उत्तर प्रदेश में विधानपरिषद की 36 सीटों के लिए मतदान सुबह 8 बजे शुरू हो चुका है. सीधी टक्कर भाजपा और सपा के बीच है. सीएम योगी ने अपना वोट डाल दिया है. एक तरफ जहां आज सीएम योगी की होगी अग्निपरीक्षा, वहीं, अखिलेश के लिए सीटों को बचाने की बड़ी चुनौती है. यूपी में विधान परिषद की 36 सीटों पर सुबह आठ बजे से वोटिंग शुरू हो गई है. इस चुनाव में बीजेपी और समाजवादी पार्टी में सीधी टक्कर देखने को मिलेगी क्योंकि कांग्रेस और बहुजन समाज पार्टी ने विधानपरिषद चुनाव में अपना कोई उम्मीदवार नहीं उतारा है. इस चुनाव में एक तरफ तो सीएम योगी की अग्निपरीक्षा होने वाली है तो वहीं समाजवादी पार्टी के सुप्रीमो अखिलेश यादव पर अपनी सीटों को बचाने की बड़ी चुनौती है. विधानसभा चुनाव में सीएम योगी को मिली बड़ी जीत से भाजपा के हौसले बुलंद हैं तो वहीं समाजवादी पार्टी भी अब पूरी तरह से पार्टी की राजनीतिक रणनीति को सुधारने में लगी हुई है.
सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने सुबह-सुबह गोरखपुर में मतदान केंद्र पर जाकर अपना वोट डाला. मतदान के बाद उन्होंने बताया कि प्रदेश में MLC की सीटों पर चुनाव आयोजित किए गए हैं. मैं यहां अपना मतदान करने आया हूं. जो 36 सीटों पर चुनाव की अधिसूचना जारी हुई थी. इनमें से 9 सीटों पर भाजपा के प्रत्याशी पहले ही निर्विरोध चुने गए हैं और 27 सीटों पर आज चुनाव हो रहे हैं.

#AtmCard#Bank#India ബാങ്ക് കാർഡുകൾ എ.ടി.എമ്മിലെ യന്ത്രം പിടിച്ചെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ അക്കൗണ്ട് ഉടമകൾക്കുണ്ടാകുന്ന ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിന് ബാങ്കുകൾക്ക് ഉത്തരവാദിത്വമില്ലെന്ന് സംസ്ഥാന ഉപഭോക്തൃ തർക്കപരിഹാര കമ്മിഷൻ. പല എ.ടി.എമ്മുകളിലും കാർഡ് യന്ത്രം വലിച്ചെടുക്കുന്ന രീതിയുണ്ട്. കാർഡ് യന്ത്രത്തിലേക്ക് ഇട്ടശേഷം നിർദേശങ്ങളനുസരിച്ച് ബട്ടണുകൾ അമർത്താൻ വൈകിയാലും ഇടപാട് കഴിഞ്ഞ് കാർഡ് തിരിച്ചെടുക്കാതിരുന്നാലും ആവർത്തിച്ച് തെറ്റായ പിൻ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയാലും ആ കാർഡ് യന്ത്രം വലിച്ചെടുക്കും. ഒരു ബാങ്കിന്റെ എ.ടി.എമ്മിൽ മറ്റൊരു ബാങ്കിന്റെ കാർഡ് കുടുങ്ങിയാൽ ആ കാർഡ് നശിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ് പതിവ്. ഏത് ബാങ്കിലാണോ അക്കൗണ്ട് ആ ബാങ്കിനാണ് പകരം കാർഡ് നൽകാനുള്ള ചുമതല.എസ്.ബി.ഐ.യുടെ ഡെബിറ്റ് കാർഡ് ഫെഡറൽ ബാങ്കിന്റെ എ.ടി.എം. വലിച്ചെടുത്തതിനെതിരേ മലപ്പുറം സ്വദേശിയായ എം. വിനോദനാണ് ജില്ലാ ഫോറത്തെ സമീപിച്ചത്. തന്റെ കാർഡ് എ.ടി.എം. വലിച്ചെടുത്തെങ്കിലും ഫെഡറൽ ബാങ്കിനെ സമീപിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവർ കാർഡ് നൽകാൻ തയ്യാറായില്ലെന്നായിരുന്നു പരാതി. ഫെഡറൽ ബാങ്ക് 15,000 രൂപ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരവും 3000 ചെലവും നൽകാൻ ജില്ലാ ഫോറം ഉത്തരവിട്ടു.ഇതിനെതിരേ ഫെഡറൽ ബാങ്ക് സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മിഷനെ സമീപിച്ചു. ഇന്ത്യൻ ബാങ്ക്സ് അസോസിയേഷന്റെ നിർദേശപ്രകാരമാണ് കാർഡ് മടക്കിനൽകാത്തതെന്ന് ഫെഡറൽ ബാങ്ക് അറിയിച്ചു. അക്കൗണ്ട് ഉടമയുടെ അനാസ്ഥകാരണമാണ് കാർഡ് യന്ത്രം വലിച്ചെടുത്തത്. കാർഡ് എ.ടി.എം. പിടിച്ചെടുത്തതിന് ബാങ്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകണമെന്ന മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലാ ഉപഭോക്തൃഫോറം വിധി കമ്മിഷൻ റദ്ദാക്കി.തട്ടിപ്പ് നടത്താതിരിക്കാനുള്ള മുൻകരുതലായാണ് ഈ സംവിധാനം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. ബാങ്കിന്റെ വാദം അംഗീകരിച്ചാണ് കമ്മിഷൻ ജില്ലാ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിധി റദ്ദാക്കിയത്.
