England all-rounder Ben Stokes announced his ODI retirement via his social media handles and even garnered a response from Virat Kohli. Stokes spoke about Kohli’s comments while talking with the official broadcaster.

Veteran Indian batter Cheteshwar Pujara smashed an unbeaten hundred on Day 1 of the County Championship Division Two game for Sussex against Middlesex at Lord’s on July 19, Tuesday. This was also his first match as the captain of the side in the absence of Tom Haines, who is ruled out due to an injury.

England’s white-ball skipper Jos Buttler has opined that Ben Stokes’s shocking retirement call from 50-over cricket should be a “wake-up call” for those running the game.
