റബർ ഇറക്കുമതിയിൽ സംസ്ഥാനവും കർഷകരും വലയുമ്പോൾ 2000 കോടി ലാഭമുണ്ടാക്കി കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ
റബ്ബര് ഇറക്കുമതിയും അതുമൂലമുണ്ടാവുന്ന വിലയിടിവും തുടരുമ്പോള് കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരിൻറെ ലാഭം പ്രതിവര്ഷം 2000 കോടിരൂപ എന്നാൽ കര്ഷകര്ക്കുണ്ടാവുന്ന നഷ്ടം പ്രതിവര്ഷം 11000 കോടി രൂപയാണ് .ഏഴുവര്ഷത്തിനുശേഷം റബ്ബര് കൃഷിക്ക് നല്ല കാലം വരുമെന്ന് പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന 'സുസ്ഥിര റബ്ബര് വില വിദഗ്ദ്ധര് ' കാരണം വന് നഷ്ടം സഹിച്ചും ഈ രംഗത്ത് തുടരാന് കര്ഷകരെ നിരർബന്ധിതരാക്കുകയാണ് . റബ്ബര് ഇറക്കുമതിയിലൂടെ കിലോഗ്രാമിന് 42 രൂപ വീതം കേന്ദ്ര സര്ക്കാരിന് ലഭിക്കുമ്പോള് അതില് ഒരു രൂപ പോലും വില സ്ഥിരതയ്ക്കായോ കൃഷിഉത്പാദനത്തിനോ നൽകാറില്ല . സംസ്ഥാന സര്ക്കാരിന്റെ വിപണി ഇടപെടല് കൊണ്ട് മാത്രമാണ് കര്ഷകര് പിടിച്ച് നിൽക്കുന്നത് . അതുകൊണ്ട് മാത്രമാണ് ഇപ്പോള് കിലോഗ്രാമിന് 150 രൂപയെങ്കിലും ലഭിക്കുന്നത് . എന്നാൽ ഈ പദ്ധതിയില് പണം കിട്ടാന് കാലതാമസം നേരിടുന്നുവെന്നതാണ് കര്ഷകരെ അലട്ടുന്ന വലിയ പ്രശ്നം.രാജ്യത്തെ റബ്ബര് ഉല്പാദനത്തിന്റെ 92.3 ശതമാനം പങ്കുവഹിക്കുന്ന കേരളത്തിന് ഒരു വര്ഷം നഷ്ടമാകുന്നത് കേന്ദ്രസര്ക്കാരും ടയര് വ്യവസായികളും കണ്ടില്ലെന്നു നടിക്കുകയാണ്.വിദേശ രാജ്യങ്ങളില് ഹെക്ടറിന് 2.5 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെ കൃഷിക്ക് സബ്സിഡി നൽകുമ്പോൾ ഇന്ത്യയില് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന 35000 രൂപ പോലും നിര്ത്തലാക്കിയിരിക്കുകയാണ്.ഉല്പാദനം കുറയുന്ന സീസണില് ടയര് കമ്പനികള് റബ്ബര് വാങ്ങിക്കൂട്ടുമ്പോഴും വില ഒട്ടും ഉയരുന്നില്ല. മുമ്പ് ചെറുകിട കര്ഷകരില് നിന്നും റബ്ബര് വാങ്ങി ഇടനിലക്കാര് സ്റ്റോക്ക് ചെയ്യുമായിരുന്നു.വിപണിയിലെ അനിശ്ചിതത്വം നിലനില്ക്കുന്നതിനാല് ഇപ്പോള് അതും വ്യാപകമായി നടക്കുന്നില്ല.ടയര് കമ്പനികള്ക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന ഡീലര്മാര് ആഴ്ചയില് ശരാശരി 2000 ടണ് തോതില് മാത്രമേ ഇപ്പോള് വാങ്ങുന്നുള്ളൂ. സീസണായതിനാല് ലാറ്റക്സ് വരവ് ഇപ്പോള് കൂടുന്നുണ്ട്.കര്ഷകര്ക്ക് ഇപ്പോള് ലാറ്റക്സായി വില്ക്കുന്നതാണ് ലാഭമെന്നതിനാല് പലരും ഷീറ്റാക്കുന്നില്ല. അതിനാല് ലാറ്റക്സ് വിലയും ചെറുകിട വ്യവസായികള് നേരിയ തോതില് കുറച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. റബ്ബര് ഗവേഷണരംഗത്ത് ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ സംഭാവനകള് നല്കിയ ബോര്ഡിന്റെ ഓഫീസുകള് കേരളത്തില് നിന്ന്

बाजार में बिक रहा प्लास्टिक वाला आटा? / Reality of Plastic Flour
पिछले कई दिनों से सोशल मीडिया में आटे के अंदर मिलावट की खबरें आ रही हैं। यहां तक कि कुछ वीडियो के जरिए आटे में प्लास्टिक मिले होने का दावा भी किया जा रहा है। लेकिन खाद्य विशेषज्ञों ने जो रिपोर्ट सामने रखी है उसने प्लास्टिक के आटे की अफवाह को नकार दिया है। खाद्य विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि आटे में खिंचाव की वजह प्लास्टिक नहीं बल्कि ग्लूटेन है।
बता दें कि ग्लूटेन सफेद रंग का प्रोटीन होता है जो आटे को बांधने का काम करता है। अगर ग्लूटेन आटे में मौजूद न हो तो आप किसी भी हाल में रोटी बना ही नहीं पाएंगे। इस बीच आईटीसी ने भी इन वायरल हो रहे वीडियो को निराधार बताया है। कंपनी ने कहा है कि हम देश के सभी लोगों को आश्वस्त करते हैं कि आटे में प्लास्टिक मिला पाना अब तक संभव नहीं है। आटा गूंथने के बाद खिंचाव उसमें ग्लूटेन नामक प्रोटीन की वजह से आता है जिससे सरकार के नियमों के तहत मिलाया जाता है।
पिछले दिनों सोशल मीडिया पर इस तरह के कई वीडियो प्रचलन में रहे हैं जिसमें बताया गया है कि आटा गूंथने के बाद उसमें इलास्टीसिटी की वजह उसमें प्लास्टिक की मिलावट होना है। आइटीसी के आशीर्वाद ब्रांड समेत कई कंपनियों द्वारा निर्मित आटे को लेकर इस तरह के आरोप लगे हैं। आइटीसी की फूड डिवीजन के डिविजनल चीफ एक्जीक्यूटिव हेमंत मलिक ने बताया कि वीडियो में जिस तत्व को प्लास्टिक बताया जा रहा है, वह दरअसल सफेद प्रोटीन है जिसे आटे में मिलाने के लिए फूड सेफ्टी एंड स्टैंडर्ड्स अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया (एफएसएसएआई) के मानकों के मुताबिक मिलाया जाता है।
रेगुलेटर के मुताबिक आटे में न्यूनतम 6 फीसद ग्लूटेन मिलाना आवश्यक है। जिस तरह के वीडियो आशीर्वाद आटे को लेकर सोशल मीडिया में चल रहे हैं, अदालत ने भी ऐसे वीडियो को चलाने पर रोक लगायी है। खाद्य विशेषज्ञों के मुताबिक आटे में मिश्रित इस सफेद प्रोटीन को ग्लूटेन कहा जाता है। दरअसल यही ग्लूटेन आटे को बांधने का काम करता है। यदि यह न हो तो आटे की रोटी बनाना संभव नहीं है। आटे में यह खिंचाव इसी प्रोटीन की वजह से आता है।
