    പുഷ്‌കര്‍ കേസ് എംഎല്‍എമാരുടെയും എംപിമാരുടെയും കേസുകള്‍ പരിഗണിക്കുന്ന പ്രത്യേക കോടതിയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി.
    അഡീഷണല്‍ ചീഫ് മെട്രോപോളിറ്റന്‍ മജിസ്‌ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി 28ന് കേസ് പരിഗണിക്കും.ശശി തരൂരിനെതിരായ കുറ്റപത്രം ഡല്‍ഹി പട്യാല ഹൗസ് മെട്രോപോളിറ്റന്‍ മജിസ്‌ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിയാണ് ഇന്ന് പരിഗണിച്ചത്. കുറ്റപത്രത്തിലെ വിശദാംശങ്ങളിലേയ്ക്ക് കടക്കാന്‍ മജിസ്‌ട്രേറ്റ് തയ്യാറായില്ല. പകരം കേസ് പ്രത്യേക കോടതിയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റുന്നതായി മജിസ്‌ട്രേറ്റ് അറിയിച്ചു. തരൂരിനെതിരെ ചുമത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന കുറ്റങ്ങള്‍ അടക്കമുള്ളവ ഇനി ഈ കോടതിയായിരിക്കും പരിഗണിക്കുക. കുറ്റപത്രം കോടതിയ്ക്ക് അംഗീകരിക്കുകയോ തള്ളുകയോ ചെയ്യാം. അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ അന്വേഷണത്തിന് നിര്‍ദേശിക്കാം.

आजमगढ़ के जिलाधिकारी अमृत त्रिपाठी द्वारा राजकीय मेडिकल कालेज चक्रपानपुर का आकस्मिक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान एमबीबीएस छात्र/छात्राओं की काउन्सिलिंग करायी जा रही थी, काउन्सिलिंग में कोविड के गाइडलाइन का अनुपालन नही किया जा रहा था एवं निरीक्षण में पाया गया कि राजकीय मेडिकल कालेज में बड़े-बड़े हाल एवं कॉरीडोर उपलब्ध हैं। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने कड़ी नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए राजकीय मेडिकल के प्रधानाचार्य को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि एमबीबीएस के छात्र/छात्राओं की काउन्सिलिंग सुव्यवस्थित ढंग से कोविड गाइडलाइन का अनुपालन कराते हुए सोशल डिस्टेन्सिंग के साथ कुर्सी पर बैठाकर ही करायें। उन्होने कहा कि जिन छात्र/छात्राओं की काउन्सिलिंग की जानी है, उन्ही छात्र/छात्राओं को बुलाया जाय, जिससे काउन्सिलिंग की व्यवस्था में कोई व्यवधान न हो। उन्होने कहा कि जिन छात्र/छात्राओं के साथ उनके परिजन आये हैं, उनको भी कोविड गाइडलाइन के अनुसार ही बैठाने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करायें। जिलाधिकारी द्वारा राजकीय मेडिकल कालेज के प्रवेश द्वार एवं मेडिकल कालेज के परिसर का भी निरीक्षण किया गया, निरीक्षण में गंदगी पाये जाने पर राजकीय मेडिकल कालेज के प्रधानाचार्य को निर्देश दिये कि मेडिकल कालेज एवं परिसर की निरंतर साफ-सफाई कराते रहें। इसके बाद भी यदि कोई व्यक्ति गंदगी कर रहा है तो उसकी सूचना तत्काल एसडीएम सदर को दें। जिलाधिकारी द्वारा मेडिकल कालेज में भर्ती मरीजों के परिजनों से भी मरीजों को मिलने वाले दवा एवं अन्य सुविधाओं के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त की गयी। इसी के साथ ही जिलाधिकारी द्वारा राजकीय मेडिकल कालेज में स्थित ऑक्सीजन प्लान्ट का निरीक्षण किया गया। राजकीय मेडिकल कालेज के प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि ऑक्सीजन प्लान्ट में यूपी पीसीएल द्वारा बूस्टर लगाया जाना है। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिये कि यूपी पीसीएल के संबंधित अधिकारी से मिलकर जल्द से जल्द आक्सीजन प्लान्ट में बूस्टर लगवाना सुनिश्चित करें। इस अवसर पर राजकीय मेडिकल कालेज के प्रधानाचार्य डॉ0 आरपी शर्मा, एसडीएम सदर जेआर चौधरी, एसीएमओ डॉ0 संजय, डॉ0 दीपक पाण्डेय उपस्थित रहे।
