ജ്യോതിഷികള്, പ്രവചനങ്ങള് നടത്തുന്നവര്, രാഷ്ട്രീയ വിശകലനങ്ങള് നടത്തുന്നവര് തുടങ്ങിയവരെ ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള പ്രവചനങ്ങള് പാടില്ലെന്നാണ് കമ്മീഷന് നിര്ദേശം നല്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. എല്ലാ ഘട്ടങ്ങളിലെയും വോട്ടെടുപ്പ് പൂര്ത്തിയാകുന്നതിനു മുന്പ് എക്സിറ്റ് പോള് ഫലങ്ങള് പുറത്തുവിടുന്നതും തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷന് തടഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ഏപ്രില് 11ന് ആദ്യഘട്ടവോട്ടെടുപ്പ് നടക്കാനിരിക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷന് മാര്ഗനിര്ദേശങ്ങള് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
ഏപ്രില് 11ന് രാവിലെ ഏഴു മണി മുതല് മേയ് 19 വൈകുന്നേരം 6.30 വരെയാണ് ഈ നിരോധനം. ആദ്യഘട്ട വോട്ടെടുപ്പ് നടക്കുന്ന മണ്ഡലങ്ങളില് ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ട് മുതല് നിശബ്ദ പ്രചരണം മാത്രമേ പാടുള്ളൂ എന്നും കമ്മീഷന് നിര്ദേശിച്ചു.തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ഫലത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ജ്യോതിഷികള്, പ്രവചനക്കാര്, രാഷ്ട്രീയ വിദഗ്ധര് തുടങ്ങിയവരുടേത് അടക്കം ഏതെങ്കിലും വിധത്തിലുള്ള പ്രവചനങ്ങള് നടത്തുന്നത് ജനപ്രാതിനിധ്യ നിയമം 126എയുടെ ലംഘനമാണ്. ഇത്തരം പ്രവചനങ്ങള് വോട്ടെടുപ്പ് നടക്കാനിരിക്കുന്ന മണ്ഡലങ്ങളിലെ വോട്ടര്മാരെ സ്വാധീനിക്കാനിടയുണ്ടെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയാണ് ഇത്തരം പ്രവചനങ്ങള് നിരോധിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷന് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. നിരോധനമുള്ള കാലയളവില് അച്ചടി, ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് മാധ്യങ്ങളില് എക്സിറ്റ് പോള് ഫലങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പരിപാടികളോ റിപ്പോര്ട്ടുകളോ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കാനോ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്താനോ പാടില്ലെന്നും തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷന് ഉത്തരവിട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.

बाराबंकी के विकासखंड सिरौलीगोसपुर के पूर्व माध्यमिक विद्यालय मधवापुर में कक्षा सात के दिव्यांग छात्र आकाश के हौसले की अब मिसाल दी जाती है। दरअसल जन्म से ही आकाश के दोनों हाथ नहीं हैं। आकाश का एक पैर भी न के बराबर है। लेकिन फिर भी आकाश केवल एक पैर से दुनिया को अपने सामने नतमस्तक करने का जज्बा रखते हैं। पैर से कलम पकड़कर आकाश खुद का भविष्य गढ़ रहा है। आकाश के इस हौसले को खुद बाराबंकी के जिला अधिकारी डॉ आदर्श सिंह ने ट्वीट कर मिसाल दी है। जिलाधिकारी ने ट्वीट कर लिखा कि--- "अगर जीने का जज्बा हो तो कुछ भी असंभव नहीं। ये बच्चा हमारे जिले बाराबंकी के ब्लॉक सिरौलीगौसपुर के कंपोजिट विद्यालय का छात्र है। इस बच्चे का जुनून देखिए, स्वयं भी #COVID वैक्सीन लगवाई और दूसरे बच्चों को वैक्सीन लगवाने के लिए प्रेरित भी कर रहा है"। दरअसल जन्म से ही आकाश के दोनों हाथ नहीं हैं। उनका एक पैर भी न के बराबर है। यानी उनका केवल एक पैर ही काम करता है। इसके बावजूद आकाश वो सभी काम बखूबी कर लेते हैं जो एक आम इंसान करता है। दिव्यांग होने के बावजूद वो पढ़ाई लिखाई, खेलकूद और घर का काम बेहद ढंग से करते है।

ഏപ്രില് 11ന് രാവിലെ ഏഴു മണി മുതല് മേയ് 19 വൈകുന്നേരം 6.30 വരെയാണ് ഈ നിരോധനം. ആദ്യഘട്ട വോട്ടെടുപ്പ് നടക്കുന്ന മണ്ഡലങ്ങളില് ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ട് മുതല് നിശബ്ദ പ്രചരണം മാത്രമേ പാടുള്ളൂ എന്നും കമ്മീഷന് നിര്ദേശിച്ചു.തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ഫലത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ജ്യോതിഷികള്, പ്രവചനക്കാര്, രാഷ്ട്രീയ വിദഗ്ധര് തുടങ്ങിയവരുടേത് അടക്കം ഏതെങ്കിലും വിധത്തിലുള്ള പ്രവചനങ്ങള് നടത്തുന്നത് ജനപ്രാതിനിധ്യ നിയമം 126എയുടെ ലംഘനമാണ്. ഇത്തരം പ്രവചനങ്ങള് വോട്ടെടുപ്പ് നടക്കാനിരിക്കുന്ന മണ്ഡലങ്ങളിലെ വോട്ടര്മാരെ സ്വാധീനിക്കാനിടയുണ്ടെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയാണ് ഇത്തരം പ്രവചനങ്ങള് നിരോധിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷന് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. നിരോധനമുള്ള കാലയളവില് അച്ചടി, ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് മാധ്യങ്ങളില് എക്സിറ്റ് പോള് ഫലങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പരിപാടികളോ റിപ്പോര്ട്ടുകളോ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കാനോ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്താനോ പാടില്ലെന്നും തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷന് ഉത്തരവിട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.
