Venkaiah Naidu.Officials of the Vice President Secretariat said the personal Twitter handle of Mr. Naidu, @MVenkaiahNaidu, was inactive for a long time and the Twitter algorithm removed the blue badge.

സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ചെറിയ ട്രാന്സ്പോര്ട്ട് വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ ഓടിക്കാന്‍ ഇനിമുതല്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നല്‍കുന്ന അനുമതിപത്രമായ ബാഡ്ജ് ആവശ്യമില്ല. സംസ്ഥാന ഗതാഗത സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ ഉത്തരവ് നടപ്പാക്കാന്‍ സംസ്ഥാന ഗതാഗത കമ്മിഷണര്‍ എല്ലാ ആര്‍ടി ഓഫീസുകള്‍ക്കും നിര്‍ദേശം നല്‍കിയതായാണ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. ഇതോടെ ഓട്ടോറിക്ഷ, ടാക്സി, മിനി ബസ്, വലിയ ടാക്‌സികാറുകള്‍, ചെറിയ ടിപ്പറുകള്‍ എന്നിവ ഓടിക്കാന്‍ ഇനിമുതല്‍ ബാഡ്ജ് ആവശ്യമില്ല.കേരളത്തില്‍ സ്വകാര്യ വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ക്കൊഴികെ എല്ലാ ട്രാന്സ്പോര്ട്ട് വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ ഓടിക്കാനും ബാഡ്ജ് നിര്‍ബന്ധമായിരുന്നു.
ഇതുസംബന്ധിച്ച് 2017 ജൂലായ് മൂന്നിനു സുപ്രീംകോടതി വിധിയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ മറ്റ് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങള്‍ വിധി നടപ്പാക്കിയിട്ടും ബാഡ്ജിലൂടെ ലഭിക്കുന്ന കോടിക്കണക്കിന് രൂപ നഷ്ടപ്പെടുമെന്ന ആശങ്കയില്‍ കേരളം വിധി നടപ്പാക്കാതിരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ പുതിയ ഉത്തരവ് ഇറങ്ങിയതോടെ 7500 കിലോയില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ ഭാരമുള്ള ബസുകള്‍, ചരക്കുവാഹനങ്ങള്‍, വലിയ ബസുകള്‍, വലിയ ടിപ്പറുകള്‍, എയര്‍ബസുകള്‍ എന്നിവ ഓടിക്കാന്‍ മാത്രമേ ഇനി ബാഡ്ജ് വേണ്ടൂ.പ്രതിഫലം പറ്റി ട്രാന്സ്പോര്ട്ട് വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ ഓടിക്കാന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നല്‍കുന്ന അനുമതിപത്രമായ ബാഡ്ജുള്ളവര്‍ ഓരോ മൂന്നുവര്‍ഷം കൂടുമ്പോഴും ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്‍സ് പുതുക്കണമായിരുന്നു. 450 രൂപയായിരുന്നു പുതുക്കല്‍ ഫീസ്. ഒരുമാസം വൈകിയാല്‍ 1100 രൂപയായിരുന്നു പിഴ. ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്‍സ് പുതുക്കുന്നതിനും ട്രാന്സ്പോര്ട്ട് വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ ഫിറ്റ്‌നസ് നിയമങ്ങളിലും ഭേദഗതി വരുത്തി മോട്ടോര്‍ വാഹന വകുപ്പ്. പുതിയ ഭേദഗതി പ്രകാരം 7500 കിലോ ഗ്രാമില്‍ താഴെ ലോഡ് ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ ഭാരം വരുന്ന ലൈറ്റ് മോട്ടോര്‍ വെഹിക്കിള്‍, ഓട്ടൊറിക്ഷ, ത്രീവീലര്‍ ഗുഡ്‌സ് തുടങ്ങിയ ട്രാന്സ്പോര്ട്ട് ലൈറ്റ് മോട്ടോര്‍ വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ ഓടിക്കുന്നതിന് ബാഡ്ജ് ആവശ്യമില്ല.ഇപ്രകാരം ബാഡ്ജ് ഉള്ള ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്‍സുകള്‍ ഇനി
മുതല്‍ മൂന്ന് വര്‍ഷം കൂടുമ്പോള്‍ പുതുക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. ലൈറ്റ് മോട്ടോര്‍ വെഹിക്കിളിന് മുകളില്‍ ലോഡടക്കം 7500 കിലോഗ്രാമില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ ഭാരം വരുന്ന വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ ഓടിക്കുന്നതിന് ഹെവി ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്‍സും ബാഡ്ജും ആവശ്യമാണ്. ഭേദഗതി പ്രകാരം പുതിയ വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷനോടനുബന്ധിച്ചു തന്നെ ഫിറ്റ്‌നസ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്‍കും. രണ്ടു വര്‍ഷത്തേക്ക് നല്‍കുന്ന ഫിറ്റ്‌നസ് സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കെറ്റിന് പ്രത്യേക ഫീസ് നല്‍കേണ്ടതില്ല. രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ തിയ്യതി മുതല്‍ എട്ടു വര്‍ഷക്കാലത്തേക്ക് രണ്ടു വര്‍ഷം കൂടുമ്പോള്‍ ഫിറ്റ്‌നസ് പുതുക്കിയാല്‍ മതി. എട്ട് വര്‍ഷത്തിന് ശേഷം പഴക്കമുള്ള വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്ഓരോ വര്‍ഷവും ഫിറ്റ്‌നസ് എടുക്കണം.
നിലവില്‍ അനുവദിച്ച ഫിറ്റ്‌നസ് സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കെറ്റ് കാലാവധി തീരുന്ന മുറക്ക് മോട്ടോര്‍ വാഹന വകുപ്പ് ഓഫിസില്‍ നിന്നും പുതുക്കി വാങ്ങണം.

ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്‍സ് പുതുക്കുന്നതിനും ട്രാന്സ്പോര്ട്ട് വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ ഫിറ്റ്‌നസ് നിയമങ്ങളിലും ഭേദഗതി വരുത്തി മോട്ടോര്‍ വാഹന വകുപ്പ്. പുതിയ ഭേദഗതി പ്രകാരം 7500 കിലോ ഗ്രാമില്‍ താഴെ ലോഡ് ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ ഭാരം വരുന്ന ലൈറ്റ് മോട്ടോര്‍ വെഹിക്കിള്‍, ഓട്ടൊറിക്ഷ, ത്രീവീലര്‍ ഗുഡ്‌സ് തുടങ്ങിയ ട്രാന്സ്പോര്ട്ട് ലൈറ്റ് മോട്ടോര്‍ വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ ഓടിക്കുന്നതിന് ബാഡ്ജ് ആവശ്യമില്ല.ഇപ്രകാരം ബാഡ്ജ് ഉള്ള ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്‍സുകള്‍ ഇനി
മുതല്‍ മൂന്ന് വര്‍ഷം കൂടുമ്പോള്‍ പുതുക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. ലൈറ്റ് മോട്ടോര്‍ വെഹിക്കിളിന് മുകളില്‍ ലോഡടക്കം 7500 കിലോഗ്രാമില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ ഭാരം വരുന്ന വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ ഓടിക്കുന്നതിന് ഹെവി ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്‍സും ബാഡ്ജും ആവശ്യമാണ്. ഭേദഗതി പ്രകാരം പുതിയ വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷനോടനുബന്ധിച്ചു തന്നെ ഫിറ്റ്‌നസ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്‍കും. രണ്ടു വര്‍ഷത്തേക്ക് നല്‍കുന്ന ഫിറ്റ്‌നസ് സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കെറ്റിന് പ്രത്യേക ഫീസ് നല്‍കേണ്ടതില്ല. രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ തിയ്യതി മുതല്‍ എട്ടു വര്‍ഷക്കാലത്തേക്ക് രണ്ടു വര്‍ഷം കൂടുമ്പോള്‍ ഫിറ്റ്‌നസ് പുതുക്കിയാല്‍ മതി. എട്ട് വര്‍ഷത്തിന് ശേഷം പഴക്കമുള്ള വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്ഓരോ വര്‍ഷവും ഫിറ്റ്‌നസ് എടുക്കണം.
നിലവില്‍ അനുവദിച്ച ഫിറ്റ്‌നസ് സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കെറ്റ് കാലാവധി തീരുന്ന മുറക്ക് മോട്ടോര്‍ വാഹന വകുപ്പ് ഓഫിസില്‍ നിന്നും പുതുക്കി വാങ്ങണം.
