ആദരം തീയേറ്ററില്‍ വേണ്ട
തീയേറ്ററുകളില്‍ ദേശീയ ഗാനം നിര്‍ബന്ധമല്ലെന്ന് സുപ്രീം കോടതി.
2016 നവംബറിലെ ഉത്തരവ് ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ട് സുപ്രീം കോടതി ഉത്തരവിറക്കി. തീയേറ്റര്‍ ഉടമകളുടെ താല്‍പര്യമനുസരിച്ച് ദേശീയഗാനം കേള്‍പ്പിക്കുകയോ കേള്‍പ്പിക്കാതിരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യാമെന്നും കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ഉത്തരവു തല്‍ക്കാലം മരവിപ്പിക്കണമെന്നു കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സുപ്രീം കോടതിയോട് അഭ്യര്‍ഥിച്ചിരുന്നു. ദേശീയഗാനം ആലപിക്കുന്നതു സംബന്ധിച്ച് ആറു മാസത്തിനകം മാര്‍ഗരേഖയുണ്ടാക്കാന്‍ വിവിധ മന്ത്രാലയങ്ങളിലെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ സമിതിയെ നിയോഗിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും സത്യവാങ്മൂലത്തില്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.ദേശീയഗാനവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പട്ട മറ്റു ഹര്‍ജികളും കോടതി തീര്‍പ്പാക്കി. ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് ദീപക് മിശ്ര തലവനായ ബെഞ്ചാണ് കേസ് പരിഗണിച്ചത്.

Cricket teams booked in Kashmir as Pakistan’s national anthem played before match
Two cricket teams have been booked and several players were reportedly detained for standing in honour of Pakistan’s national anthem being played before the start of a match in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
The arrests were made after a video of the incident, which took place on January 3, went viral on social media.
In the video, two cricket teams – one wearing green and another white – are purportedly seen standing in attention in two lines on either side of the pitch as ‘Pak Sarzameen’ played in the background. Pakistan-occupied Kashmir anthem played before cricket match in Pulwama
The national anthem of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) was played during a local cricket match in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district on Saturday.
A video of the cricket match between Pulwama hunters vs Pampora IX, which was played on Sunday has gone viral on social media.

The Supreme Court, on 30 November, directed all cinema halls across the country to play the National Anthem before the start of the film.
According to reports, the apex court has stated that everyone present in the theatres must stand up to pay respect to the National Anthem. An image of the national flag will be shown on the screen while the anthem plays.
The court also ruled that the anthem must not be commercially exploited and that it can not be printed on "undesirable objects".
The Centre has been reportedly advised to issue an order to this effect within a week and to circulate the same to all states and Union territories.
