Sikkim में भारी बारिश से मची तबाही, Indian Army ने 3 हजार से ज्यादा पर्यटकों का किया Rescue
भारतीय सेना एक बार फिर मुसीबत में फंसे देशवासियों के लिए फरिश्ता बन के सामने आई है। पूर्वोत्तर के सिक्किम राज्य में बीते कुछ दिनों से लगातार बारिश होने की वजह से जगह- जगह पर लैंडस्लाइड हुई है। पश्चिमी सिक्किम में लैंडस्लाइड और नदियों का सत्तर बढ़ने की वजह से कई टूरिस्ट इस तबाही के बीच फंस गए थे। बता दें कि भारतीय सेना ने 3 हजार से ज्यादा टूरिस्टों का तबाही के मंजर के बीच रेस्क्यू किया है। पर्यटकों का रेस्क्यू कर उन्हें भारतीय सेना द्वारा सुरक्षित जगह पर पहुंचाया गया और उनके लिए जरुरी सहूलतों का बंदोबस्त किया गया। सिक्किम में भारी बारिश के कारण हुए भूस्खलन से 100 से अधिक घर क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए हैं। लगातार बारिश से राज्य में बुनियादी ढांचे और संपत्ति को भी भारी नुकसान पहुंचा है।

നിര്ബന്ധിത വിവാഹത്തിനായി ബിഹാറില് കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്ഷത്തിനിടെ തട്ടികൊണ്ടുപോയത് 3400 യുവാക്കളെ
പക്ടവ വിവാഹ് എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന നിര്ബന്ധിത വിവാഹത്തിനായി കഴിഞ്ഞ നാല് വര്ഷത്തിനിടെ തട്ടികൊണ്ടുപോയത് 12000ത്തോളം യുവാക്കള്. സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ ഔദ്യോഗിക രേഖകളിലാണ് വിവരങ്ങള് പുറത്തുവിട്ടത്. തോക്കിന്മുനയില് നിര്ത്തിയോ, ജീവനും കുടുംബത്തിനോ ഭീഷണിമുഴക്കിയോ ആണ് ഇത്തരം വിവാഹങ്ങള് ഭൂരിഭാഗവും സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് നടത്തുന്നത്.പട്നയിലെ പണ്ഡാരയില് എഞ്ചീനീയര് ആയ യുവാവിനെ തോക്കിന് മുനയില് നിര്ത്തി വിവാഹം കഴിപ്പിച്ച സംഭവം ഏറെ വിവാദമായിരുന്നു.
വിവാഹത്തിന്റെ വീഡിയോ സമൂഹമാധ്യമങ്ങള് വഴി പ്രചരിച്ചതോടെയാണ് സംഭവം പുറംലോകം അറിയുന്നത്.
ഔദ്യോഗിക രേഖകള് പ്രകാരം ശരാശരി ഒമ്പത് പകട്വ വിവാഹങ്ങളാണ് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് നടക്കുന്നത്. സ്ത്രീധനം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നവരുടെ എണ്ണത്തില് വര്ധനവ് ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിനാലാണ് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് നിര്ബന്ധിത വിവാഹങ്ങള് നടക്കുന്നതെന്നാണ് സാമൂഹിക പ്രവര്ത്തകരുടെ നിരീക്ഷണം.ക്രിമിനലുകളെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പോലും യുവാക്കളെ തട്ടികൊണ്ട് പോകുന്നു. 18 വയസ്സിന് മുകളിലുള്ള യുവാക്കളെ തട്ടികൊണ്ട് പോയ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളില് ബിഹാറാണ് മുന്നിലെന്നാണ് നാഷ്ണല് ക്രൈം റെക്കോര്ഡ് ബ്യൂറോയുടെ റിപ്പോര്ട്ടില് പറയുന്നത്.

3400 യുവാക്കളെ തട്ടിയെടുത്ത് ബീഹാര്...ലക്ഷ്യം "വിവാഹം"
നിര്ബന്ധിത വിവാഹത്തിനായി ബിഹാറില് കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്ഷത്തിനിടെ തട്ടികൊണ്ടുപോയത് 3400 യുവാക്കളെ
പക്ടവ വിവാഹ് എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന നിര്ബന്ധിത വിവാഹത്തിനായി കഴിഞ്ഞ നാല് വര്ഷത്തിനിടെ തട്ടികൊണ്ടുപോയത് 12000ത്തോളം യുവാക്കള്. സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ ഔദ്യോഗിക രേഖകളിലാണ് വിവരങ്ങള് പുറത്തുവിട്ടത്. തോക്കിന്മുനയില് നിര്ത്തിയോ, ജീവനും കുടുംബത്തിനോ ഭീഷണിമുഴക്കിയോ ആണ് ഇത്തരം വിവാഹങ്ങള് ഭൂരിഭാഗവും സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് നടത്തുന്നത്.പട്നയിലെ പണ്ഡാരയില് എഞ്ചീനീയര് ആയ യുവാവിനെ തോക്കിന് മുനയില് നിര്ത്തി വിവാഹം കഴിപ്പിച്ച സംഭവം ഏറെ വിവാദമായിരുന്നു.
വിവാഹത്തിന്റെ വീഡിയോ സമൂഹമാധ്യമങ്ങള് വഴി പ്രചരിച്ചതോടെയാണ് സംഭവം പുറംലോകം അറിയുന്നത്.
ഔദ്യോഗിക രേഖകള് പ്രകാരം ശരാശരി ഒമ്പത് പകട്വ വിവാഹങ്ങളാണ് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് നടക്കുന്നത്. സ്ത്രീധനം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നവരുടെ എണ്ണത്തില് വര്ധനവ് ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിനാലാണ് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് നിര്ബന്ധിത വിവാഹങ്ങള് നടക്കുന്നതെന്നാണ് സാമൂഹിക പ്രവര്ത്തകരുടെ നിരീക്ഷണം.ക്രിമിനലുകളെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പോലും യുവാക്കളെ തട്ടികൊണ്ട് പോകുന്നു. 18 വയസ്സിന് മുകളിലുള്ള യുവാക്കളെ തട്ടികൊണ്ട് പോയ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളില് ബിഹാറാണ് മുന്നിലെന്നാണ് നാഷ്ണല് ക്രൈം റെക്കോര്ഡ് ബ്യൂറോയുടെ റിപ്പോര്ട്ടില് പറയുന്നത്.
