‍ ഇതിന്റെ ടൂറിങ് മോഡലും ഹീറോ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ലോക്‌സഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിനു ശേഷം 200 അമേരിക്കന്‍ കമ്പനികള്‍ അവരുടെ നിര്‍മാണ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ ചൈനയില്‍ നിന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിലേക്കു മാറ്റാന്‍ തയാറാണെന്ന് അമേരിക്ക-ഇന്ത്യ സഹകരണ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ (US-India Strategic and Partnership Forum's (USISPF) പ്രസിഡന്റ് മുകേഷ് അഗി പറഞ്ഞു. പദ്ധതി നടപ്പിലായാൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ലക്ഷങ്ങളുടെ തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങളാണ് വരാൻ പോകുന്നത്. എന്നാല്‍, ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ നിലവിലുള്ള സാഹചര്യം കമ്പനികള്‍ക്ക് അത്രമേല്‍ ആകര്‍ഷകമല്ലെന്നും അതുകൊണ്ട് യുഎസ്‌ഐഎസ്പിഎഫിന്റെ അഭിപ്രായത്തില്‍ പുതിയ സർക്കാർ പരിഷ്‌കരണം ത്വരിതപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്നാണ്. കൂടാതെ തീരുമാനങ്ങളെടുക്കുന്ന കാര്യത്തില്‍ സുതാര്യത വേണമെന്നും അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. സുതാര്യതയാണ് സുപ്രധാനം. തീരുമാനങ്ങള്‍ ഏകപക്ഷീയമായി എടുക്കാതെ പരസ്പരം കൂടിയാലോചിച്ച് എടുക്കുമെന്ന നയം കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നത് അമേരിക്കന്‍ ബിസിനസ് ഭീമന്മാരെ ഇന്ത്യയിലേക്ക് ആകര്‍ഷിക്കാന്‍ വളരെ ഉപകാരപ്പെടുമെന്ന് യുഎസ്‌ഐഎസ്പിഎഫ് പറഞ്ഞു. കഴിഞ്ഞ 12 മുതല്‍ 18 മാസത്തിനിടെ എടുത്ത പല തീരുമാനങ്ങളും പ്രാദേശിക താത്പര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഊന്നല്‍ നല്‍കുന്നവയാണ്. ചൈനിയില്‍ നിന്ന് വിലകുറഞ്ഞ വസ്തുക്കള്‍ വരുന്നുവെന്ന പരാതി ഇന്ത്യയ്ക്കുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ എഫ്ടിഎ ഒപ്പു വയ്ക്കുകയാണ് വേണ്ടതെന്നും അമേരിക്ക . ചൈനീസ് ഉല്‍പന്നങ്ങളുടെ വരവു നിയന്ത്രിക്കുകയും അമേരിക്കയ്ക്ക് ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ സ്വാഗതം നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്യാം. പകരം ഇന്ത്യന്‍ കമ്പനികള്‍ക്ക് അമേരിക്കന്‍ വിപണി തുറന്നു കിട്ടുകയും ചെയ്യും. ജിഎസ്പി (Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) പോലെയുള്ള പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങള്‍ ഒഴിവാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യാം. ഇതിനെല്ലാം വഴിയൊരുക്കാനായി തങ്ങള്‍ ഒരു ഉന്നതതല മാനുഫാക്ച്വറിങ് കൗണ്‍സിലിനു രൂപം നല്‍കിയെന്ന് അഗി പറഞ്ഞു. ഇന്ത്യയിലേക്കു വരാന്‍ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന കമ്പനികളുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുമടങ്ങുന്നതാണിത്. സിസ്‌കോ കമ്പനിയുടെ മുതിര്‍ന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ ജോണ്‍ കേണ്‍ അടക്കമുള്ളവര്‍ ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ നിന്ന് എന്തു പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ എഴുതി തയാറാക്കി വരികയാണിപ്പോള്‍.തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു കഴിയുമ്പോള്‍ പുതിയ സർക്കാരിനു മുന്നില്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കാനായി കുറച്ചു നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ തയാറാക്കുകയാണിപ്പോള്‍. ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ പുതിയ നിര്‍മാണ നയം വരണമদ্বাৰা News60 ML| 241 মতামত

ലോക്‌സഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിനു ശേഷം 200 അമേരിക്കന്‍ കമ്പനികള്‍ അവരുടെ നിര്‍മാണ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ ചൈനയില്‍ നിന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിലേക്കു മാറ്റാന്‍ തയാറാണെന്ന് അമേരിക്ക-ഇന്ത്യ സഹകരണ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ (US-India Strategic and Partnership Forum's (USISPF) പ്രസിഡന്റ് മുകേഷ് അഗി പറഞ്ഞു. പദ്ധതി നടപ്പിലായാൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ലക്ഷങ്ങളുടെ തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങളാണ് വരാൻ പോകുന്നത്. എന്നാല്‍, ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ നിലവിലുള്ള സാഹചര്യം കമ്പനികള്‍ക്ക് അത്രമേല്‍ ആകര്‍ഷകമല്ലെന്നും അതുകൊണ്ട് യുഎസ്‌ഐഎസ്പിഎഫിന്റെ അഭിപ്രായത്തില്‍ പുതിയ സർക്കാർ പരിഷ്‌കരണം ത്വരിതപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്നാണ്. കൂടാതെ തീരുമാനങ്ങളെടുക്കുന്ന കാര്യത്തില്‍ സുതാര്യത വേണമെന്നും അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. സുതാര്യതയാണ് സുപ്രധാനം. തീരുമാനങ്ങള്‍ ഏകപക്ഷീയമായി എടുക്കാതെ പരസ്പരം കൂടിയാലോചിച്ച് എടുക്കുമെന്ന നയം കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നത് അമേരിക്കന്‍ ബിസിനസ് ഭീമന്മാരെ ഇന്ത്യയിലേക്ക് ആകര്‍ഷിക്കാന്‍ വളരെ ഉപകാരപ്പെടുമെന്ന് യുഎസ്‌ഐഎസ്പിഎഫ് പറഞ്ഞു. കഴിഞ്ഞ 12 മുതല്‍ 18 മാസത്തിനിടെ എടുത്ത പല തീരുമാനങ്ങളും പ്രാദേശിക താത്പര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഊന്നല്‍ നല്‍കുന്നവയാണ്. ചൈനിയില്‍ നിന്ന് വിലകുറഞ്ഞ വസ്തുക്കള്‍ വരുന്നുവെന്ന പരാതി ഇന്ത്യയ്ക്കുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ എഫ്ടിഎ ഒപ്പു വയ്ക്കുകയാണ് വേണ്ടതെന്നും അമേരിക്ക . ചൈനീസ് ഉല്‍പന്നങ്ങളുടെ വരവു നിയന്ത്രിക്കുകയും അമേരിക്കയ്ക്ക് ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ സ്വാഗതം നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്യാം. പകരം ഇന്ത്യന്‍ കമ്പനികള്‍ക്ക് അമേരിക്കന്‍ വിപണി തുറന്നു കിട്ടുകയും ചെയ്യും. ജിഎസ്പി (Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) പോലെയുള്ള പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങള്‍ ഒഴിവാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യാം. ഇതിനെല്ലാം വഴിയൊരുക്കാനായി തങ്ങള്‍ ഒരു ഉന്നതതല മാനുഫാക്ച്വറിങ് കൗണ്‍സിലിനു രൂപം നല്‍കിയെന്ന് അഗി പറഞ്ഞു. ഇന്ത്യയിലേക്കു വരാന്‍ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന കമ്പനികളുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുമടങ്ങുന്നതാണിത്. സിസ്‌കോ കമ്പനിയുടെ മുതിര്‍ന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ ജോണ്‍ കേണ്‍ അടക്കമുള്ളവര്‍ ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ നിന്ന് എന്തു പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ എഴുതി തയാറാക്കി വരികയാണിപ്പോള്‍.തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു കഴിയുമ്പോള്‍ പുതിയ സർക്കാരിനു മുന്നില്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കാനായി കുറച്ചു നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ തയാറാക്കുകയാണിപ്പോള്‍. ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ പുതിയ നിര്‍മാണ നയം വരണമদ্বাৰা News60 ML| 241 মতামত
